I left the store in a bad mood because of only one cashier (All the staff were friendly, except for the cashier). The cashier whose hair was blond wasn't only kind to me. She didn't apply a discount on my items (I knew my items were on sale) before I put the card in to pay for them, and only then did I apply the discount when I asked if they were on sale. She smiled and was kind to the customer right next to me, and I was expressionless from start to finish.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I was looking at puffy jackets with my wife. Got approached by the floor staff over 6 times about how we should give them the jacket that we were trying to pick so they can put it on the counter. Unprofessional staff, one of the staff came over twice within 2 min. They ask for my wife’s name. Anyhow bought the jacket and left. Don’t Judge people by the their appearances. Absolutely Garbage attitude beyond.

The girls working the fitting room were very blunt and had a terrible attitude and the cashier acted like I was gone before she even handed me my bag. Giving 5 stars because Annie started the fitting room for me and was very sweet right from the beginning. It made my shopping trip alot more enjoyable. Thank you!

I shopped here a few days ago and the location is great to find some sale items that you don’t usually see. The music was pretty fun too. Lots of staff who want to help you. I think Giana helped me and she was really sweet which helped make my experience there more genuine.

I bought total 5 items and learned I only have 4 items in the bag wrapped with paper. Maybe because I told them I was a visitor. I will go back to the store to see if I can get the item back tomorrow. Make sure you check your bag before you leave the store

Worst experience i’ve had in any store, rude gossipy customer service body shaming comments and when i asked for any help i was interrogated on if i could or would buy anything.when i got my stuff packed up i was told i had to leave before i could book an uber.

Extremely aggressive and rude customer service from Chantel.
I was holding a superpuff jacket that I wanted to try on and show my mom and she came over and and asked if I wanted to start a fitting room. I said no, that I was fine but she insisted and said she'll put it in a changeroom. Again, I said no, that I had just wanted to try it on quickly and she said something along the lines of 'yeah, you can try it on over in the changingroom' in a super rude and pushy tone.
Meanwhile 2 other people were trying on the jackets at the mirrors around the store.
I let her take the jacket and just grabbed another one to try on because either than jackets I didn't actually try on any pieces of clothing so I didn't need to go to the changing rooms at all.
While I was paying for my items she comes over and tells the girl to put in her number for helping me- which she didn't.
Prior to this, I've actually never had a bad experience at Artizia despite a lot of people saying they have, until today.
Either than that, the blonde cashier that helped ring me up was nice and I would rather she got the sale.
On top of that too, a lot of their cuter pieces are full price and already pilling. Quality definitely went down compared to before.
I don't usually leave reviews but you were extra annoying.

This location is alright. Service was pretty bad. Spent half my time waiting for someone to help me get another size in the change room. I’d suggest going to a regular location. They have more variety and clothes without makeup stains and snags.

Terrible customer service. Was there the afternoon of September 8th and 4 different employees went past me and I was completely ignored. I feel my presence was not acknowledged because I’m a little older maybe or perhaps just poor customer service. I was planning on buying a few items as it’s one of my favorite brands of clothing but was upset the 4 employees walked right past me I left. The Tsawwassen Mills and Richmond Centre stores have much better service.

Price is not better than other Aritzia. And they charged me wrong price for an item today. Will take me an hour to drive back. Tried calling them all day to solve the problem, no one ever picked up the phone…

This girl I don’t have her name but she was the cashier and she had reddish/ginger hair and was wearing a white tank top, She was doing my refund and said have a nice day. Now I’m a teenager and I wasn’t familiar with where my money was gonna go. I asked her and she said that the money was put on a visa. Now I used a CF pacific gift card and I told her no I did not use a visa, she then repeats yes you did and I said no I don’t have a visa. She then goes up to this other lady. She had long darker hair and was tan, the red hair lady was explaining to her probably about my suppose visa that I apparently paid these pants with. And the tan lady said “well why is she here returning these pants in the first place”. She then comes up to me and explains that The money would come back onto the gift card. I have spent thousands of dollars on this company and I am not thrilled with the way I was treated. I feel that the lady should’ve gone over my receipts and double checked with me first about the card that I paid with. And the tan lady’s attitude is just unacceptable. I definitely don’t recommend returning things at this location as the workers give you looks when you are returning something.

