My shopping experience with arctic spa in Kamloops was great, Doug was my sales guy, he got me into a tub that fit my needs, never attempted to upsell on stuff I didn't need, great price, Shawn and Tyler, were awesome, great service, delivery was great, theses guys def know Thier product, and are true professionals, good help and people like this are very hard to find, I hope arctic spa pays them well

Just received my first Arctic Spa hot tub! From the very beginning when i walked in to the showroom and spoke with Doug he immediately made me feel at ease and like family, he showed me a lot of options, we settled on the Klondiker. Shawn and Tyler were awesome they were efficient and knowledgeable, they made sure it was in the best location possible. They were very patient while showing me the Spa app and explained the process to me.it was truly an amazing experience. Thank you so much.highly recommend this product. Lori

Just had Frankie come and service our Hot tub. Called ahead to confirm and showed up on time. After explaining issue he had a good idea to cause of problem and rectified issue in timely matter.

Shawn and Tyler came and installed our spa. They were both awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure delivering and setting up our spa went awesome! I cannot recommend those two more!

When my hot tub broke down a couple weeks ago, I knew Arctic Spa Kamloops would come through for me. They always do! And this time was no different. Shawn and Tyler showed up right on time. They were professional and friendly and got right to work trying to figure out what was wrong. They worked fast and kept me informed with what they were doing. And they fixed my hot tub! What more could I ask for! Thanks guys!

These people are great. We bought our hot tub from them awhile back and had a problem with the chlorine level. In store they gave great support to help resolve the issue until service could come out to determine the cause. Frankie arrived in the time frame we were told. Did any repair accurately and stayed till the repair was confirmed fixed. Great service from these people.

Today we had our Hot Tub serviced by Frankie. He was a very friendly, personable, professional technician.

Shawn and Frankie where great. On time with a call to let us know that they were 10 minutes away. Service was fast and clean. Diagnosed the problem fast and had parts with them and replaced quickly. Gave us some information on how better to maintain our tub and got us hooked up on the Arctic Spa app for online diagnostics.

Our new Arctic Spa Hot Tub was delivered and installed the day that was first scheduled. Sean & Frankie did a bang up job of installing it and included us in all aspects of the install & setup. Can't say enough great things about the team at kamloops arctic spas. Doug helped me with replacement parts to get my spa going after it sat empty for years, as well as troubleshooting and repair tips to help me through the process. They will definitely have my business going forward.
