I over heard the manager talking about wanting to hide items in the back to buy on her own time, and I just don’t think it’s fair that they have priority pick over customers especially when we pay significantly more. My daughter wears XS and she has trouble finding that size in store so it’s really frustrating as a parent hearing that those sizes are being put aside and purchased before we even get a chance. There isn’t really anywhere else in Courtenay for little girls to shop either unless we buy online.

Super rude and impatient service every time I’m in. If your ever there within the last hour they are open they rush you the whole time, don’t let you try anything on and basically act like your a giant inconvenience to them by shopping there.

Awesome staff and great selection of clothes. Everyone is always very friendly and eager to help!
