This 5 star review goes solely towards the sales associate that helped me, her name is Quin-Anne (sp), may have the spelling incorrect. She was super attentive and helpful throughout my visit to purchase a Christmas gift for my daughter. She helped me with sizing and also took a moment to compliment both my husband and I. We were purchasing quite a few items for my daughter and she stated my daughter is very lucky to have us as parents, I’m assuming it’s because we were spending quite a bit of money on her, which isn’t something we normally do but hey it’s Xmas. Sales associates don’t necessarily need to do more than sell, but she was personable and just overall lovely to have worked with. Quality on certain items is what brings us back to Aritzia but service is now taking precedence. Thank you Quinn-Anne for such a positive and kind experience <3

This was my first time visiting this location and let me get this straight (HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE). There was this black girl with braids and with big lashes was so rude I just asked her a simple question and she was so rude. I usually visit the Richmond location of Aritzia and the customer service over there is so good that you guys are not even close to it. Literally (0/10). I don’t know who the manager is but please change your staff ASAP or you will keep loosing customers. I understand how the Black Friday week would be busy for you but still in the end you should know how to treat your customers.

Only giving 5 stars for Kira who helped me with everything! She even went above and beyond to help me get something out of stock almost company wide! Best sales associate I’ve came across at any aritzia

Absolutely horrendous customer service.asian girl with the lashes and dangly bracelets was awfully rude when completing my transaction, didn't talk to me or even LOOK at me once.i didn't even know if my transaction was completed and if I was good to go, because she didn't say a single word to me.staff at this location pls do better, you're scaring off your customers

The girl that told me she couldn’t help me bc I didn’t want a sherpa hoodie was a real Cee U Next Tuesday.

No sizes or colour options in store. Probably time for the physical locations to shut down.

Extremely terrible attitude and customer service. I initially didn’t care and just helped myself but when I went up to pay, every sale associates made me feel like I owe them money. Pretty cute clothes though. I will not return to this location that’s for sure.

Whoever was controlling the music seriously needs a raise they were playing Fearless Taylor’s version the whole time

Salespeople don't respond to your “good morning, thank you, please”, they don't look at you when you're talking (they're doing something else.) They're unfriendly and I felt like I was bothering them, since I wanted to BUY their clothes!

Why did the sales associates all ignore me yesterday and one of them hipchecked me twice? Aritzia is known for its atrocious customer service but this location is worst of the worst.

Always heard bad things about Aritzia but never saw myself. First time there, I caught staff outright bullying customers in front of me and left immediately.

The quality of customer service has gone significantly. No one greets you when you enter. Most of the employees are chatting away with each other instead of asking customers if they need help. When you approach the group of ladies for assistants they all disappear and whoever is left standing last seems to be the unlucky person that has to help you. Not because they want to do there job but because they were too slow to leave the situation. This is specifically this location. I experienced something similar at
aritzia guildford centre as well. Where no one offers to start you a fitting room or offers to help you find a size. I don't know if this is the new training standard? But before aritzia had amazing customer service and people who didn't seem to hate their jobs helping you. What happened?

Such a pity. I bought a coat last night and 1 hour later got an email saying it was on sale. We went today to try to get the price respected and they told us they couldn’t do it. Ridiculous they don’t care enough about customer service for such expensive clothes. We would remain customers if the experience was better but it’s been 2 times that we have issues and unfortunately last time we’ll be shopping there. Feels like they are trying to take advantage of people.

Aritzia is my favourite store. But I have never been in this location. It was amazing as usual though very busy which i wasn't expected in this weather.
There were a lots of personal an the floor.some were busy, some i think were lost in between.i have tried a couple of cots, and nobody was paying attention. I couldn't find what I wanted then was thinking to leave and go another store. All the sudden one of staff named: Monica, she help me to find what i wanted.though i bout more which I had a plan to come for it another time.she has the best attitude, knowledgeable about what they have or able to do and so fast.she made my day.

Beautiful clothes, pricy but looks like a good quality of the products. Great location near by skytrain station

Having walked out of another place where my older person not-cool-enough invisibility cloak was apparently deployed, I received great service here and bought several things I wouldn't have known suited me if the floor staff hadn't been good. It's in their interests to try and find the right stuff, I just don't get fashion workers that don't have that passion for dressups. They were good. Clothes are lovely, I liked the Babaton range.
