Service is very good. I got the car same day though it requires lot of time to replace alternator.

Absolutely horrible service, and it is a scam. First, they hit a car of their client, and then, they didn’t say it before the client paid, and after that, they told the client to repair it on their own.

I regret to express my utmost disappointment with the service provided by Arcade Transmission for my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, which has been experiencing severe transmission issues. The vehicle was under a Global Warranty, and Arcade Transmission is listed as an authorized repair shop for this warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

My vehicle has been in the possession of Arcade Transmission for over 45 days, a timeline that far exceeds reasonable expectations for a repair of this nature. Throughout this ordeal, I have been relentless in my follow-ups and communication, only to be met with continuous excuses and lack of progress. Their consistent response has been that they are awaiting communication from the warranty company, a claim that has been contradicted by the warranty company themselves.

Upon contacting the Global Warranty team directly, it was confirmed that they had not received any communication from Arcade Transmission regarding the status of my vehicle. It was only after my persistence that the diagnostic process was initiated, leading to an exorbitant claim of $7000 for the necessary repairs. This amount is egregiously above the admissible limit for such repairs, and I have reason to believe that the work required could be completed at a fraction of that cost, potentially under $5000.

What is particularly disheartening is the lack of professionalism and transparency displayed by Arcade Transmission. Their failure to promptly address the concerns of their customers, coupled with the apparent willingness to charge exorbitant amounts, reflects poorly on their business ethics. The blatant discrepancy between their statements and the actual actions taken is deeply unsettling and has only served to erode my trust in their capabilities.

I find it disheartening to encounter a company that seemingly lacks the dedication to uphold their commitments and assist customers in their time of need. Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend Arcade Transmission to anyone seeking reliable and honest automotive repair services. Their behavior throughout this process has been unprofessional, misleading, and ultimately detrimental to the overall customer experience. It is my hope that my feedback will encourage them to reassess their approach and strive for improvements in both their communication and service delivery.

This shop is a prime example of a bad and lying mechanic shop. Try going in there and ask some questions, all they care is taking money from you. Listen to how they talk and remember this is how it feels in a mechanic shop that’ll cheat you. Quoted me $4000 for repair without even taking a look.
