This salt water spa system is so much nicer than the chemical alternative and the app makes control and maintence a breeze! Highly reccomend if ur looking for a hot tub!

Last year, my family finally decided to take the leap and buy a hot tub. After much research we decided that a saltwater tub from Arctic Spas was the way to go. We have LOVED the tub, no regrets. Recently, I had to deal with thoroughly cleaning the tub on my own. I was terrified at the prospect but with Ryan's step by step support and instructions, I managed to successfully and uneventfully drain, clean and refill the tub. This is a big shout out to Ryan - Thanks so much for your patience diagnosing the problems and walking me through the whole process - with Ryan's expertise my tub is now back in business with minimal delay!

We just got a new hot tub delivered and installed by Arctic Spas team members Paul Reiter and Eric Aasen. They were both the nicest guys and were very smart, efficient and helpful throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to accommodate our desired delivery date. Our sales guy Ryan Andersen was also so nice and knowledgeable in helping us pick the right hot tub for our family. I will highly recommend Arctic Spas to anyone looking for a new hot tub, spa or pool because of these 3 gentlemen.

We finally had to replace our leaking hot tub and after some online research went to Arctic Spas. Our experience with choosing and buying the new tub was good (Thanks, Dennis!) and the installation was smooth and professional. Paul R.and Eric A.arrived on schedule and did a great job of removing and installing the new tub. Paul is a master of the truck mounted crane! Paul and Eric did the setup quickly and Eric did a great job helping me set up the phone app, and then explained the controls and basic maintenance functions. We've had our Arctic Spa hot tub for approximately 4 years and it's one of the best purchases we have ever made. The heater recently expired which caused the breaker to trip. Arctic Spas got us booked in very quickly and Ryan did an exceptional service job to get us back up and running. We purchased a Yukon hot tub. When I came into the store to purchase my first time Filter change for the spa getting it ready for the fall winter hot tub, Ryan was a big help. Through that Conversation and testing at home, we determined that the Spa was not working well and need a service. Ryan came out that week and got the spa working via a warranty issue. Spaboy was not responding and the app was not updating to latest upgrades. All fixed in an afternoon. Ryan is great to work with and we are very happy he is part of the team at Arctic

I went in to exchange a temperature probe that i had ordered. Ryan Anderson exchanged it for one he had in his service truck. I received excellent service and technical advice from Ryan to replace the temp.probe and how to adjust the flow pressure switch. He's a nice, patient guy, with lots of knowledge.

Ryan serviced our hot tub last week and did an incredibly job and was very patient in helping me figure out how to keep the hot tub balanced. Would highly recommend!

My spa was delivered to my house while I was out of town in Victoria. I was notified that the cover lifter that was delivered would not work in my space. Ryan at the Victoria showroom showed me alternative lifters that could work and gave me installation guidance. I appreciate being able to see the product so I could make a decision while I was away. Ryan and Paul delivered our Yukon tub today (a month earlier than estimated!) and it went super smoothly! They were able to place and set up the tub super fast and left the area very neat and tidy. Ryan stayed behind to talk us through all the chemicals and the app which was very helpful and much appreciated!

We had our swim spa installed on Monday 28th Feb, the delivery drivers were fantastic, really great service in difficult, rainy conditions. We then had Ryan come along and set everything up, excellent overview on how it works and how to manage the spa moving forward. All round a great product and a great team delivering and installing.

We purchased an all weather pool from Arctic Spas Victoria, which was installed this week by Paul and Ryan. Despite the adverse weather conditions, they both were exceptional in getting the job done - much appreciated.

Hot tub breaker immediately tripping. First was call was my friend John at Arctic Spa. John quickly gave me some quick tips to mitigate the current situation. After implementing those tips, I called Arctic Spa Service. With in the next few days Ryan was able to come over an fix the issue immediately. He knew exactly how to diagnose and resolve the issue. I just to give a high 5 to John and Ryan for helping me out. Those guys need raises. Ryan resolved the issue in no time! Super happy. Way to go guys, hot tub tonight!

