Me and my mom order beef wagyu burger.it was dry and burnt to a crisp.worst burger we have ever had.my dad found a massive chunk of the lettuce core inside his burger.when I complained to the manager her blamed it on Arby's and that's just the way its made.the combos were $17 each.after spending $50 on 3 combos. I was very disappointed that the manager never offered to refund our money or offer a coupon for the next time.he just blamed Arby's after I saw him make our burgers.won't be ever going there again.

It's 1045 and no one is at the restaurant. The door says you open at 10am. Your website says you open at 10 am. We called the number listed and nobody answered and said we could leave a message. I guess they just want the customer to show up with hope that they're open? Seems a little ridiculous for a major restaurant chain.

I love Arby's, so perhaps I am biased. Food is great, typical fast food service, and the drive through was fairly quick. So much better than burgers!

A staple in Ontario is a rare sight here in BC!

Honestly from what I remember about Arby's I was not expecting much, but the staff, the quality and the attitude of the folks working just was top notch!

Ordered my son a medium fries and waited at the window for five minutes before they even opened it. Then they told me they would have to take my credit card and use it at some other till because there machine was down. Told them I don’t feel comfortable giving you my credit card when it’s out of my eyesight. The manager said “ your choice”. Of course I left. 4 dollars isn’t worth getting scammed. Super weird and sketchy. If your having issues honour your customer with the fries instead of trying to take my card somewhere. I don’t recommend this place at all not to mention the manager is extremely rude.

Okay food. Sadly small portions. Didn't get full fries. Way over priced. Won't be going back.

Gross dry beef/cheddar sandwich and not cheap either. Also, drive thru extremely slow. Took over 15 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me just to get a sandwich.

Ordered a half pound French Dip, received what looked like a regular and not the same bun as usual. Was as small as a hot dog bun and wrapped in a paper wrapper, not the usual box a half pounder comes in. Also, I ordered lrg fries and an lrg drink, and I received a medium. If I wasn't travelling and used the drive thru, I would have returned it, but I was already back on the hwy. Also waited at the window 5+ minutes after paying, very slow service. Won't be going back to this location again.

Came in for lunch with my family after doing some shopping, only to hear the two employees in the back arguing & bickering back & forth for the duration of our time seated in the restaurant. Very unprofessional. Won't ever return.
My roast beef sandwich was so hot I couldn't even eat it right away, they use the microwave to reheat the meats, which is not okay. Arby's I thought you had better standards than these.

Absolutely disgusting food. My chicken sandwich was drowning in mayo and the tomatoes were soft, mushy, and far from fresh, and both the chicken sandwich and poutine had a really bitter chemical taste. I wouldn’t even feed this garbage to a stray dog.

I feel bad for the owner having to be on his own and only opening drive thru. The food is like always. Great. Love getting Arby's on my way back to go home.

Always clean, super nice staff, food consistent and perfectly done. You never have to ask for napkins because they’re already in the bag, always the correct condiments and never forgotten. Far and away above the other fast food places in the area.

A little slow but the food is good! Have had them forget items a couple times but they're great about fixing their mistakes.

Been going there for years and each and every time the food and the service have been excellent. It's one of the things I look forward to doing when I get up there. Living a couple hours away I give them a run for their money too as I order many many burgers to bring home for everyone and they handle it like little troopers!

I haven't been to Arbys for a long time and when I finally did I was very impressed with their service and the most awesome orange vanilla shake ever shook my taste budds! Thank you Arby's and staff, you earned 5 stars.

This location is a joke you have your lobby closed so people who work around the area have no choice but to use the window and when you use the window you have other customers in their cars screaming at those who had no choice to use the window. The worst is the staff will just laugh at the situation and will just say sorry short staff. It's also plus 37 degrees outside not only waiting to order at the window have to step back and wait till everyone else who order to go ahead of you. This location should be shut down if you can't even have a lobby open during certain times in extreme heat for people who don't drive. Will never come here again and will spread the word. Count on that.

Orderd a Greek Gyro today. Not edible. Soaked in grease, falling apart, meat stuck to outside, runny sauce. Look like a toddler slapped it together. Into the trash it goes.

If I could give this no stars I would. This is a complaint on management at this store and a lady named Jessie. My son got his first job and is 16 years old and was treated very badly that he was traumatized and humiliated in front of a bunch of customers. He felt discriminated, bullied and told to go work at McDonald's instead. This was all handled unprofessionally! I see some of the reviews on here and to be shocked this isn't the only time this has happened and how management at this store treats their customers and especially their staff!

Every time I go it's a joy. The staff are always super sweet and when working with the public they are proactive in avoiding all problems and conflict!

The food here was very well prepared. Everything that came out of the frier was golden and crispy. Much better than the one in kelowna. I had a large order and every thing came out quick and hot! Nice job

Paid for a drink I didn't order on a card and was refunded change. Asked for a side of sauce as I always do, the girl working was clueless and had no idea what I was talking about and then tells me I have to pay for it, which is no big deal but then she closed the window on me, the manager came over and was rude and arrogant.
Ended up turning into a painful ordeal today when normal it's not a big deal to ask for sauce.

