We took our motorhome here for a water repair. Anybody who owns a RV knows that this could be a very costly fix. The staff were super friendly and super honest. I was expecting a huge repair bill but when Mary told me the amount, I was blown away. It was beyond reasonable. I am super impressed by the honesty of the work done and workmanship. Came up to the trailer and the Heater didn't come Service Came up the same day and fired the heater and showed me the issue. It stayed on for 4 days and gave up again. Since service schowed me to start it again until we get a new sail switch. Thank you See you shortly for a new switch. Wolfgang

My wife and I had a Cabinet door break over a year ago on our 2022 Grand Design Reflection and have been waiting for a replacement under warranty. I have spoken with service about it several times and was told it was sent out, and now they just have no clue where it is or what I'm talking about. We purchased an extended warranty and are now regretting that as the service department is not dependable.

Arbutus dealership was easy going and great group of people. All so helpful. Shout out to Peter for a great helping hand and for going above and beyond to help me purchase a vehicle on an awkward time crunch in vacation mode.
