Friendly team, quick replacement of my rear window. I highly recommend Apple auto glass. Its the only place i will take my vehicles for windshield/glass repairs and replacement.

5 Stars! Candy and Neil are the best! My sister and I were on vacation and we needed a large rock chip fixed right away. No other glass shops were able/willing to assist us within a 2 hour radius. One other glass shop recommended Apple Glass in Nanaimo and we are so glad we drove down the highway to check them out. Neil was able to work us into his schedule and we were so appreciative as it enabled us to get on with our plans. Both Neil and Candy are very friendly, willing to do anything to help, and were careful to do a good job with the windshield. We enjoyed everything about our experience. Highly recommended!

Candy and Neal were awesome.my friend and I were in Victoria for a day and had our car broken into and Apple Auto Glass was the only place willing to squeeze us into their jam packed schedule to help some American girls out with their broken passenger window. They also offered to help us seal the window until they could replace it and it was super quick and easy.

When the day came for us to leave the car with them, we expected to get the car back by close of business since we knew they already had prior appointments but within 3 hours we got the call that the car was ready for pickup. Amazing service!

This place is awesome. I understand business is booming and it’s hard to make an appointment but the workers at Apple Auto were a God Send and we were able to drive back across the border with a window:)

My car window was broken into in Victoria, and every place we called was booking out to August. I was traveling internationally and the trip would have been ruined if it weren't for Neil and Candy going the extra mile to help me out. They ordered a new window, had it delivered next day and installed 3 hours earlier than expected! I can't say enough about how friendly and awesome this shop and the people are. Couldn't ask for better service and great prices. Might just drive back to Victoria to get another busted window to give these guys business again!

I unfortunately had some person smash my window last week. I called a few places and was told by everyone including the dealership that my window would have to be ordered and would take roughly 4 days to just reach the destination.
I called Apple Auto Glass and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone said he would look up when he could get one but said for me to come by and they would put clear plastic on regardless if I went through them or not.
Right there is when Apple Auto Glass would have my customer service because for myself that showed the true colors of the business and I was thrilled. They had a window ordered for me the next day and even under my deductible.
If you want great service and an amazing smile and greeting at the door, a great job done and with a business that really cares GO TO APPLE AUTO GLASS NANAIMO.

A full windshield replacement, including calibration of the cameras. Very quick and friendly staff. Even got some chip stickers for a highway trip.

Had my car broken into, the back trunk glass and the rear driver passenger door glass were smashed. Called several autoshops in nanaimo and Parksville and couldn’t get one of the window or they were busy. Candy from apple auto glass did her best to get me all the parts I needed and John fixed my car. They were lovely and would give them even more stars for their speedy and amazing service if I could. The car was fixed in a day and the parts were found and delivered in less than a week. They handled everything with the insurance company as well so that we didn’t have to go through the hassle of insurance claim.

Excellent staff and service! Quick and friendly! If I need more auto glass repairs, I will return!

Called Friday afternoon spoke to Neil needing a windshield replaced, was booked for the upcoming Monday afternoon. Work was done within the given time frame.

They were very easy to do business with, windshield inexplicably cracked a few weeks after it had been replaced. I took it back, no problem, they replaced it quickly and efficiently. Will deal with them again!
