Arctic Spas Kelowna

This has been such a great experience from the day we met Vern he helped us choose the best spa for us. We purchased the cub. It was delivered 2 weeks early. The guys that brought it placed it exactly where we wanted. They stayed until it was filled. With in 8 hours we were in it. Could not of had better service. We are very pleased! Highly recommend Kelowna Arctic Spas.

We are very happy with our Arctic Spa tub. The employees at the shop were very helpful in helping us select the right tub for us. The men that delivered the tub were absolutely amazing and not to mention hilarious! Setup was quick and required nothing of us. They were very thorough in explaining the maintenance of the tub to us. Now that we’ve had it for a couple weeks and have experienced what it’s like to maintain the tub, we are happy we went with a salt water system as it makes maintenance a breeze. Thanks arctic spas! We definitely recommend you to anyone!

We recently purchased our second hot tub from Kelowna Arctic Spas. We left our first one from 2016 with the home we recently sold. We replaced it with a Cub Saltwater model for our new home/cabin.
We cannot say enough about the service! Vern in the showroom answered all of our questions and more.very professional and informative. No pressure at all as we went through our decisions.
Ian and Sam, the delivery and installation team, were fantastic, very experienced and a delight to have worked with.
The Saltwater tub is incredible! Love the feel of the water and the ease of the SpaBoy AP.
We have shared the experience with friends who now have also just purchased their own saltwater unit!

I did a lot of research before deciding on an eagle arctic spa. Quality built, ease of maintenance/repairs if needed and energy efficiency won me over. The staff have been very helpful during our first few weeks of ownership. The set up crew were very professional and intent to make sure I was happy with the install.
So far we use it almost every night and could not be happier.

We purchased a Cub Legend and are very happy with it. The fellas that brought and installed were awesome. The staff are very helpful. This is the second tub from Arctic Spa we have had.

I have had 3 Arctic Spas. The first was before Arctic Kelowna was around. The after sales service was not so good. I purchased the second from Arctic Kelowna. There aren’t enough positives to describe the experience from the delivery and set up to warranty and after sales service. In spite of being 200 KM from Kelowna, they sent someone to take care of my issues at zero cost to me. Not even travel. I inherited my third tub with the purchase of a new home at big white. The tub needed some TLC and the team at Arctic Kelowna were super patient and helpful and got me going without a service call. These folks really know how to treat a customer. I wouldn’t buy a spa or spa products anywhere else.

We Love our Ocean Swim Spa! Having a mini pool / huge hot tub running 12 months of the year is perfect for our family!

We love Arctic Spas and the Yukon model in particular (we are old and this is our 3rd one, but 1st one here in Summerland). The purchasing, delivery, installation and start up process provided by the Kelowna store was very good. This is also our 1st salt filtration system w Internet connectivity so we very much appreciated the thorough instructions and advice provided by the Arctic Spa installer. I can’t yet comment on the parts and service responsiveness.

Everyone from sales to install are super knowledgeable and friendly, would recommend them to anyone looking for a tub. Can't wait to get in mine

We bought a Custom series Summit (with 40 jets) back in December 2022, so we've had about 3 months to test-run this baby. We've found it very therapeutic and we're definitely happy with our purchase. I'm probably sitting in it 5 out of every 7 days listening to a podcast or staring up at the stars. Everyone we dealt with at Arctic Spas was great - Vern and Salma were very knowledgeable and helpful in the store, Johnny and his crew ran the install to perfection, and Len went the extra mile to get our install done before the holiday season. Jamie also did a nice job on our electrical upgrade prior to install.
As for the Summit - it's the perfect size for us. We've had 4 people in it, which fit no problem. Even 6 people would not feel terribly crowded. We're very happy with the Spa Boy system which automatically dials in the chlorine levels, so all we have to do is add a little pH balance and shock salts (Refresh) every now and then. These things make the chemical maintenance very simple and the salt water system means you don't have excessive chlorine odours. The filters have now captured a fair bit of stuff, so it may be time for us to replace those (which is also simple). If we have any complaints, I suppose it would be that the spa is not maintaining its connection to our wifi very well (this allows you to use the Spa Boy phone app to monitor your spa temp, chemistry, etc). But this could be a function of the relatively long distance to our modem/router. We'll likely buy a signal booster in hopes it will fix that.
All in all, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Spas to friends or anyone else thinking about buying a hot tub. Tough to put a price tag on the therapeutic benefits and general enjoyment we get from it!

We recently purchased a new hot tub from Arctic Spas Kelowna. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. The installation was very smooth and easy even with the requirement for a crane to lift the tub into our back yard.

We absolutely love our Arctic Spa! The team in Kelowna were very helpful and profesional, and I would highly reccommend giving them a call if you are in the market for a new spa!

Friends had installed an Arctic Spa tub and, after years of owning a conventional tub on bromine, we really liked the salt water system. Our new tub was installed a few weeks ago and the experience every step of the way was first class. The install team had a few challenges but made sure all was in order and gave us a good briefing on care and operation. Looking forward to many years of enjoying our Cub.

We purchased our Arctic Spa hot tub in August 2017. Other than some regular maintenance we have had no issues with our hot tub. The staff at Arctic Spas is very knowledgeable and helpful with any inquiries. We love our hot tub and would highly recommend anyone considering buying a hot tub to consider this company and product!

I have been looked after by Arctic Spas since 2015 when I purchased my hot tub from them. They have been helping me ever since with my supplies and yearly maintenance. I love my hot tub plus I get outstanding service whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Purchased chlorine instead of bromine. My mistake, although have been purchasing from this store for almost 10 years, so would have been nice if they’d caught that when they entered the sale in the system. When I went to exchange it they said tough luck. So, I’ll buy my chemicals elsewhere. Not like there aren’t other stores to buy common chemicals like bromine. The spa itself I’ve owned since new. Tons of issues. Not a well made tub, but not sure how they compare to other brands. Service repair guy is good, so they get 2/5 stars. In-store service not strong…
