Just received our spa so only time will tell if it's worth the huge price tag we paid, but surely it looks solid and nice.
Paul and Eric really did a great job installing it and putting it in service. It looks very nice in our backyard. First dip in couple of hours once the temperature is set.

We've had our new Artic Spa saltwater tub now for just over a week and we are very happy with it. We use it at least twice a day. The installation went smooth and Eric and Paul were very careful with our new epoxy floor during the whole installation! They were professional, polite and Eric is very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease with maintaining our new tub. 5 Stars all day long!

We received our new Eagle Hot SPA (Classic series) last week and have used the tub every day at times 5-6 / day. The store manager (Marc) was helpful, honest and provided us with guidance and advice prior to the delivery - especially when choosing between chlorinated tubs vs.saltwater tubs. We chose the saltwater tub and boy are we ever grateful. At delivery and installation - the delivery team of Paul and Eric was superb. These two guys were polite, well-mannered and made the delivery and installation stress free. They were careful and professional with the new tub - and you could tell they had done this a hundred times before, so nothing surprised them, and knew how to handle every little hurdle that faced them. They were a well-oiled team that got the job done well and with excellent results. Although the end of the day came by fast, however we received a very thorough technical explanation of our hot tub maintenance and use. The Arctic Spa Duncan is an excellent store and staff that provides excellent service and products. We paid a little bit more for the tub, but the outcome has been excellent. This product, store and staff are highly recommended. Thanks again to Marc, Paul and Eric. Bravo Zulu!

Great service and support in the show room. Marc was very professional and helpful and we never felt pressured in any way. Within two weekend Eric and Paul showed up with our new spa. Both were great to deal with and did a great job getting our spa in place.

We have just had our new Arctic Spa delivered by Paul, Eric and Alex. We had been prepared to have additional friends to help with the installation, but this was not required. The team provided a very careful, professional and smooth delivery on their own and we were very impressed by the airbag tool for ease in lowering the tub safely. This was followed by a thorough technical installation and detailed overview for maintenance of the new spa. The team arrived on schedule, were very friendly and provided an exemplary service. I would not hesitate in recommending the Duncan team or this delightful product.

We’ve just had our new hot tub delivered and set up by Eric and Paul. They were friendly, professional, innovative and flexible in figuring out how to safely get the spa into our backyard and on to the cement pad.
They also spent great time helping us figure out the best positioning for the spa. It wasn’t rushed at all.
Paul did an excellent and thorough job cleaning up and taking away all the packaging debris.
Eric took great time and attention showing us what to look for testing the PH and Alkaline of the water, and how to adjust things when necessary. Thankfully, he also left a laminated ‘cheat sheet’ so we could refer to it later.

Since purchasing our Arctic Spa for almost $12,000 about four years ago we have had to have a new heater, (under warranty) a new onzen generator that was not under warranty and was over $850.00 (including a discount) and now we have a leak. We no longer believe that our spa is made with quality parts. The staff at Arctic spa are polite and helpful, but be aware that the product may be expensive to maintain. We would not recommend buying this hot tub.

Paul, Sam and Eric were amazing last Friday when they delivered and installed our Yukon spa in Victoria! They brought great efficiency and a sense of humour to this job, and remained infinitely patient as the installation took much longer than planned (our fault, not theirs). Definitely above and beyond service.
Sam's "hot tub 101" crash course was easy to understand for a newbie like me and the hot tub was ready to enjoy that very evening.
Our salesperson in Victoria (Dennis), has been a great resource throughout as well and we are still in contact with him to iron out some initial pH leveling questions.

My wife and I ordered a Spa from Arctic Spas Duncan and our experience was nothing but awesome! We of course had to wait for our tub for 6 months due to COVID, but we were totally informed of the extreme wait time before we purchased. Our delivery and installation was phenomenal thanks to the amazing Paul & Ryan who did such an amazing job getting everything just right. I Highly recommend an Arctic Spa for being probably one of the best Spas money can buy, and if you're in the Cowichan area I can't suggest anyone else but Arctic Spas Duncan to take care of you! Ethan and Paul were a fantastic delivery and set up team. Our swim spa is gorgeous and ready to use. The guys put all the accessories and extras on and took all the packaging with them. Ethan walked us through the app, and all the controls. Very friendly outgoing team! Highly recommend!

We purchased a Tundra Legend Series Spa from Arctic Spas Duncan in summer 2017. Installation took place in September 2017. We have been enjoying full use of the spa since.

We also purchased a Gazebo. While there were some hiccups through the process, overall the service was excellent from the entire team at Arctic Spas Duncan; John, Mark and Marc in particular. No question they are 'service oriented' and make every reasonable effort to delivery a great product and very good service.

