Service is ok when you buy things in this store, but if you return or change items, sometimes the staff's attitude is unacceptable. Today (2023-7-2) noon I was changing 2 items at this store, the cashier was pretty unfriendly and inpatient, even a bit rude. In addition, she almost double charged me but didn't apologize at all! I understand returning or changing items is not bringing new revenue to the store and doesn't help on achieving their sales quota, but that cannot be the reason that customers are treated without respect! Hope Aritzia management could realize how easy it is to loose customers and take actions to raise the service bar.

March 24,1: 30pm. The female sales associate in the cashier area is rude. Her tone is not friendly and respectful as the others. If a pre teen bought something from your store, don't you have the audacity to atleast ask and offer the tax exempt. This is my daughter's first shopping experience with her friend and you will rob her off. Last time, a sales associate just asked how old is she and gave her tax exempt. I know it's just $2 and so but every penny counts. It's her birthday money she's using. Maybe if this lady has a more friendlier tone, there's no review to be done. I used to give 5 star last time but now this person just totally threw me off.

I love this store because they have Julia & Emily as one of their sales associates. They are my go - to associate when it comes to ordering and purchasing. Very friendly and not to pushy which i really like.i like service but at the same time i love shopping alone too so very much appreciate staff who knows how to respect your personal space and also give you the right amount of customer service.

Not helpful almost every time. The staff has so much attitude. I don't think they understand what customer service is.

The quality of clothes has been going downhill substantially. Not worth what it costs but good for basic clothes. Plain tanks etc.

The leggings are see through and pill within the first few washes. *update - wore brand new pants wore them once and the pilling is out of control! **

They have a no refund policy don't buy stuff online unless you know your size and fit.

Aritzia is similar anywhere I go in greater Vancouver, but what I like about this location is that there was a dog there, and the staff didn’t seem to mind. I asked if dogs were allowed, and the staff seemed to think I was complaining, but I was just confirming. She told me the manager doesn’t say anything. If it’s dog friendly, that’s a plus for me.

First, I have to say that even though this is not the largest Aritzia store, it is managed well and the merchandise is strategically placed and well-displayed. Also I seem to be able to find stuff I like in my size in this location more easily than some of the other Aritzia stores that are larger and have more traffic. This store is always neat and clean as well, which is so important.

I have never had a problem with customer service at this store. When I can be specific about what I am looking for, the sales person is always helpful. If they try to suggest things I don't want, I kindly inform them and they will be respectful. Mind you, I like to shop on weekdays when there are less people and at the start of the day when staff are less tired. So I think that is key to getting good service.go earlier when staff are fresh!

Whoever manages this store - really excellent job. Keep up the good work and keep cherry picking what items you stock!

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFFS BETTER SO THEY DON'T GO AROUND VIOLATING PEOPLE'S PRIVACY.

I was just looking around in the store when a staff came and snatched the sweater I was holding from my hands without even asking me if I wanted to try it on. She also did not ask which languages I preferred to speak and just proceeded to speak to me in Mandarin because, I don't know, I looked like someone who spoke Mandarin? Things were still borderline acceptable at this point because:
1) I did want to try the sweater on (but wished to accumulate a few things I liked and try them all at once)
2) I did speak Mandarin and was fine with speaking whichever language made sense to people.

Things only went downhill from here.

I followed her to the changing room, where each room had NO LOCKS - no actual doors, not even a loop to secure the curtain against something so someone doesn't just pull the curtain (foreshadowing). I walked into the room that staff instructed me to go into, made sure that the curtain was AS CLOSED AS POSSIBLE proceeded to change, when that SAME STAFF proceeded to (without asking if someone is inside, or I don't know.remember that she put me inside a minute ago?) just PULL AWAY MY CURTAIN. I had the sweater half-on and quickly covered myself when I saw a hand grabbing my curtain.

Aaaaaaand it didn't end there. After that staff apologized for abruptly violating my privacy, she proceeded to do it A SECOND TIME when I was changing back to my normal clothes. Without having a brain to remember that:
1) She put me inside that room like 3 minutes ago.
2) She pulled my curtain like 2 minutes ago.
3) You shouldn't go around pulling away fulling closed curtains.
4) Maybe ask before you reach out your hand?

Please keep in mind that:
1) I can hear perfectly fine and would have answered if she had asked if I was inside.
2) My curtain was as closed as can be, I made sure of that, especially after the first time she opened my curtain.

