Dr Lo is very knowledgeable and has great technique. Very little discomfort during the procedure

Dr. Lo and his staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Lo is professional and is a great dentist with a lot of knowledge and proactive in his care. I enjoy coming to his office. I have recommended him to coworkers and will continue to do so.

I know Dr Low since 5 years ago, he put anterior crowns on my teeth and they are great. Dr Low and his team is very skillful and efficient, staffs are friendly, they follow up after treatment. Unlike other dental office with different dentists on duty, Dr Low knows my situation well.

His clinic is easy to get to, there's a huge parking lot behind the building.

Dr. Low and the staff at Arbutus Dental are among the best! They always make me feel cared for and comfortable. Most of all, I'm not good with making sure I schedule my cleanings every 6 months, or staying on top of scheduling but I dont need to worry about that because Arbutus Dental is so good with getting ahold of me, and reminding me of when I am to come in. I truly feel like they care about my wellbeing and for that I am thankful and highly recommend them!

I have dental anxiety and have seen many dentists over the years, but Dr. Low and his team were all super kind and patient, and for the first time I felt really comfortable during my appointment! I haven’t been to the dentist in awhile and I really appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions and talked me through my x-rays. Everyone checked in throughout the appointment to make sure I was feeling alright. They also asked if I wanted an estimate before my appointment began, which I appreciated as well. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review for a dentist before lol but I really would recommend this place to anyone.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted in one appointment by Dr. Low, he did a fantastic job, procedure was very smooth. He followed up with me via messages the next day, I also went in for cleansing a week after the extraction. Very pleased the service from him and the team!

Dr. Low is fantastic! I've always felt shamed at other Dentists and unheard about concerns or pain management during procedures. Dr. Low always takes the time listen and to show me my images/x-rays and walk me through what would be happening and why. He checks in on pain levels (numbing specifically) to make sure its a comfortable experience. It is the most at ease I have felt at a dental appointment. They even got me in on short notice when I had a dental emergency, no problem! The staff and assistants are very friendly and the receptionist Michelle is a pleasure to chat with. She always remembers things I told her months ago! I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone looking for dental.

From basic cleaning to more complicated dental surgery, the team at Arbutus Station Dental are professional and caring in a clean, safe, modern dental environment. Dr. Low has excellent communication skills in explaining situations and options.

Professional and friendly staff, incredibly kind and thorough care. Dentist really knows his stuff, and makes an effort to put people at ease - only dentist I've ever had who gives you sunglasses while you're in the chair to counteract the bright light shining down in your face! Even my partner, who's terrified of dentists, likes this place. Parking is almost always available across the street (meters) and there's also a parking lot behind the building. Accessible by transit, too.

Everything about Arbutus Station was great! Michelle (the receptionist) was super helpful and went out of her way to confirm benefits would cover my appointments, the office is at a great location on bike routes, Dr. Low was attentive, thorough, and made me feel comfortable and confident in what he was doing. He suggested I may need a night guard due to grinding and made one for me which has improved my sleep and made my jaw much happier. I struggled to find a good dentist for a long time after mine retired and would suggest these guys to anyone:)
