Apple Grove Auto Sales Ltd.

They advertise that they buy at market value or above well my car needed some work and they said $1000.00 to $1400.00 maybe more or less. They say market value for my car is $3900.00 ICBC said in September 2022 the car was worth approximately over$5000.00

Best dealership Ive been to! Everyone there is super helpful and professional. They helped me find a good car loan and got me into an awesome truck really quickly! This is now also the only place ill get my truck serviced/detailed, because their customer service is amazing!

Highly recommend James! After a stressful couple weeks dealing with ICBC and car shopping we found a vehicle at Apple Grove and decided to take it for a test drive. James was very knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us at all in our decision. We let him know our budget and he kept within it without trying to upsell us. We felt very comfortable with the whole process. The entire shop made you feel like you were talking and buying from friends rather than someone just trying to make a sale. The vehicle was pristine when we picked it up and they even did an oil change and detail for us! Very happy with the service and our purchase.

There was no body damage the pic with damage I told you it happened in September and that was all the damage it was$1800 in total ICBC will only right off vehicle at 80% and over so my car is worth more then u said you have the photos

I brought a car I wasn't using in to sell to Apple Grove. The value was lower than I was hoping as to be expected, but these guys took the time to explain that there is a baseline value assuming the vehicle doesn't need anything, then you have to reduce it according to what it needs to make it safe and sellable which makes sense.

I would kike to take the time to share such an excellent experience with Apple Grove Auto. James (sales) and Carol (finance specialist) were easy to deal with and represent you when it comes down to financing. I didn't have the best credit and still they went over and beyond expectations. Carol was there even on a Sunday. The entire team greets you upon entering or out on the lot. Truly a great experience. Better than Brand name dealership experiences in past.
If your in the market I highly recommend. Give them them a try, you won't regret it.

These boys are honest hard working dudes. They helped me purchase my first ever car and I couldn’t be happier. Merlot is a beauty - she’s a 2005 Chevrolet Impala V6 - worn and torn in all the right ways. The boys at Apple grove were upfront about her quirks and warned me ahead of time. I had the vehicle inspected by a third party mechanic and everything was exactly as the boys said.

I had been looking at, and researching vehicles for several months, when I saw an ad for
Apple Grove Auto.
The first thing I did was to check their reviews on Google.

The feedback from their customers was excellent, so I decided to pay them a visit.

I found a vehicle that day, and Rod made the purchase easy.

My review however, is about what happened AFTER I bought the car.
There was a knocking sound coming from the engine when the speed reached around 90kms.
Trevor (the mechanic) and Rod, spent about 2 days trying to figure this out.
In the end, they discovered the previous owners had recently
serviced the car, and the wrong oil had been put in the gear box.

My car runs perfectly now, and I love driving it.
Rod did not charge me anything, despite the length of time it took to find the problem.

I highly recommend Apple Grove Auto!
