Didn’t hear from him until the next afternoon, when he called and said he’d come the next day (Thursday). Heard nothing all Thursday, no answer to calls and text, no response when I requested a call from the company. I will definitely be avoiding this company in the future.

A technician came out to fix our dryer and it was a good appointment, fixed the issue etc however the issue came back after a few weeks. We schedule the tech to come back but he never showed at the time he said he would and never returned any of our texts or phone calls. I called the main office line and spoke with several office staff and no one ever re-dispatched a tech to fix our dryer. This has been going on for several weeks. This company has absolutely zero customer service. Do not use them.

We had one of their technicians service our dishwasher and 2 months later we discovered that he caused a leak which slowly went into the sub floor and has now damaged our kitchen floor. I've sent an email to the manager and called them but no response and the call centre is saying they have no insurance. Beware of this outfit they don't seem to be covered nor are they accountable for the damage they cause.