I love going to this location specifically because staff is very friendly and helpful all the time. But my latest experience with one of the employee named Nicole was great as she knows their products very well. She took her time and helped me to provide memorable and personal shopping experience. I didn’t even try clothes on, she helped me getting the right sizes and it all just fits perfectly. I love all the outfits from Aritzia. But this experience was very good and informative in terms of products.

Terrible customer service at the Templeton location, you are better off shopping at other Aritzia locations if you HAVE to shop at Aritzia.

I don’t know why Aritzias have moderate reviews. I’ve always had great experiences. They are so lovely here. The sales associate (I think her name is Serenity) was incredibly patient and helpful. She pulled some beautiful pieces that I ended up loving and purchasing. Would highly recommend

To you MS blonde shorter girl managing the customers to pay at the front desk on Nov 28th, You should learn how to be nice to people! I spend thousands of dollar for this brand every month and you def changed my mind from now on. Not sure if you are the store manager or what but I'm shocked you still have a job. Where are all those staff who appreciate the customers at the stores?

Aritzia has never been my "go-to" place to shop for one reason & one reason only -
Customer Service or Lack there of.with the # of staff working at any given moment one would think getting help would be an easy task but its never the case. This outlet location is no different.
With COVID19 restrictions still in effect, it seems as though this location has chosen not to follow the guidelines. The # of customers they allow in the store doesnt allow for proper social distancing protocols and some customers and staff were not wearing face masks.
After finding the item I was looking for I decided not to stay any longer.
The cashier was nice and the transaction was quick.
As I exited the store I realized still, no one had greeted me or thanked me for my visit today.
On a positive note - the artwork on the shopping bags for this holiday season is kind of cute.

I can only rate my visit based on today's experience. S/O to Kyla for being super helpful and patient with me as I shopped around. Compared to other SA's I've experienced at other locations that are super pushy into getting you to buy stuff or don't help you based on your looks, Kyla was super friendly, did not make feel pressured to purchase something, and overall just made my shopping experience a positive one.

My visit this weekend was pleasantly surprising. It was pretty busy but I appreciate Kyla for making my trip to this location wonderful despite the chaos in the store. She helped me order a pair of pants that were sold out at every location and was very patient with me! Usually when I walk into Aritzia, I am never even greeted but Kyla was very welcoming and friendly to me.

Lots of regular stock that were full price, discounts on ugly coloured selections and athletic/casual wear (hoodies, sweatpants, etc.)

Was not acknowledged by any staff until I needed a fitting room/paid for my purchase, though there were many staff in store.

Rude service. Got kicked out with kids while waiting for wife to try on stuff. Kids were sitting on a bench inside. We were all wearing masks.
She said no sitting allowed due to covid. But touching and trying clothes is ok. Covid only spreads when people sit and wait and not when they try and touch clothing. Try better next time Aritzia when customers are inside your store spending money.

I had really bad experience for processing a return. They kept me bouncing back and forth between customer service and store staff. Customer service said talk to store and store kept on saying only customer service could help. The "store manager" wasn't even trying to listen to the issue. I regularly shop at artizia and spend a lot of money with them still they didn't wanted to help me to exchange one product which was completely useless for me. Now I have something worth more than 100 bucks in my wardrobe which I am never gonna wear. Rather than solving my issue store manager and customer service staff started giving me alternative options of how to use the product that I bought. Its extremely frustrating that how the stores like Garage and Urban Planet has revised their return policies but stores like these, expensive brands wouldn't do the same or something equivalent for their loyal customers.

