The service I received was top-notch, thanks to the polite, friendly, and professional staff.

Consistently the rudest staff in Vancouver. No one is less helpful. I’m not sure why selling jackets gives you a superiority complex, but if you enjoy never being helped or being looked at with disdain then boy is this the place to be. And good news, it’s been this way for years!

The staff was really helpful, helped me find my first Arc’teryx jacket. They almost had everything available, and in every size.

The service in this store is very poor, the clothes are very cost-effective, and the shopping experience is very poor.

These shoes are really dangerous. When I was walking they threw me to the ground. I know several people have fallen or had an accident while using them. I have not returned them since they will most likely ignore me.be careful

Nice enough store. Staff were friendly. Not much in terms of accessories. For such a large store would’ve wanted to view all the hats, gloves etc as that’s what we were looking for but had no success in the colour schemes we were interested in.

I'm sorry to announce that I had a horrible experience with the shoes I have purchased and used only 2 weeks. The show insults have been ripped and damaged with them being burly used. I've been in contact with your customer service team in person and via email for about 2 weeks now, and I'm frustrated that I've spent nearly $300 with no satisfactory response. I've visited your store twice, and both times, I was directed to your website. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had, and I'm disappointed with the poor quality and customer care.
Definitely not recommended. Do not waste your time and money.

We were looking for travel pants and Felipe shared with us his excellent product knowledge. He found the best pants to suit our needs. When it turned out that our size and colour were not available in store, he showed us how to check the availability on the Arc’teryx website and showed us how to order it online. Free delivery! They arrived within 3-5 days.

I have loads of arcteryx products but I don't think I've ever bought any of them from this place. I've visited them a bunch of times, and every time, the customer service is just cold and unfriendly. You feel like they're more focused on theft prevention than helping customers.

Sandy was very nice and professional, and efficiently helped me purchase the products I needed. This perfect shopping experience made me deeply feel the importance of excellent sales! I also recommend that everyone who has shopping needs can move to this store instead of wasting time at the Richmond Center store~

I rarely write reviews for retail purchasing experiences, but in this case I have to say something about Abi at the Burrard Street location. I was confused by the variations available for the Beta jacket. Even though I had said I wasn't ready to purchase, Abi took the time to explain the differences between the Beta, Beta Revised, Beta LT and Beta Lightweight. It took a few tries for me to absorb it all, but she remained patient and upbeat while educating me on the product. I really appreciate the service provided and have now made the purchase online. Thanks Abi, you rock!

Really disappointed in this brand. Quality control has suffered across several of their lines. Some corporate decision maker completely lost the plot and has switched into drab colour in the line of jacket (Beta AR) I'm needing to replace. My jacket which I waited years to get based on colour choice, failed in its primary function - rain shell. The inner seam bonding totally failed and couldn't be repaired. I was offered a voucher for a replacement jacket (no longer covers replacement cost) so I'll need to fork out more money for a jacket - likely basic black as it's the only option if I don't want "feminine blue" or "builder beige". I'll not be buying any further product from this company after investing a great deal in layers to date.

Their best days are behind them. They now rely on their brand alone to sell their OVERPRICED under minimal standard, status symbol. Corporate has gone from hard core outdoor enthusiasts, to virtue signaling snobs. This will, in my opinion, backfire and this company will be another story of poor decisions based on bad advice, which tanks their enterprise.

Don't waste your $ on Arc'teryx.

One of Arc’teryx's better stores. While not as big as their Kitsilano location, it holds its own with a diverse collection. Given its prime location, it's not surprising that popular sizes can sometimes run out. The staff here is both friendly and knowledgeable.

Their “lifetime warranty” actually applies to the lifetime of the jacket… apparently 5 years even if you only use it seasonally. Not worth the price. Go somewhere with a true warranty. Rude customer service as well.

This may be an unpopular opinion but this is my outerwear designer of choice. If you can swallow the relatively high prices, you'll soon discover that quality comes at a price and mine, though expensive, have lasted longer than any other brand, except for my Adidas. One love

A quite exclusive store, excellent sportswear, local, with good materials, the manufacture of their confessions.

Well stocked shop with friendly sales associates. Great place to buy active wear and accessories for outdoor activities such as camping and hiking.

Enter the store to buy hiking shoes and sacks for children. Mr. Oliver, a clerk who speaks Japanese well, kindly responded and I was able to purchase with confidence. Many products are hard to tell the difference in functions at first glance, so it would be nice if the store clerk was good at explaining. Just ask Oliver.

Bought Atom SL for day hikes in warmer days.
Friendly staff and organized store. More color choices online, but you can try for sizes here.

- Good staff and always looking to help. Pick their vlbrains since it's easy to be lost in sea of jacket types and varieties.

- On burrard and rovson intersection, so easily accessible on foot.

- if you don't see your favorite color or size, order online. They have good service support in case or any refund, or quality assurance inquiries after the purchase.