This is just absurd and completely devoid of any customer service decency. Please make notes of which rooms have people in them and which ones don't. Or just. ASK before you potentially invade someone's privacy?

I purchased a jacket today.full price. I refused to give my phone number to the Associate cashier 127303. She said then the company will not guarantee my jacket and then marked my jacket a final sale! Won't be shopping at the Richmond Centre Store!

Good customer service most of times, so does the quality. But Honestly most people wear it daily since we have such limited brands here, the styles tends to be more basic and subtle colors. Where's all the fun?

There is only one staff member who i adore at this location and although i don’t remember her name, she has fair skin and dark brownish hair. She’s usually wears TNA sweatsuits and she goes above and beyond every time to make me feel welcome. However every other worker at this location WILL look at u as if u have committed a war crime when you’re not all dressed up omg it is not that deep can i shop in peace and get some help without the judgmental looks? The men at the entrance usually seem pretty nice/shy and i respect them for being greeters but the rest of u need to chill with the attitude a little i pray you all go to therapy or something yall are not the CEOS pls relax u are not all that for being corporate slaves ️️️️

I got a Christmas gift from my friend. I think it not suit me so I bring to the store to ask if I could get a store credit to get something later.
It’ll be returning without receipt. The girl approach me with attitude. She said I can exchange to something else for this time. Normally I don’t do it anybody (Thank you) but I’ll give you a favor. The gift that you got probably on sales. I mean who care whatever the price is. It’s a gift. You don’t need to comment that item was on sales. She try to force me if I wanted to exchange I need to do it today. I can’t even get store credit.love how they keep an elegant manners and wish they have customer service same level as how elegant they are.

I do understand how some people will feel judged or insecure because everyone who works there or shops there is “put together”. I like how there are more affordable options at this place yet still amazing quality. I will no longer shop at places like F21 or Bluenotes cause the clothes break down quickly and it will end up costing you more over time to replace. I can’t speak on behalf of others as I’ve been treated fairly 95% of the time I visit, but they always help me with changing rooms and ask me if I need any help. I got some super nice workout clothes and it was very easy to try on and check out.

Bought a jacket for 10% off, changed my mind and wanted a return/store credit. The person who helped me with the purchase said it’s final sale because I got the 10% off, no store credit; she can only let me exchange on the spot. I told her I had spent so much lately with them that I have nothing else to buy, I might need some time to decide.
“How long do you need? ”
“I don’t know I can come back in a week? ”
“I can only give you 2 days (noted on receipt -exchange only until mm/dd/yyyy) ”
“…. But I’m on a tight schedule I can’t make it in 2 days”
“Well you’ll need to call customer service for that”
Seriously?
This sales associate helped me serval times, always kind, friendly, I even had her name remembered just because I want to ask for her whenever I come into the store. But oh man when it comes to their commission earnings, it’s a whole different story. I understand you want your commission but this is not how you do business. Majority of my clothes are from Aritzia, you have so much more opportunity to make money from me by just giving me the store credit. After all of this, it’ll be for sure my last purchase with you and Aritzia; the worst customer service and return policy.

I just wanted to say I am so impressed with the help that I received today. I unfortunately didnt grab any names of the girls that helped me but I had to say something (Associate numbers: 135900,123230). My experience with the Vancouver pacific center location was not pleasant and I was basically told to go buy a de-pilling device for my Ganna jacket that I wore once for 5 hours. I brought my jacket to the Richmond location, after speaking to the online service help and the girl was so helpful and accommodating and helped me right away. Such a good experience!

I was helped by a girl named Anna Martin. She was very very patient with me. I didn't know the name of the items that I was looking for. She showed me everything that might have matched. Helped me look online. She was very helpful. Haven't received that level customer service in a long time.

I’ve been a loyal Aritzia customer for years, and I’ve spent thousands of dollars here. Over 60% of my clothes are from Aritzia, and I get most of my friends’ presents here as well. I mostly shop online/over the phone since I am not a big fan of in store shopping. I am aware of Aritzia’s hideous return policy, so I’ve made a habit of always checking their return policy before making any purchase online. This is why they didn’t get me on their recent update on their return policy: anything over 50% off is final sale even if you purchased online. So far I have not had any problems with the store despite their hideous return policy. However, my recent experience with them was the deal breaker.