We have an older model hot tub that we use daily. A pump went and we called for help. We were told we would be on a 2 month waiting list. We prepared ourselves to wait.sadly. Within 3 weeks we received a service call and then within 2 weeks more we have our hot tub back with a new pump. The technician Sam and his helper whose name I can't remember, came out and quickly installed and checked the new pump and were on their way! REALLY impressed with the service!

Arctic Spas in Duncan has been a great experience. I originally bought a hot tub from them 4 years ago, to replace an older spa. The installation went smoothly, the tech was knowledgeable, and the sales staff have always been helpful.

One of my favorite things about the Arctic Spas hot tubs, is that they are very well insulated, yet also have an easily accessible base for maintenance. Our old spa was filled 100% with spray foam underneath the fiberglass shell, which made it impossible to diagnose and fix any leaks without cutting the foam out peice by peice. Ultimately, that's why we had to replace it. In comparison, the Arctic Spa is hollow, with 2 access panels per side. It makes maintenance simple and allows for upgrades. I also have not noticed any drop in heating performance from the old spa vs the newer spa in the 4 years we have had it.

The saltwater system has also been very low maintenance with only occasional balancing of PH levels, since the salt water system automatically creates the required amount of chlorine through electrolysis. But even that minor PH maintenance has been made easier through the Arctic Spas app, which monitors PH levels as well as allows us to remotely control the temperature, jets, lights, etc.

Recently (August 26th, 2021) I had them back to service the spa. Their techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Basic maintenance work was done quickly. They also diagnosed and fixed a leaking fitting that I had originally attributed to evaporation from the heatwave.

I would recommend the Arctic Spas products and I would buy from the Duncan location again if we move or decide to upgrade our spa setup.

I have used Arctic Spas (Aquafun) for about six years and love the convenience of having supplies delivered to Salt Spring Island. Lately I have a loud pump. Tania competently scheduled for a service technician to come and have it repaired. Ethan arrived at our door and was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating. He clearly explained the various options we had for repair and competently undertook the requested work and cleaned up after himself before leaving. Our situation was a little unusual in that we had hoped to avoid draining the hot tub and refilling it (due to the current water shortage and our use of a shallow well). I appreciated Ethan's sensitivity to this and his creative options.

I purchased an amazing spa tub 5 years ago. When my house sold and my hot tub with it, where do you think I went to get a new one?

We're really enjoying the spa and having owned several over the past years this Arctic spa is definitely the best one so far. We are happy to refer our friends and business associates.

Update: I had a issue with my spa turned out to be my electrical not the spa, however Ryan did a fantastic job in coming out during the snow plus on his day off!

Just had our Arctic Fox Hot Tub delivered. Ryan did the installation. Four hours from start to finish, including hooking us up to the WiFi. Ryan was knowledgeble, helpful and efficient.

Have had our Arctic Spa for 3 years. We had been using chlorine until we got our portable mini Spa Salt Water system. What a difference.absolutely love this system. Can’t say enough about the difference on our skin. And the price and ease of use is incredible. LOVE IT

Last week, with the help of Caroline in the Duncan store, we determined a problem with the Ozone system in the hot tub we bought almost a year ago. That evening, long after the store had closed, I was contacted by John (one of the owners I believe) about the issue. We did a quick FaceTime session to determine the cause and extent of the issue, and two days later I had Sam competently addressing the issue. I was extremely impressed with the after sales service and support that Arctic Spas in Duncan provided. It is nice to confidently know this company stands solidly behind the product they sell and that their service is second to none. Well done Arctic Spas Duncan!

Our family purchased a hot tub this month after dreaming of one for pretty much our whole adult lives. We have been in communication with them for 2 years while we debated making a purchase. John ended up selling us a tub and it is actually different than I initially wanted, but boy am I glad his expertise turned out to be true ;) this thing is amazing and John is literally only a text away any time there is an issue (user error) or a concern. The level of support after making a purchase is like nothing I’ve ever experienced in the sales industry. Usually a sale is made and the customer is dropped, but not with Arctic. They’re in it for the long haul. Thanks John for everything.

John Keirstead invited me and the kids into the ''Ocean" over at Arctic Spas in Duncan. What an amazing experience, the Ocean swim spa is gorgeous. We are lifetime hot tubbers, and I've never felt this good in a tub, or coming out of one. I really wanted to experience the Spaboy automated saltwater purification system. This system creates free chlorine from normal table salt in the water! I was literally bathing in a medical grade saline solution! No chloramines eating up my skin, getting all scratchy, and making my eyes itchy, and NO CHLORINE SMELL! It was so gentle on the kids skin, they weren't thinking 'shower' as soon as they got out! We're looking to upgrade our spa in the next year or so. But in the interim, we'll be upgrading our water to Saltron water. It's like bathing in silk! John understands the biochemical underpinnings of purifying water without all those usual chemicals. His knowledge and explanations on how this system works makes me feel SAFE. I can hardly wait to enjoy a whole new level of hydrotherapy and wellness at home with this saltwater purification system. Thanks John, as always, for providing a great service and taking care of Vancouver Island!

