I got my beard worked on and the Stylist April did a great job on it.

Friendly atmosphere

Can’t praise Hailey enough! I have curly hair. It has been very challenging to find someone who can cut my hair right. It has been a very long time since I have loved a haircut so much! I would highly recommend her to anyone with curly hair.

I found everyone wonderful.

Love this place! My son and I only come here to get our hair done every time we leave we are very happy with our hair. We only see April since the first time she did my hair because I was so pleased with the results! However all the other stylists are amazing as well from what I see they do on their clients and how the customers are always happy with their results. I have never seen anyone leave disappointed. It’s a very easygoing atmosphere! They always have a way of making you laugh!

Went to see Haley, and had the greatest first time experience with lightening my hair, and while excited I was still nervous. Thank fully Halry is so wonderful I was put immediately at ease. I love the change, and am now dyeing ;) to go lighter.

I wouldn't recommend the "master colorist", save your time and hair by going elsewhere.

How to lose returning customers, following stupid rules.
My daughters and sometimes my wife have been regular clients of the ARQ Salon for the last five years. Everything was always good. Hailey is an amazing hairdresser.
But today, a week after the mandate for muzzles was completely abolished, they demanded that my daughter wear a muzzle "to feel comfortable. "
The child wanted to get a new hairstyle for so long that she had to sit in a muzzle for an hour. Comfortable?
This was our last visit to this salon. Sorry, we don't support businesses that continue to make people feel like dogs.
All businesses around do not require muzzles.

Very disappointed, I felt like the person did my haircut was under training, i was told in the middle of my haircut that they can’t do fading because its a salon not a barber shop like seriously, if you can’t do mens haircut just don’t take the job. When i was not happy with the service i was told i can go to a different barbershop for fade & i paid $56 for this service. It was the terrible experience. If you’re a guy and want a haircut please reconsider.

I just got my hair cut by April for the first time in a year and a half. Lots of Covid precautions, wonderful cut as always and the atmosphere is always welcoming and fun. April always does a fantastic job with my super thick hair - back next week for some colour! Thanks Arq and April!

Excellent precision haircutting that works with my hair (wavy) and grows out gracefully. Also, a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Very professional! First time I've ever gone back to a salon more than a few times - and it's been years now at Arq.

Really nice staff, good location and I got a great cut! Good Covid precautions. Rates a little high but you get what you pay for

I started going here earlier this year and seeing either April or Haylie, they are both great! Super friendly service and sit you down and really go over what you want and how they are going to do it.
I've had really good experiences getting my hair cut from both Haylie and April.
April has also recently done a huge color correction from dark brown to blonde that went really well and she is extremely knowledgeable about what she is doing!

I just had my first appointment with Brett and he is absolutely amazing! He took my dull, dry blonde hair and revived it with beautiful blonde highlights that brings out my eyes and complection. I've already booked my next appointment with him! Thanks so much Brett!

Unfortunately I didn't like highlights made by Rihno. They were not blended with my hair color, they are right up to my roots cut by where I part my hair. Had to go and tone my hair color elsewhere.

OMG never go my stylist is Hailey I asked for straight hair she said we didn't have time so she made my curls "better" which takes 15-20 mins so does hair straighting!

Haley does my hair and I have never had such great hair! I love my hair! The salon is so nice with a great vibe, great salon!

I love arq salon. My hair stylist Hayley is one of the best I've had in my whole life. Such a welcoming atmosphere in there oh it's just amazing

Today I had the pleasure of having my hair coloured by Rhino at ARQ Langford. I was incredibly impressed with his level of knowledge, expertise and understanding in exactly what I was trying to achieve as a client. I am very particular when it comes to my hair and I have had some unfortunate experiences in the past due to lack of communication when it comes to hair salons. Rhino completely blew me away with the results of my colour and my hair looks and feels better than it has in a long time. I will definitely be going back in the future to book with Rhino and would not hesitate recommending him specifically as a colour expert and educator! As a bonus, their products are high quality and very effective. Thanks so much

Merlin is so nice and does a great style and blow out. Always went downtown to Fish before but going to visit Arq.on Goldstream more often.

Awesome Awesome place. Everyone is so friendly and NOT Pushy. Very clean place. April is amazing.she explains everything and ensures you are happy. She is very knowledgeable and talented. I will definitely be back to see april again. Everyone of the stylists were very professional and from what I seen there clients looked amazing and seemed very happy.

This would be a great place to go if you stay within your boundaries. I will never go back! Do not ever see Merlin!

Awesome stylist Merlin is the best I’ve been to. Well worth the price $ and does excellent dyes as well.

Haley was my stylist and she was great. Lots of fun, she's very confident. I'll be back to see her.
