Excellent and very delicious food especially the Iskander, also they have amazing bread

Service also was perfect, I can say the best in downtown for Turkish and Arab Halal Food

Got take out from Arabesque and just hit it out of the park. The shawarma sandwich was fantastic. The baklava was really good as well. Very friendly service too

Food was delicious and owner was very sweet, clearly cares a lot about what he does. Stopped here on a whim while visiting and would definitely visit again, if I was a local I’d be a regular!

Don’t expect much from this place. Ordered the kibbeh and wound up with kibbeh mcnuggets (paid $20? !?) from No Frills or some garbage mass produced frozen supplier. Seems like original management had some big dreams with their menu since the most interesting options are gone.

I had an amazing experience. We were looking for something quick to grab and saw this place. It was such a great surprise. We ordered some drinks and hot flatbread. The taste was amazing and the staff were super friendly. I will come back soon to try out all the items in their menu. We need more businesses like this in Vancouver. Highly recommended.

I ordered chicken shawarma and it was absolutely awful. The chicken was clearly very old. It took over an hour to reach us when the app said 30 mins. Will never order again

We are visiting town and I was searching for restaurants I found this place and saw they have some dishes from back home I tried most of them test was amazing smell was omg very nice. This place is amazing I recommend to everyone visiting or local and we will be back for sure.

One of the only spots in Vancouver with authentic Syrian food and amazing prices. You can't go wrong with this one. First time and I'm already a loyal customer!

They have a couple of vegan options. I do recommend the Vegan Falafel Wrap, it is so good! The service was also very good.

Tried the fine kunafa. Had to wait for an hour as they wrongly made coarse kunafa instead of the fine one. The customer service needs to be improved.

The food tastes really good, and for low prices! Never been to a Syrian restaurant but this place makes me want to go back again, definitely a memorable and tasty experience!

I don't know who these 75 other clowns were who wrote their reviews - but theyre all either being bribed, are fake accounts, or have never eaten an authentic arabic meal in their lengthy lives. Service is slow and the boys working here look like confused lambs walking around their own restaurant. Food comes out slow, barely warm, and drowning in oil. Prices are not justifiable for the serving sizes or the quality. Easily one of the worst restaurants you'll ever visit - feels like you're Gordon Ramsay on an episode of Kitchen Nightmares - because every dish to come out is a new disappointment and all you can do is hope it gets better - only it doesn't. May Allah bless and have mercy on anyone who eats here and grant them Jannatul Firdaws for their patience, and the suffering they have been through. Ameen.

If I could tell everyone to come here I would. The food was freshly prepared and wonderful. The Turkish coffee was wonderful and the sweets were amazing. The baklava was perfect, not too sweet and sticky. Chose the breakfast and the falafel was wonderful. Only downside was ordered the shakshouka and it wasn't poached eggs it was a big ugly scramble. The taste was good but wasn't what I was wanting. Am unsure why this happened but it didn't change that I would come back and recommend.

Such delicious amazing food for pretty good prices. As a Syrian, the fact this place exists in Vancouver makes me incredibly happy. I highly recommend it. Bring your friends and visit the place. I recommend the fatayer (pie) and the mashawi meal. Also, owner is very nice and welcoming.

First off its a beautiful restaurant, very kind staff, the boys were so lovely. They offered me a free baklava. The store was very clean. I ordered a chicken shawarma and it was the best one ive ever tasted. Overall a 10/10.

Never had anything I haven’t liked.everything is made fresh to order, makes it take a little longer but always worth the wait. No other place in Van I’ve found flavor this authentic

Take this as constructive criticism:
1) Waiting time was too long
2) Food was really oily
i) Taste was super poor
3) Restaurant was understaffed

The one positive thing I can state in this review is that I saw the hard work and hustle behind that front counter. However, there is obviously improvements that need to be implemented.

If I’m paying $12 for a Halloumi sandwich, majority of people are under the impression that it is going to be grilled. Although the incorporation of cucumbers, tomatoes, and mint was nice.

The shawarma sandwich was way too oily. This sandwich should be the signature item on the menu which should be perfected. Pita bread is a must for this sandwich along with better quality chicken off the spin, and crispier fries.

Microwaves and speed ovens should not be used and avoided at all costs.
