We love our new spa! The delivery and installation process was flawless. Eric was excellent. Really knowledgeable and easy to work with. He made us instantly comfortable with the app, maintenance, etc. The product is clearly high quality and looks great

Tania was very helpful and informative when it came to booking my service. She was also very knowledgeable about what I could check first, to save me the cost of a service call. After completing the checks in which she suggested, i still required the service and she then set up a service call.
Mark was the service tech and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repair.

Eric and Paul just delivered & installed my new hot tub, and did an excellent job. They were friendly and maneuvered the tub into position in just the right spot on my back patio. They got everything hooked up and going, and Eric explained the system and the how to check levels and balance the water. Very seamless overall, thank you!

The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time from any organization. I have been dealing with Marc for products and Goran for water quality and they have been awesome. Always helpful and available when I need them. I love my hot tub and the customer service is a huge bonus!

Unfortunately, I’ve had a few problems with my arctic spa. But the team there at Parksville Arctic spa are always there to make things right. Tania insured that a spa specialist came out in short order to fix up my spa. Pim, the tech, was friendly and knowledgable and communicated the fact that he didn’t have the necessary parts he needed when he showed up and came back days later to finish the job. I was impressed with how accommodating these folks are with my service and spa. They always ensure I’m happy at the end. Great job team.

Sam from Arrtic Spa came over the other day o fix a leak in my hot tub. I looked for it for aweek could not find it. When he arrived i had taken the first panel off and was going to take the second one off, he walked around the tub and i swear within 10 seconds he found the leak and fixed it in 2 minutes. I felt abit sheepish but boy he knew his stuff. I made him promise not to tell anyone about it and on we went. What a relief. Sam is pleasant, polite man who might make my xmas list cheers,

Sam and Eric did a pickup on our recently purchased hot tub, they do deliveries and setup I would assume also. I knew they were coming in the afternoon but they still called 20 minutes before arrival, which is nice.
We have a bit of a tight spot to get into but they did it with ease and had our tub loaded in no time, they were friendly and professional and obviously work well together.

This place is awesome if you need any help or information solving hot tub or pool related problems! They're super knowledgeable and have been extremely helpful to me on a few seperate occasions! Aqua fun was recently bought by Arctic Spas in Duncan and since those guys are fantastic, you can be assured that these guys are up to the same standard! Highly recommended!

We bought a house with an older hot tub and thought we would upgrade to a new one as ours was not working.
To surprise and joy the staff said we can come out and see whats needed for your old one. We got some great advice from Goran and Richard and decided to repair the old one for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I have used our working Hot Tub and it is awesome.

I just want to share our experience.we purchased a home with a pool.pump was broken.after chasing around our local town being told it couldn't be done I came across these guys and have them a call. They were super helpful! Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will go back to this place for our pool needs. Thanks so much to Devon for his patients and professionalism and helping me out. Kids will have a great end to summer thanks to this place.

These folks are fantastic - quick to respond on email, outstanding on the phone, and genuinely concerned about you and your equipment. I brought an old hot tub heater to them to test, and they checked it out for a few days to ensure it was working well, despite its age. They said it could use new bearings in the near future, but not a high priority at this time. All they charged me was for. 5hr of tech time.
Another thing that I liked about them - they aren't pushy sales people. They told me what they liked and didn't like, and it was about quality and service, not profit.
Really great experience from a team i will use infrequently - wish they had other businesses with this level of service.
