I’ve been visiting Arion for the last 2 years and definitely recommend laser treatment at the clinic. Kayla (at the front desk) is super responsive, friendly, and helpful. I used many treatments with newest technology to remove spider veins but they always came back. Not until I discovered Dr. Madani and his German machine. I noticed that my spider veins started disappearing and not coming back. I’m very happy with the results.

For a long time, I did not dare to undergo Ultherapy and yet I recently did it at the Arion Skin Laser Clinic. And did not regret it! I am grateful to Meran for his high qualification and calm positive atmosphere in the clinic. The hands of the Master made the procedure not only painless but even pleasant. Regarding my results, I’ve definitely seen huge improvements after 8 sessions. I still have some hair growing back but it’s thin and grows slow, so definitely keep in mind that you’ll probably need more than 8 sessions (:

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Vastly reduced some facial scarring from an old broken nose injury that I was previously told, couldn't be improved. Couldn't recommend more! I got awt here and I am very happy with the results! Staff are all very well educated and they have top equipment for top results. I was nervous as I hadn't used their services before but after my experience with accoustic wave therapy I look forward to coming back in the future and would definitely reccomend!

I have had a consultation and 3 laser hair removal treatments at this clinic. The staff here are friendly, professional, and the doctor Mehron is especially knowledgable. During my consultation we discussed my skin concerns, radio-frequency micro needling, and the carbon peel treatment.

This clinic's prices for laser hair removal and RF micro-needling (using the Infini device) are higher than average. For example, at another doctor run cosmetic clinic a full face Infini treatment is $500, while at this clinic it is over $700. Their laser hair removal treatments are more expensive than many other locations as well.

If you are okay with paying more for the expertise of a doctor led cosmetic clinic then this place is okay. If you are price conscience then I recommend checking out Green Leaf MediSpa which is in the same building and has amazing deals on Groupon.

For comparison, getting my arms and face treated with laser hair removal 2x on each area cost over $800 for a package from this clinic. Whereas at Green Leaf treating the full arms 6x would cost $220.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic, I just want to make it clear there are other much more affordable options for essentially the same services.

5/5 Location, 4/5 Price (just a liiittle pricier compared to similar procedures at other clinics, but worth it), 5/5 experience! Their procedure is as close to painless as you can get for laser hair removal. The staff are friendly, and I'm satisfied with my results.

Staff including the front desk clerk were friendly and nice. Meran was patient in answering my questions, honest about the expectations from my treatments, and I am happy with my results. The clinic is also clean and welcoming. Overall I would definitely recommend this place for laser treatments!

I researched for months, and visited a number of dermatologists and skin clinics before finalizing my decision to have treatments done at Arion. The factors that really stand out are the staff's greater attention to detail and sincere effort to address your concerns. During the consultation process, both Dr. Meran and Dr. Peach devoted a significant amount of time evaluating my skin to ensure due care before recommending an appropriate treatment, while addressing technical concerns about the process, potential side effects, after-care procedures, and any additional questions I had.

I have had 3 radiofrequency microneedling treatments performed by Dr. Meran, and 1 skin lesion removal treatment performed by Dr. Peach. The results have exceeded my expectations! Their support staff, Kyla, is also highly responsive and makes every effort to book appointments that fit your schedule.

I had my laser hair removal treatment in 2015 in Arion Clinic and it has changed my life. The hair never came back and there were no side effects. I know a few people that have had the treatment in a cheaper place or by coupons and the hair kept coming back so they have to go back yearly. At the end they have paid way more money that I did and they still have to continue paying. Also, they have had skin damage from too many frequent treatments. The service here is amazing and Mehran and Mahshid are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Be certain that the price you pay here is money well spent and you will go back for other services.

I’m loving the Exilis skin tightening treatments. The office is very clean, they offer a cold refreshment, and explain everything thoroughly. No wonder they have won awards. I love the front desk staff too. Very friendly and polite. I’ve been telling all my friends because I can’t say enough good things about this place.

Very friendly and professional service. I had hair removal on legs and I am happy with the results (80% hair gone). Always on time. When the laser had technical issues in the middle of a session, they switch to another machine and offered to book me again and redo it. Good follow up as well.

