, lots of new food options. Staff was polite, place clean and it's the only place I know to get horsey sauce. Almost come here every time we're going or coming from ferry. PS. Don't you forget the curly fries, sooooo good.

First time here. We usually go to the Arby's in states. Since not many left in BC. Im glad we give this location a try, quiet and clean plus cashier is super nice and helpful.

Too bad there aren’t more Arbys locations, this one though is fantastic. Roast beef and cheddar with curly fries is a must! It is quite expensive though for the amount of food, but once in a blue moon is fine

After shopping at Tsawwassen Mills, we went to Arby's just nearby the mall for some refreshments. My friend ordered a set and I took the Jamocha milkshake. The curly fries were hot and crispy, and the milkshake was fine for a fast food restaurant, average creaminess. But the seat we took, the table was broken and unbalanced that we couldn't put any weight on top.

Just when I thought all Arby's locations were slowly vanishing from the Lower Mainland, the location at Tsawwassen Mills opened! Nothing beats a Beef n Cheddar meal exactly as I remembered it as a girl, with the soft onion bun and a Jomocha shake! The service and atmosphere of this location are wonderful - everyone is pleasant, including the patrons!

Today I brought my family here for dinner it was filthy dirty.tables had garbage spilled pop could not find one clean table there was only one couple in here. Also the bathrooms were extremely messy … why aren’t they cleaning instead of standing around Talking

Nope was good as always just a little more arbys sauce and cheese sauce would make it perfect.

I miss having an Arby's close by. By choice of lunch stop if I'm working nearby.

Great service here and very quick. Great selection as well.the staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions. The restaurant is kept clean and organized. Lots of tables to choose from as well.

Delicious sandwiches and why not, friendly servers, restaurant is always clean and neat, shakes are a must try.

Great roast beef is very flavorable and I love the beef dip too the prices for the food you get are reasonable They have good poutine as well as other choices fresh tasting and fast friendly service

Absolutely horrendous service. Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not allowing walk in orders. Drive thru line up takes up the entire parking lot. No wonder they’re understaffed.

I always prefer going here than other fast food joints. Like how they said it, they got the meats! Even during my stay in California for 7 years, it's always been my go to sandwich and burger place. The staff and service are the best! And besides the sandwiches and burgers they have have most of the meats compared to the ever so popular McDonald's. I would always choose Arby's and I don't even have to think twice about it!

Menu is a little confusing for infrequent customers. Also adding regular yellow mustard as a condiment would satisfy a lot of Canadian customers.

I miss Arby's so much. This is the only fast-food chain that serves curly fries and I miss how I quickly grab a curly fries to go at Metrotown or late at night on Kingsway. Now I have to drive 40 mins to get some curly fries.

I love Arby's but today I ordered 2 classic beef and cheddar when I was almost done my sandwich I found mould on my bun. Really really turned me off from my amazing experiences I have had.
Also the fries were stale. This was 10: 45am in morning. Unsure why they would be keeping the food from the yesterday warm.

I think maybe the workers don't put much effort In making sure your meal is hot and ready and free of mould. Sure hope this changes since Arby's is limited on locations.

My childhood fave and pretty much the only fast food I really like, good thing they aren't closer or I'd eat it WAY more than once or twice a year! Oh great, now I'm craving it

Food was good. It's Arby's, there really isn't alot in the way of imagination with the sandwiches, but at least it tastes good. Staff was pleasant enough. Not the friendliest but not rude.

One of the few Arby's around town. A great place to grab a bite after doing shopping at Tsawwassen Mill. Excellent curly fries and the crispy chicken sandwich was really good. The staff were friendly and order handled quickly.

This place is exceptional! Food is hot, fresh and delicious. Service is even better. You do not have to repeat yourself. I can not say this about other fast food places. Do not know her name (drive through associate) but she is so professional and super cute. Thank you Arby's your my #1

Twice in the past three weeks my partner and I have gotten food poisoning from this location. We threw up a few hours after eating here. No other food was had these days before lunch here at this Arby's. We ordered beef & cheddars and curly fries.

I love Arby's! We don't have one on the island so I always make a point to get it on the mainland. Service was great, the ladies behind the counter were friendly and helpful. It is also nice to dine out on the patio during these gorgeous summer days!

Roast beef and cheddar sandwich was very delicious.could use a bit more cheddar but still good and tasty. Restaurant was clean but very warm in there without much ventilation so it was comfortable to sit in there.

Arby's has stepped up their game and are offering some descent items on their menu. It's still fast food, and I'm personally not a fan, but I appreciate their effort in diversifying their menu. One thing that can't be beat tho, are those curly fries.

The food here is pretty good, and prices are reasonable though on the slightly high side as all fast food prices are. Location was decent, could have been a bit better cleaned, but it was spaced out and COVID standards were all met. Employees were polite and professional, nice place to eat in general.

