I received a surprise bouquet as a birthday gift and was really blown away by my experience. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful but what stood out to me most was how kind and considerate Elliot was in answering my questions about what flowers were in it so I could make sure they were cat friendly. He even sent me the flower list after he left in case I forgot any of them from our conversation. The quality of the bouquet alone would get 5 stars from me, but the extra care taken to answer my questions really went above and beyond. 100/5 stars, A+, can't recommend highly enough. Thank you!

I took the Professional Flower Design class this past summer after seeing their designs which are very elegant and classy. I loved every moment of it. Our super talented teacher, Vivian Liu, taught us all the flowers arrangement fundamentals of from the types of arrangements, basic design principles, introduction to flowers, flower care, color combinations, and techniques. She also patiently guided us through our super hands-on practice.

We created many arrangements in class, each arrangement taught us new techniques and build on the knowledge and skills we acquired in previous classes. I’m really glad the class is small so Vivian was able to provide each student proper attention.

Celine was also a fantastic help. She made everything from registration to graduation run smoothly. She took great pictures of each student and their arrangement so by the end of class, we have a wonderful portfolio.

I totally recommend taking their Flower Design class if you are interested in making beautiful flower arrangements whether you want to do it for work, business, or just to have better looking flowers in your living room! I could not be more pleased with my experience ordering from Arbutus Florist! The Designer’s Choice bouquet I ordered is absolutely stunning and the florist could not have followed my instructions any better. I called to ask when it would be delivered and to my surprise, the bouquet had already been delivered! The staff and delivery driver were very helpful and friendly on the phone and provided me with excellent customer service. I work at a flower shop myself and it can be challenging to find a good flower shop, so I’m over the moon to have found a wonderful florist in Vancouver for all of my flower needs! I am extremely impressed with the service provided by all of the staff at Arbutus and will be ordering again in the future!

My experience with Arbutus was nothing but the BEST! I had a vision but was worried I did not explain it well. Then when my florals arrived, I knew Arbutus understood and executed it even better than I imagined. The florals at my wedding were stunning. Perfectly done. I could not have asked for a better florist.