The curly fries were awesome but the sandwich was not good. A bun with a slab of shaved beef. No dressing, no cheese, nothing. I wont be getting that again.

The location is fine, but the food was fairly expensive, and super greasy. I decided to try it as I haven't been to an Arby's in over ten years, and I wanted to see what had changed. Unfortunately, not much.

Maybe I'm just not the targeted audience for Arby's, but the food was nothing to write home about.

One of the only remaining Arby's, this place is a must-visit. Friendly, polite staff taking orders and cooking, food done to perfection, and enough space inside to sit down for a quick bite. Visit soon, before this one too departs us too early.

Been here many times and always had great food but with our recent visit I have to say I am very disappointed. The sandwiches felt like they were just tossed together very sloppily. I ordered a gyro and got roast beef on it instead of the proper protein that I had on it in the past. I was not even notified if they were even out. We got poutines with our meals and the gravy was gelatinous like it was thrown on it cold and microwaved. I have to say after this experience I’ll be hard pressed to ever actually return. For a bill over $40 it was not worth even diving in a dumpster for.

Went to Arby's in Kelowna and ordered the snack sized sandwiches, which were amazing! Stopped about a week or so later in West Kelowna and couldn't be more disappointed. I'm not sure how you can order the same thing at the same restaurants and have such different outcomes. I suggest taking the 15 extra mins to make it to the location in Kelowna.

Times are I guess up to them.its 10: 11am and their closed. Sorry I forgot to mention. 10am one day, then closed the next. Times change randomly, so me going there at 1005 one day and its closed at 1011am the next. Thats a problem. Week days folks, not weekends.

Went there for lunch today and it was very average. The staff we’re bickering at each other In the back so obvious you could hear it while we were eating. Kinda of uncomfortable. Couldn’t believe how the manager which it seemed he was, approached staff for simple mistakes in front of customers only to get a poor response back. Not shocked to see on the door they were hiring.

Cant get enough of the horsey sauce. We had the brisket on flat bread. Oh my! Was it delish. Recommend y'all trying.

Absolute garbage my bun was clearly microwaved on my philly no cheese on my Jr cheddars and they didn't toast the wife's ruebin last a customer

I like their food. Friendly staff. It took a few extra minutes at the window but the food was fresh and hot. I'll be back!

Arby's sandwiches are a satisfying midday meal. However this location was clearly very dirty with a massive spill from the pop machine not even being taken care of within the hour that we were at this location. The staff is helpful to a smaller degree, and it appears as though this location is going through some kind of construction as well as being open.

Either Arby's isn't what it used to be or this location just isn't making the grade. What happened to the onion topped bun? Our roast beef sandwiches literally looked like they had been driven over with a tank. Flat as a pancake and virtually no taste. Very disappointed. I used to enjoy a good roast beef sandwich. Not any more.

The menu has changed they have a huge variety of food. Not just the sliced beef anymore. Turkey clubs, chicken burgers. French dips. Poutine.

Never miss an opportunity to stop here when driving from Penticton to Kelowna. Great service and food. Thank you for allowing me to walk up to drive thru!

I was standing idly for 10 minutes in an empty restaurant before they took my order, and another 10 before my 2 sandwiches were ready.

The only place in the Okanagan that has drive thu open and doors completely locked, because apparently they're to stupid to know the difference between dine in and take out

Owners are so friendly and caring. Tried the 3 cheese bacon beef. Came on a sub bun. So very T. ASTY

I very rarely review “fast food” venues, but this particular venue deserves credit. I had the best drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. Accommodating, informative, friendly, and courteous. Our food was great as well (for fast food). Excellent service and worth a visit.

Service was decent. Food was not good. Sandwich had giant slop of sauce right in the middle of the sandwich. Extremely disgusting, fell apart with sauce everywhere.

Food is good and always great service and the guy that runs it is the nicest and most polite every time I go there. Best fast food place to eat in West Kelowna by far.

The beef n cheddar is really delicious. And the curly fries are a perfect complement. And ringing the bell on your way out is so much fun!

The food was good. Nothing else to say really we stopped on the way by. Nothing negative to say. The milkshake is good though.

Can't go wrong with Arby's! Love their Greek style menu items currently. Wish they were a permanent item on their menu.

We stop when we go through kelowna to visit family. It's always been good. We dont have an arby's on the island so its something different. And we always enjoy having lunch here.

The young lady who served me was really awesome. To the manager;please consider her for a management trainee position. I feel that she has potential. 4 not 5 as service time was little too long but that's a kitchen staff issue.

This location was just excellent! Really clean and super friendly front workers (the woman at the counter at noon today deserves a raise). I don't usually get to go to Arby's - it was delicious.

It's Arby's, have to lower your expectations. The staff here was friendly and the lobby was clean. I want to love their reuben sandwich, but it's just weird, the bread is spongy when it should be toasted. Onion rings are a 1 out of 10.

We drop into this location every time in West Kelowna. Steve, the manager, makes you feel like family. Fast service and good fresh food. I actually think some of the one star negative reviews are fake.