Worth the drive for the curly fries, I still can't get into Arby's sandwiches, but maybe just my taste. The buffalo chicken slider was good, but stay away from the fried chicken full size bun, the bun is that dense filler type bun and just leaves you feeling heavy for the wrong reasons. Nice staff. The food was hot and service was fast and friendly. The dining area was clean and moderately socially distanced, though one available table was too close to the ordering lineup. There were 2 tables with umbrellas on the patio outside. I feel that a third one could have been added to allow more outdoor dining, but perhaps the current guidelines wouldn't allow it.

This is a fabulous place for families, friends and individuals, the menu is extensive, the food is delicious, clean and well served, service is extremely kind and prices are reasonable.
Tables and bathrooms are clean and the place is spacious and safe. Do not miss the chance to get a tasty Classic or a special sandwich, curly fries with cheese are the best and drink selection is large.
Don't forget to Ring the Bell at the end of your visit to thank the staff for their effort!

This place is only drive through at the moment. If you're on foot they won't listen to you or take your order. You either wait for a car to pass or knock on the pickup window. It's like there's one overworked young girl all by herself. The roast beef combinations are really good. We would have ordered the 5 Roast beef sandwiches for $15 but there was no place to eat them. The mayo horseradish is really good and you should get extra. The Roast Beef is processed deli meat but it's really tasty. Hopefully we get to return during better times.

Food is yummy and always consistent. They should aim to re-open their dining area like most other fast food places already have. I’ve eaten inside there pre-Covid and there is a lot of room for a place that isn’t usually too busy. I like to eat the curly fries when they are hot and crunchy not when they sit in the take out bags and get soft by the time I get home.

God awful. Service was slow beyond belief for a "fast food" joint and food was inedible. I couldn't finish the Philly cheese sandwich. I have never tasted anything like it. The stable Beef and Cheddar I could finish but it will be a long time before I eat Arby's again, if at all. Absolute garbage. I'm sure the seagulls don't even want to eat there.

Tasty fast food sandwich options. A bit heavy on the sodium, although that is typical with most fast serve food places. Don't worry, free drink refills. Although, you will have to ask for water from the front counter of soda pop is not your thing. I've tried the 1/2 pound beef dip and their loaded triple decker club. Good price point for both sandwiches, and tasty. Good munchie food ;)

Being the only arby's in the lower main land and one of my favorite fast food joints that I would go to hands down. It is hard for me to say but the customer service from the lady at the till was not up to par at all. She was not in the most joyful mood definitely not happy to be there tired and didn't seem like she wanted to take my order at all. By the way she had no uniform on so there was no name tag please resolve this issue. I will be coming back to see if I can edit this review and give you guys the 5 stars the legendary BEEF N CHEDDAR deserves.

Arby's is delicious and I feel their curly fries alone could carry these 5 stars. However, I'll give you another suggestion. Grab a beef n cheddar and slather it in a half pack of Arby sauce and and a whole pack of horsey sauce (horseradish). Pair that with curly fries and you're doing alllllriiight

I got the butter garlic steak sandwich with loaded curly fries and my partner got the half pound roast beef sandwich with cheese and mozza sticks. The food was all really good, the portions are great. Couldn't finish my curly fries, so they're going home with me. The real star though is the roast beef. My partner offered so I took a bite, said wow, and then kept munching. It was so soft! Through and through, it was sweet, meaty, and so tender. The establishment is nice too, everything kept very clean and the seats are comfortable. The ambience feels kind of like its between a regular fast food joint and an American diner. It's pleasant.

Really nice atmosphere, clean and comfortable. Staff were really nice and helpful. Food was good, it's tastes exactly like you would expect from how it looks. This place is expensive if you don't have coupons though. I couldn't go back if it was full price. But if there was a good deal then I'm in. Really close to Tsawassen Mills which is nice.

If I were to go all the way to Tsawwassen Mills again, I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here instead of the food court since the food court doesn’t really have anything unique.

I hadn't eaten at an Arby's in over a decade, so when I saw one had opened up nearby I felt nostalgic and decided to give it a go. Blah. I guess my tastes have refined somewhat over the years. It was really terrible. There was nothing wrong with the preperation.it just isnt very good food. Sorry Arby's: (

Sooo good. I think they re-opened here from the Coquitlam location. It's just as good if not better. I only wish it was closer to the Tri-Cities but will definitely go there everytime I'm in the area.

I'd give it six stars if they brought back the Great Canadian sandwich though. *homer drool*

Nice interior design and cozy atmosphere, especially for a fast food place. Tried the chicken cordon blue and chicken bacon Swiss sandwiches. A little saucy for my liking but everything else about th sandwiches, particularly the buns, was good. I didn't really like the loaded fries - the curly fries are good just the way they are! Will be back to check out more of the menu.
