Arby's

I ordered the Buffalo chicken slider and some curly fries. The fries were old and rubbery and the slider was so hot it had to have been microwaved and it was drowned in so much sauce that the bun was a mushy steaming hot mess. Staff are courteous and friendly, but this is yet another situation where an owner has instructed their staff to cut corners and it has caused a lower quality food item to spiral into garbage rather than food.

Great curly fries! But they get my order wrong every time. They need people who can speak clear English to work there.

Excellent food across the board and nice to have something different than the usual greasy burger.

We have been going to Arby's since I was a kid. I really wish there were more around! It is a delicious fast food alternative. My favorite is the Beef n' Cheddar YUM!
My mom tried the turkey gyro and loved it.
We only did the drive through, the speaker was clear. The customer service was good.
We will continue to return to this Arby's!

It was amazing, I hadn’t had it for around 18 years (since before I moved across the country) and it didn’t disappoint!

Beware as they don't accept the coupons that they hand out there! I received some coupons in an order from them couple weeks ago.
I stopped by there today to use a $1 off all poutines coupon.
I was gonna get a bacon poutine. The supervisor came over and said NO you can't use that coupon for poutine bacon poutine only regular.

I clearly pointed out it says for all poutines on the coupon and she just continued to argue with me.

Definitely won't be going back and they have now lost a customer for good.

I drove to this location from Abbotsford bought 42 dollars worth of food. To get home after the girl repeated my order at the window. When I called to see what happened they offered me a credit for whatever I paid for already lol I live 20 minutes away from this location. I would have thought the possibility of refunding me all my money instead of the offer of “fresh” sandwiches of the ones I paid for and they didn’t give me. I get it mistakes happen however this is the way you right your wrongs? Unbelievable.

Ordered 4 half pound burgers, service was fast. Staff was intenative at the drive thru asked if I need extra sauce and napkins. No complains here

Extremely underwhelmed by their Three Cheese & Bacon. Could barely see the bacon and the bun is essentially just a hotdog bun. Probably best to stick to the Beef and Cheddar and nothing else.

One of the best places you can get your favorite sandwich.
Food is very good and costumer service is outstanding friendly.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. The menu is huge. So many options to choose from. The prices are a little high unfortunately. Service was fast and the restaurant was very clean. Lots of parking outside.

It's Arby's. Exactly like you remember and the same as always. Only 2 left in the lower mainland and this one is by far better than the Tsawwassen Mills location. Curly fries are love.

Consistently good quality... As a "Regular Customer" I feel it is OK to mention that they seem to make the "Special of The Moment" a more generous serving than how they prepare the "Regulars"!
Look back at my previous reviews of this chain... I have been a regular for more years than they have been in Canada!
Champaign, Illinois is/was a "Testing Center" for new fast-food franchise chains... And I lived there in the late '60 and early '70's when these franchises were being "Tested"... Well, it was a REAL Experience!
My Fav was the Arby's! Absolutely!
Wish there were more available in the Greater Vancouver area!

It's arbys its exactly what you expect meat thrown in a bun. Never dissatisfied but always decent pricing.

Arby's is back in Langley. Well, East Langley, AKA Aldergrove. Typical Arby's fare - delicious roast beef and curly fries. On the northwest corner of 264th St and Fraser Hwy (behind the Esso gas station).

2 Roast beef classics i ordered and the Buns were stale and the roast beef cold.all and all.never be back

I like Arby's and would eat there more often but it's just a tad too far from where I live, I wish there was more locations available.

Arby's always does it right. They just need more locations in BC. Good food, good service and never too busy.

First time I've ever gone to an Arby's and it was good, I'd say it's a nice fast food place with unique food items to choose from.

Food is great! Just like I remember from over a decade ago.
Classic roast beef sandwich (5 for $15) with ALOT of Arby's sauce and horsey sauce.

I only wish there were way more locations!

My wife gets the Reuben, I get the montreal smoked beef sandwich. Lots of beef. $19.for both. Good, but leave your calorie counter at the door!

Mmmm loaded curly fries was so good also ordered white cheddar Mac nd cheese couldn't finish it so delicious

Quick fast friendly service! Love the deluxe baked potatoes and my husband lives there classic beef dip.

I used to go to Arby's all the time as a kid but they have all disappeared from my area over the years. There are only 2 left. 1 in aldergrove and 1 in twassen. So I make the drive out to aldergrove from time to time. But its always worth the drive. Their sandwiches and curly fries are the best! I hope some day they will reopen closer to my town. If you're a fan of arbys and live in the lowermain land I would highly recommend making the trip out to either of these locations.

Amazing food if u ever get the chance to get the meat mountain sandwich it's pretty much every meat they have in the store including chicken tendors
