Edited review: after some confusion with a from a previous communication with a staff memberI received a rectifying call from the office manager. The call was a very pleasant experience and I will be going in for a consultation. Following my consultation I will make a final review of my experience.

I have been a client of Arbutus North since it first opened and have never had a bad experience. Service, from the front counter to the excellent hygienists and top-notch dental practioners has always been above and beyond.

I was very nervous about getting a crown done as I have never had any dental work besides a cleaning (not even a cavity!) Dr. Scarlett was very kind, compassionate, and gentle throughout the entire process and ensured I was comfortable.

Excellent Dental office. The newest equipment Dentists are excellent as well as the front reception staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. Scarlett is by far the best dentist around and in my life. She cares about her clients and the receptionist are very helpful with any questions you have. I would recommend Arbutus North Dental.

I visited Arbutus North dental today and the whole experience was great. Girls were very friendly at the front desk. I was seen by Dr. Laura and her assistant Ella and they were both excellent and explained everything very well. Happy to have a reliable dentist and would absolutely recommend anyone to book in with Dr. Laura.

So, I feel like I need to tell a bit of a story here, to truly explain my 5 star review.

Growing up in the UK dentistry was never really an experience that drew any level of enthusiasm. I went to the dentist because that’s what you did, and in all honesty found the experience to be rushed and chaotic.

I was lucky to have relatively low maintenance teeth and never experienced any real issues. Well, and least none that I never knew of… and I say this because the examinations that i remember having were generally a quick look in my mouth with a scaler and a dental inspection mirror, and then off I went for another 6-9 months.

As a young adult I began going to the dentist less and less, and considering this now I really did neglect my teeth during those years.

I moved to Canada a couple of years ago, and really only recently started to consider that I should get my teeth in good shape and health, so I began perusing local dentistry’s. As it turns out there were a lot of choices in Vancouver, and many came highly recommended by friends, but one stuck out, and that was Arbutus North Dental. I was informed by a friend (who full disclosure does work at ANB) that ANB have been regarded by locals as one of the very best dental centres!

So I decided to finally book an appointment and I am so so very pleased to let you know how great my experience has been. Their is a full consultative experience, the treatment that I’ve received has been exceptional and I’ve been put at ease at every step.

Dr Ellie and Maybelle have so far done excellent work on my Teeth, and Rachel gave my THE best clean my teeth have ever had!

Thanks to the whole team, and I look forward to my next treatment!

Just went back for my scheduled cleaning. The hygienist, Jessica, was very gentle and did a great job!

I had to see a dentist for an emergency situation and I had a fabulous experience with Arbutus North!

My interactions with the staff at Arbutus North were nothing but positive. The staff at reception were inviting and friendly and I felt very comfortable in the hands of Dr. Ellie. She was efficient, professional and was very good at explaining what to expect and what was going on throughout the procedure. The follow up the next day checking that I was okay was a lovely touch.

Great dental clinic. Dr. Royce is extremely competent and did a great job on my fillings. Thank you to Jessica and Brooke for the excellent cleaning, especially Jessica who managed to fit me in after a scheduling miscommunication.

Arbutus North Dental is the best dental office I've visited in Canada. The office looks very nice. Staff is competent and care about clients. Cinthia and Dr. Karla Brunel went above and beyond to cater to all of my needs.

I was recommended to this dental clinic by a friend. I had some work done by Dr. Brunel and Cinthia. She explained what was going to happen to me and it was an easy procedure and experience. I’m going to recommend this clinic to my sister since shes looking to have some work done too.

These folks are great, my favourite clinic in the city. Dr Royce Yang and Maybelle are extremely professional as well as considerate. Felt great after my check up and cleaning and am glad I found this location.

Had a great experience at Arbutus North Dental. The hygienist, Rosie, was very gentle and I felt hardly any pain at all. Sinead on reception was amazingly nice and really goes above and beyond to make patients feel welcome.

This was by far the best dental office I've been to. Got a filling and a crown done by Dr Andy and I am so happy with the result. Peggy and Sam the dental assistants were so caring and attentive. From the time I entered Arbutus North Dental I was treated like family.
Totally painless cleaning and checkup by Skylar (hygienist) and Andy (dentist). Misty (treatment coordinator) was extremely helpful and walked me through the insurance information, finances, and treatment process.

Dr. Neda is an actual angel. She has made an experience that normally makes me very anxious feel exceedingly calm. She is very kind and I can’t recommend her and this practice enough.

I have been going to Arbutus dental for over 10 years, they always do an excellent job, I was seeing Dr. Flockhart who is amazing. The dental hygienists are always extremely good.