I purchased a coat over the phone and confirmed that I’d have 2 weeks to return the item for store credit if I change my mind. I even sent a copy of the chat to my email because you never know if you’d be told otherwise when you make a return. When the package arrived, I opened it, tried it, didn’t like it, so I brought it back to the store to return it the next day. I was then told that there is no tag on the coat. WHY IS THERE NO TAG ON THE COAT? SURPRISE SURPRISE. THEY SENT ME A COAT WITH NO TAG ON AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO LET ME RETURN IT B/C IT HAD NO TAG ON. I called customer care right away. I was told that an email will be sent to the store about the issue and It’ll be up to the manager to decide if I can return it, depending on the condition of the coat. I felt good about it. After all, I only tried it on for 2 minutes, so of course the coat is in good condition. So I went to the store again the next day, and was told that no email was sent to the store, and that I never called customer care… The manager then told me that I can’t return it for store credit b/c the coat is not in resalable condition anymore…she didn't even look at the coat.how did she know already that it wasn't in resalable condition.and considering that I literally touched the coat for like 2 minutes, ARE YOU SAYING THAT YOU GUYS SENT ME A COAT THAT WASN’T IN RESELLABLE CONDITON? ! She then even lied to me and said that all on sale items are final sale, so I wasn’t even allowed to return it in the first place……. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ! I ALWAYS SHOP ONLINE SO I KNOW THAT I HAVE 2 WEEKS TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT. STOP LYING!

Anyways, the thing to take away from this is that even if you are fully aware of their hideous return policy, and you did exactly what you are supposed to do to get a return, THEY CAN STILL SEND YOU SOMETHING WITHOUT A TAG ON AND YOU’D BE STUCK WITH IT! DON’T’ BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE!

3 stars is for the clothing. Quality of sweaters have gone down. Service is a hit or miss- most of the time a miss. Used to be good years ago, but now you are not greeted and it feels like you're shopping in ZARA. Only until you have an item in your hand SOMETIMES they will ask if they can start a fitting room. Ask a sales girl if they have a specific item, they say No and walk away. On one occasion, the girl glanced around the area, and said Sorry we don't have that item. Surprise, I found it in the section next to us. They can't be bothered to actually look or know their inventory.

Horrible return policy. My item was a gift new with tags and they will not let me exchange it store credit. So I must ask my family for a receipt so they can be offended? Serious? It was a gift from Santa! So I must basically tell my whole family I don’t like the gift so I can find which of the 9 people bought it. Thanks Aritzia now I have a jacket that I hate that doesn’t fit. Well done

The staff is always so rude and unhelpful. This isn’t from a one time experience. Every single time it’s the same thing. Rather shop online, but sometimes it’s just convenient to go in and try things on.

I had purchased the harlow cliffside citizens and was reassured that they wouldn't stretch and that they hold shape. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. They tore by the pockets within 3 months and stretched out significantly and aritzia refused to take them back. This company does not value their long time customers and the quality of their clothes have gone down. I would think twice about buying designer jeans from this company and consider Nordstrom.

Store is fine, but they do not ever answer their store phone. I even went into the store and phoned to see if it rang, of course it did. They just ignore it. Not a good way to do business.

Worst customer service from any Aritzia I have been to. Staff was just plain rude and unaccommodating. On the plus size, if your a size 8 and up - your most likely to find your size here.

Good customer service, I had noticed a pair of pants I bought was damaged right after I took the tags off, they exchange for a new pair with no issues. The clothing is overall good, and the sizing very consistent. If I order something on it always fits.

Nice clothes but expensive. Btw they have the worst customer service. I tried phoning the store several times but no one ever answered. I went there the other day to try on some leggings. I stood waiting for a changeroom and the staff just ignored me. When I went to pay there was no one at the checkout. I stood waiting to pay for my clothes. Do you want my money? Ridiculous.

Does this store not answer their phone? It’s honestly ridiculous. Customer service told me to call this store directly. What’s the point of having a phone if they don’t answer? Better still after trying for 10 mins the phone was picked up and hung up. Nice staff!

A really nice women's clothing store. Their designs are varied but simple with gentle coloring. Staff are very friendly and the music isn't overpowering. Change rooms are well sized with good mirrors. Pricing is decent and the return policy is good if something doesn't work. They are located in the mall. Good parking available and they are close to a Canada line and several bus routes. There are bike racks outside.
