Ardene

Refused SPC card by cashier on duty! That’s annoying. If i have other discount offer, that does not mean, they will refuse to give 10% SPC card discount! Rude cashier/manager!

I came to this location on Saturday with a friend. While we were there we were not greeted and completely ignored. I stood at the change room for over 5 minutes and then had to ask if they had someone assisting with the dressing rooms. I came out to show my friend and she said I needed a smaller size. An employee came out of the break room by the change rooms and my friend said i would go get you a different size but i don't know where you got that item, maybe that employee could help. That employee looked right at us, ignored us and walked right past us! We were in complete shock. I have never been dismissed in a retail store. Out of all the employees besides one women, they were all unhelpful and unfriendly. I don't know if we will ever return. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If your not happy and don't want to do your job, maybe you should not be working there!

I always had the impression that you can only get custom jewelry at Ardene's. 2 weeks ago I went in with a friend at the downtown location and was pleasantly surprised to see the variety available.
However, the downtown store employees would get a -5* if that was possible to give out. All 4 employees were behind the cash playing or reading or texting on their phones. I was not impressed and would discourage anyone from going to that location.
My experience at the Tillicum mall was completely different, First, someone actually said 'hello can I help you' and helped me find exactly what I needed. So I returned the next day to thank the employee and give her feedback on my purchase. She also mentioned looking online to perhaps find the size I needed in another item.
If you need to get sonething fron Ardene's, go to the Tillicum mall location or order online. Avoid downtown unless you don't mind being ignored.

If you love Ardene shoes, then you'll love this place.lots of shoes, boots. I'm giving 3 stars since there wasn't really the typical Ardene bra/undies section. I had to randomly find racks around the store. They could also give a little more room between jewellery aisles, I saw a larger customer struggling to trim around in there.

Staff was great, but layout not so much.

My fourteen year old daughter believes that this store was built for her. Full marks to the staff.

I have repetitively had horrible experiences in this store. The employees are barely even employees, won't offer any help whatsoever. Today I witnessed a lady ask the manager if they had a certain shirt in white and without even checking she quickly says no, sure enough the customer returns to the till with said shirt in white, and this is coming from the manager? I went to return pants I bought today in the wrong size and they wouldn't let me try on a new pair to make sure the size was right because they were "closing in 10 minutes" so I drove all the way back here for them to be o lazy to open a change room. Pathetic.

I usually would never give a store a review but the customer service here is a joke, every time we go in nobody is in sight and the clothes are never organized one time I had to wait 5 minutes for the employees to finish a conversation clearly not about work before they would ring me out and even then not one of them would say "hi did you find everything alright? " One time I was in there for 20 minutes looking for a particular item and nobody was in sight to help and after 20-30 minutes someone finally came out of the back to tell me they were closing? !? Like great service guys