Very fake employees and toxic workplace. I understand employees must sell a target per hour; but that does not excuse them from talking about customers behind their back. Especially visibly in front of customers. Despite having a promotion where they "support" front line workers early covid, I was discriminated against and told to leave the store, though i was browsing in clean scrubs; medical grade mask and fully vaccinated with card proof. Disgusting attitude. I ended up buying from a mall location instead and was treated much differently. When they didn't have the exact thing I was looking for, they spent time helping me find something within and even under budget that made me feel comfortable. This other location was very kind and understanding and actually makes me want to return for future purchases. I was even told that even if I didn't end up making a purchase that day, they wanted to ensure I had a pleasant experience so that when I did see something I wanted, I was welcomed into a store that wouldn't make me feel uncomfortable. The level of empathy of a mall store vs the outlet location is so immensely different, that if you have to choose; you better go to a mall location instead for a better experience.

Very disappointed with this Aritzia’s customer service. I purchased a Puffer earlier this week at Pacific Centre. They didn’t have a gift box big enough and told me I could go to another Aritzia and ask for one. I didn’t plan to because it was a box but I couldn’t find anything big enough and I was at the outlets anyways so thought I’d ask while I was there. The associate (who didn’t provide her name) asked me for a receipt to show proof of my purchase. I looked in my email and realized I wasn’t sent a digital copy but I did have other receipts from my purchases at Aritzia over the last month. She said since there was no receipt she couldn’t provide me with a box - to reiterate a CARDBOARD BOX. She gave me a lot of pushback and said she would need to ask her supervisor/manager. For someone who spends thousands of dollars at Aritzia, I’m disappointed and probably will take my business elsewhere. I initially thought that the issue was very minuscule and that I shouldn’t write a review. However, I thought the issue itself was minuscule and the staff made a big deal when it could’ve been easily resolved. A store that makes such a big deal out of providing its customer a Cardboard box (when I showed a receipt of my other recent purchases including another Super Puff) is a joke. Also, she could’ve asked for my phone number and looked up my account if she really wanted to ensure the box was for a recent purchase. If I’m asking for a box with ARITZIA written on it, it’s obviously for an Aritzia purchase.

It’s an outlet, so it’s mainly items that are on sale that they couldn’t get rid of. I saw a lot of things that I saw online months ago, but never got the chance to buy. There are mainly sizes extra small and large, so if you’re in between, it’s difficult to find things. With that beings said, I thought the deals were pretty good for Aritzia!

I don't feel comfortable or welcomed at this store at all. It seems like everyone is having a bad day there lol. Out of all the outlet stores I found the clothing choices/deals and experience extremely underwhelming. I can see why oak and fort is filled with people - their staff are extremely kind even though they just had their busy grand opening. Their clothes are actually a good deal and weren't like only $5 off off the price tag like aritzias lol

The prices here aren't better than the ones at regular stores so don't come here thinking you must be getting better prices because it's at an outlet mall.

I went here today and one employee ignored social distancing to ask me if I wanted my items put aside to try them on. She said ordinarily they wouldn't start rooms due to COVID19, but it was so close to closing that she would make an exception (I don't understand how this makes it safer if they already consider it unsafe to put the items aside).

When I went to try stuff on, she said there was a limit of 5 items in the fitting room at a time, I asked if I she could just count the number of items I had then count again when I came out, she said her manager told her there was a 5 item limit, so I went on trying on 5 items at a time.

When I came out of the fitting room to swap out some items with the employee keeping track of them, and I see her speaking quietly to the manager as if they're gossiping. I knew it was the manager because I asked her if she was the manager and she said yes. Another person's review even talked about the employees gossiping about her. I definitely won't be buying from here unless it's the only Aritzia that carries a certain item, even then I can't see myself returning.

Pushy sales associate compared to other Aritzia locations. You're better off going to the actual store where you'll find more sizes and style available. Not much of a sale difference here. I did have a hard time hearing the cashier who has an extremely quiet voice. Definitely not a good place for her to be working at with the music blasting loudly.

I walked in to look around and this girl approached me asking me if she could me a size in a skirt that I was just looking at. I said no, i was just looking and when I asked her where the white cargo pants were, she showed me and tried to find me a size but when I told her I was just looking, she glared at me without saying anything and walked away. Mind you, it was just 10 am and she was already being extremely pushy for sales. Normally I have relatively positive experiences at Aritizia but this girl was pushy and rude. I get it girl you guys are on commission but you can exercise some kindness and common decency?
