Came here shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancee after having been to several other jewelry stores throughout the day. Kristina was extremely helpful in going through different styles and considerations when buying a diamond ring and it was obvious that she's very knowledgeable. While going through the design process she was polite, professional and timely in getting back to me whenever I had questions, it made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.