I’ve been getting laser hair removal from Shannon, and I honestly couldn’t say enough about her! She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell she cares about her craft. She is always able to answer any questions I have about the treatment, and always makes me feel comfortable.

I also went to Dr. Meran to have some tattooed freckles on my face removed. I was pretty nervous about this because I did not want to have any scarring, but Dr. Meran was careful, and so knowledgeable about the laser and the procedures I felt comfortable right after the consultation.

I have been a client of this clinic (laser hair removal) for around 3 years or more and I am quite satisfied with the service I am receiving.
Based on my previous experiences at other clinics I knew that I wouldn't expect my hairs to be removed permanently. There has been a huge reduction of my facial hair since I started my sessions and committed myself to get the treatments. I usually book a session once every 4-5 months and I am quite happy with the overall results.
I also attest to Dr. Mehran's professionalism and his knowledge of the field.

This is my first time getting laser treatment and I couldn’t be happier. I had some brown sunspots on my face that were bothersome. I called for a consultation and things were explained concisely and thoroughly. We were also able to do the treatment right away during my consultation. After a few weeks my spots had completely disappeared. Would highly recommend Arion for there kind, professional and exceptional service.

Have had many treatments there as the infini and the hella lights. Extreme professionalism and opennes, besides from friendliness and care for your needs. If you are considering and read this, know that you won’t be disappointed.

I'm extremely wary of letting anyone touch my face especially with a laser so I searched methodically all of the Lower Mainland spa's and clinics for a place that presented cleanliness, precision and most of all extensive experience and certification. When I was finished, I found Arion Skin Laser Clinic in Vancouver, BC.

My problem was many spider veins, broken vessels and blemishes that were highly visible along with this was dark under eye veins that I've had sine early teenage years. The clinician, Meran Mendani, was the ONLY person at any of the places I went to check out, that pointed out that those veins under my eyes were major ones and that by using a laser on them would block the blood flow which would have to pool somewhere which could result in clotting behind the eye or face etc. Not only did other places offer to do it they did not mention anything about these veins. So if I had gone to one of them how horrific it could have been.

We discussed certification and experience and I received confirmation that Meran is a certified Medical Laser Safety Officer by the Laser Institute of America (LIA), and is a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS). For those that don't know usage of these lasers is not regulated in British Columbia and anyone can not only purchase a laser, they only have to take a two hour online course and they are good to go. Scary right? That's exactly why I chose this place because I care about myself enough to know that researching and finding experts affects my health and well being too, not just cosmetically.

He explained he could certainly help me with the other parts that were a major concern for me - broken vessels, red blemishes and spider veins on my cheeks and my chin as well as some under my nose. All my questions were answered, the process would not require any freezing, would take about 30 minutes and the aftercare would include sun screen, moisturizer and gentle cleansing.

I went in a week later, everything was splendid! Each step was explained to me, my eyes were well protected and Meran explained what I would feel. The laser would be placed over an area and then when dispensed it would shoot out what felt like a very small punch of compressed air. Initially I jumped a tiny bit as I was not sure what to expect but after a minute I settled right in. For the area at the base of the nostrils was a bit tender but nothing more than that. He even found a brown spot at the end of my nose and took that off too!

I got to see a mirror immediately, there was no burning and no pain! And of course, there were my cheeks and chin looking like I never had a mark on them! 40 years of covering them up with makeup was gone in less than half an hour. I was treated with some cream and giving instructions on home care (gentle cleansing, moisturize (no perfumed items) and the same for sun screen (higher spf). I went back to work immediately after without any issue.

Two days later and without telling anyone my bf looked straight at me and said "did you do something, you look younger". I couldn't stop beaming, I told him I had laser treatment done and he couldn't believe it from the condition and look of my skin. My colleagues also noticed with no prompting. I do look different but instead of red lines all over my face and nose and a red blotchy blemish on my left cheek I have even toned skin. I feel better and I don't have to cover it up with makeup. I understand from the discussions this is not forever and lots of things can cause them (cold/hot temperature extremes, genetics etc) ; however, based on my experience not only was it worth it, it was done by someone who was obviously extremely well trained and educated.

For a person like me who doesn't seek out cosmetic treatments, I'm a bit more mature and I don't have perfect skin this was a perfect little gift to get that helped me feel better about the way I looked without having to go under any surgery, without any pain and immediate results!

I will be returning!
