Arbutus Limousine

I did not ride in one of these limos but I want to report dangerous driving by one of their drivers. He was in an opposite direction turning lane on Esquimalt road at a red light. I was first in line in my direction. As soon as the light turned green the driver of this large Arbutus limo speed in front of my path rather than waiting almost causing me to smash into him. Disgusting driving behaviour.