John the owner is incredibly helpful! We bought the Arctic Spa Ocean Epic from him 2 years ago and we love it. We use it almost everyday, even through the winter.

Circumstances occurred where we are moving to Ottawa from the island and he’s going above and beyond to help us with the move. He advised us that it would make sense to take our tub with us and is helping to facilitate the move. He is arranging the shipping and even arranging storage for us by contacting the Arctic Spa people at the Ottawa end. He went out of his way to find the most economical solution for the move.
Moving across the country is extremely stressful for us and having John take care of this has been such a relief!

Unbelievable service and we are so happy with his friendly demeanour and competence. I only hope we get that kind of service from Arctic Spa in Ottawa. Thanks so much for everything you’ve done for us John.

I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub about a year ago and then discovered Arctic spas. I wish I had discovered Arctic Spas before buying the Jacuzzi but John and his team have a great product to retro fit my Jacuzzi with the saltron product which greatly reduces the amount of chemicals I need, reduces my cost, and the number of times I need to change the water in my tub. John and his team are super knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend anyone with a hot tub go and see these guys. The retrofit was easily done and very well priced. Well done and thank you!

All of the folks at Arctic spa from purchase to install were stellar! It was a tricky install with the crane hoisting the tub up and over our 8 foot deer fence and through my beloved garden. Ryan and the crew were super careful and not a single plant was damaged. The tub is now tucked onto our deck and we can't wait for our first soak- thanks so much.

Outstanding service, did everything I asked and more. Had the tub for 3 weeks now, hardly used any chemicals and the water is pristine. The app monitoring the tub is a brilliant idea, no need to worry about coming back to slimey tub after a vacation. I’d recommend this company to anyone.

As usual great service at the store. What we want to say is how great our spa boy salt water system is. We filled our tub in February 2018 and the water is still clear and beautiful, no smell, don't know how it works, but is is the lowest maintenance and cost efficient system ever! Love our Artic Spa!

We have constantly been very pleased with the service provided by the team at Duncan Arctic spas. They are quick to answer any questions and quick to come out to provide any needed support. Arctic Spas sent two staff to deliver a Yukon tub to my house on what turned out to be the day of the 'Great Wind Storm of 2018'. I was initially worried that there were insufficient people to maneuver such a big tub, especially considering our steep driveway and the grassy slope to its final resting place. However, the staff were well equipped and prepared from their site assessment, as well as reassuring and confident that all would be fine. (Not sure how they stayed calm with me fussing all around).

Once the tub was in place, they set to work on filling it and preparing the electrical and internet hookup. During this time, the power went out and I started receiving reports from friends regarding their experiences on the local roads. My wife even came back from her trip and explained how far she had to detour because of the blocked roads. When I suggested to the Arctic Spa team that they should leave to get back to their homes and families, since the power was unlikely to be back on anytime soon - they refused!

Instead they carried on and ensured the tub was filled, the area cleaned up, all the electrical wiring and internet cabling in place (but obviously untested). They walked me through the process of changing the filters, and explained what I would need to do when the power was restored.

I can't believe the staff were so dedicated during such a stormy day and can't thank them enough for their professionalism.

Arctic Spas provided excellent service all the way through from quotes, sales information, help with obtaining the right tub, installation and follow up on support. I would highly recommend them for any hot tub needs. They are the best! And we LOVE our hot tub! <3

We've now used our hot tub for 9 months and love it! Minimal maintenance. Topped up the water three times and occasionally added a bit of the mixture Arctic Spa gave us to lower the ph. We have only replaced the filter once. We also occasionally clean the tub with vinegar and water when we top up the water. Artic Spa was great in their instructions and initial tub setup.

We purchased a three pump Klondiker hot tub with spa boy this fall from Arctic Spas in Duncan. We highly recommend the company, all the employees and the tub! The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and have a LOT of patience! The technical staff have been amazing. We have had instant help by phone and with technical staff coming to the house to assist with any problems. Once our tub was set up we had a surprise visit from one of the owners with a spa welcome gift! Thank you! We don't think we have ever dealt with a company that is so eager to assist in every and any way possible. We are certainly glad we put our trust in Arctic Spa! If you are looking for a hot tub visit Arctic Spas Duncan. You won't regret it!