These guys were great to deal with. We bought a floor model and it was to us faster than we could build the pad. It is everything we thought it would be (absolutely dreamy). Shout out to Ryan who was a stellar installer despite tight driveway lanes and having to lift it over the fence. Ste up went smooth with all the info we needed to jump right in. Highly recommended!

We have only had our spa for a few days but are loving it so far! Ryan and Paul did a fantastic job getting the spa set up and were very personable throughout the process. We look forward to spending time relaxing in our spa for many years to come.

There were some significant problems with the hot tub Arctic Spas delivered (not of Arctic Spas making), The company responded immediately. Goran was on site for several hours to remedy the problem. He got it fixed, was very professional, and communicated with us at every step of the process. I'd say "5 stars plus".

A Big Thank you Arctic Spa for our outstanding Cub tub! The installation team that came in was a well oiled machine and everything went in without a hitch. We've been enjoying the tub for a few weeks now and we LOVE IT. This is an incredible spa - our last two hot tubs (from other brands) always cooled down when we were soaking - this one warms up!

Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, and how to get the water balanced properly. Overall, I we are very impressed. Arctic Spas are the best for a reason!

What a fabulous install today on our little island! Ryan and Dawson were so lovely, situating the tub just so.until I was perfectly happy. They didn't leave a scrap of garbage, and repeated things until I clearly understood everything to keep my little Fox in tip top running order (not hard.this is the easiest hot tub ever.its shows all on my phone now,) Thank you guys for a fun day. I was so impressed with how they coordinated everything perfectly. I also appreciated the temporary spa they lent us until the big one arrived. Also a special thanks to Ryan, their technician, who spent time showing me exactly how to operate the spa, hooked up the internet and was extremely patient while I went over everything to make sure I had it covered. Overall, I am very impressed. Now I'm just waiting for it to heat up so i can enjoy it.

I have had my Arctic spa Tundra for approximately 4 months and my family loves it.

I was very happy dealing with Dennis at the Victoria location. He was very knowledgeable and was a big help deciding on the right spa. Ryan was the technician who set up the spa, he was very professional and informative.

The delivery personnel were also very helpful finding the right placement on the deck.

I did my research prior to purchasing an Arctic spa and I can honestly say they’re superior compared to other manufacturers.

1. Hot tub cover is well constructed, the thickness is probably double compared to others on the market. You can actually stand on top of the cover. I recently had a power outage and the temperature didn’t drop after 6 hours.

2. Frame construction is solid and the exterior cedar trim is top quality. When you look inside the spa all the plumbing and electrical lines look high quality.

3. The seats are very comfortable and the
adjustable headrests are a nice touch. The Tundra model has a great seat selection with various seat depths.

4. Spa boy is a great feature, you can monitor your spa with the Arctic spa app. I hardly add chemicals as the salt water system is very low maintenance. There is no chemical smell and my skin feels great afterwards.

You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with an Arctic Spa.

Ok so after much research we landed on an Arctic Spa because we felt it was simply the best quality spa available in the Vancouver Island marketplace. Dennis was knowledgeable and helpful and took the time to educate us on the Arctic Spa's construction and options and then we waited with great anticipation for today to arrive - delivery day for our new spa. Sam arrived at the scheduled time and went the distance to ensure our new spa was installed perfectly. Sam also took the time to get the spa water balanced and the right mix of chemicals added, the whole time while also educating me on how to properly use and maintain the spa. He too was a wealth of knowledge. The Spa Boy app on my smartphone is a dream to have and takes all the guess work (and the frequent testing of water) out of owning a spa. Overall we are very pleased with the quality workmanship of our new spa and the service that Dennis, Sam and the entire Arctic Spas team have provided, and we are happy to provide this reference for others beginning their spa journey.

Once again, customer service off the charts! Tub threw a fault code. I texted the guys. Return text within minutes with instructions to fix. Followed the instructions- got a result but still not quite fixed- texted back. Got more instructions. Input the data and all fixed. Beginning to end half an hour elapsed! And from the start, I was offered the option of trying the fix myself or a tech being sent out to me. UFB! Highest recommendations,
