AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS NOT WORTH IT TO STOP BY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE OR ITS WORKERS.

It’s a waste of time and money. So rude and arrogant absolutely no help whatsoever. If you do you get made fun of or ignored. Avoid getting any tropicals or other plant here. All infested with bugs or diseased or straight up dead. They know nothing in the tropical section or water section.avoid wasting money on the tropicals here.

Lots of good flowers plants and Look healthy maybe better quality and some quite irreguler flower. A bit pricy of Course compare to supermarket flowers. But it is A good place for person who not really familiar with gardening. Plants wil be more Hardy.

Unfriendly atmosphere. Not a single smile on the face of the sellers. When we entered, two cashiers (unmilled women) at different counters were talking to each other. We stopped right next to them, intending to speak to them and expecting them to stop and at least ask us what our question is. This did not happen. They continued to communicate with each other, not even turning their heads in our direction and completely ignoring us. I walked close to one of them and stood right in front of her. No reaction. It was ridiculous and weird. I understand that employees have pressing issues, but when it's 5 minutes of ignoring a customer, it's hard to understand. We went to look for what we needed. The workers outside helped us.

I can only give 2 stars to this nursery. 1 star is for Wendy who was so friendly to guide us for purchasing; the other star is for the organization of plants. We bought 5 fruit trees on Aug 6 at regular price and placed them all on the land. After 4 days, we found a plum tree was so bad and delivered it back to the store for replacement. Firstly the staff told us it was final sale, no replacement. We did not notice the invoice was stamped final sale. The second, the cashier asked to a tree specialist to take a look. She told us the tree lacking water and pointed out we must have missed it. She rejected to replace the tree and advised us to plant it in the land and then put a lots of water every day.
I was a plant lover and took care of indoor plants for over 20 years. How could it possible that I watered the other four plants but missed this one? Besides, how can plants be final sale by purchasing them at regular price? I was so upset.
Anyways, I decided to save the tree by myself. Finally I found mini-spiders on tips of trees. I moved the sick tree in a shelter. Rather then watering the tree right away, I chose to soak each branch of the tree with water (added with wood ashes) two times a day and water the pot only one time every 2 days. After 3 weeks, it started giving green tips.

A wonderful place to buy plants and shrubbery, knowlegable staff to answer all your plant needs, spacious inside and out side, lots of tools for your planting season

There is a great selection of plants, the staff were so kind, and it wasn't hard to find. However, it was more expensive than other places I have visited.

Very busy but didn't have to stand in line very long good work just wish there was more variety of indoor plants live in a condo and need to get some but couldn6find what I was looking for over the winter

The knowledgeable, nice folks at Art Knapp went above and beyond, out of their way to help me identify my bonsai (fig). Excellent service and healthy, beautiful plants.

This greenery is one of the best in the Kelowna area. The selection is enormous and the plants are healthy and well taken care of. They have nice plants that are available elsewhere. The staff are generally very keen to help depending on whether they have sufficent staff.
The only down side is that they are quite a bit pricier than your standard grocery store specimens.

Amazing selection of fruit trees that were 1/3 of the price of trees in Creston. Great deal, nice well laid out nursery and pleasant staff.

This review is mostly for the gentleman in the bulk material yard that should probably pull his head out of where it shouldn't be. Never been treated so rudely! Inquired about a price list and he told me they don't do that for bulk materials, I asked him how I was supposed to price projects if I wanted to get materials from the yard, He told me I should walk around to their 15 or so piles and take pictures of the pricing. I said to him that was inconvenient. He then asked me what I was doing there then! I was shocked. I then went to the cashier to file a complaint about the gentleman and she said "sorry" and walked away as if I didn't exist. Its a shame when the consumer that makes a business happen doesn't matter anymore. I get alot of phone calls from my business inquiring about material deliveries in that general area, I will not recommend Art Knapp EVER!

Best place in town to get plants. They actually water them and care for them lol also provides the correct information needed for the plants.

Great selection of bedding out plants and outdoor plants in general. A little pricier than other places but an excellent selection.

It's nice to just walk around Art Knapp's honestly. Lots of choices, fairly good prices and friendly staff. Just wish they kept more tropical indoor plants in store regularly.

arriving. Wery disapointed with servise and Itálie will be hard to go back.

Awesome! A great variety of flowers, plants and herbs. Prices are great. Great staff to help out and answer questions. Very friendly.

They had a pretty good selection of plants just not what I was looking for but it is still early. I will go back.

Ridiculously overpriced, better and cheaper to buy at a small local store. I recommend Ricks Garden world.

It's the place to go in Kelowna for plants and gardening supplies, just keep in mind they are not always the best priced, and they don't always have the most knowledgable staff. That's why its a 4 our of 5 for me.

Staff is awesome and very helpful but you have to drive there to get the info when the phone is busy. Their website is unhelpful. In fact they don't have one. It's 2021, what retailer doesn't have a website? I can't think of how many lost opportunities they are dealing with, with prospective customers going elsewhere during this pandemic and Covid restrictions.

Not too impressed. Sometimes gets really busy. Nobody helped me when I was there last time. I find their prices kinda high. I left without even a hello or goodbye.

Art Knapp just lost a customer and I'll never recommend them to anyone I know. I didn't lose out on a lot of money but it's the principle of the matter.

I bought this Navaho Blackberry plant from them and a Loch Ness in the spring. The loch ness is doing awesome but the navaho is dying. Same watering conditions and soil. I brought it in and all I had was the tags, the navaho didn't come with a Art Knapp tag for some reason but the loch ness did and I have the written price with the tag the navaho did come with. They wouldn't give me a simple exchange for another blackberry bush because I didn't have the original receipt. I could see if I didn't have the tags at all or if I wanted a cash refund. No one else in this city writes the price on the tags like that.

I could have easily bought a blackberry plant and returned this with the other receipt if I actually wanted to rip them off.

Hope it was worth the $16.99 to get a bad review and lose a customer. I was about to buy some more plants but I'll go elsewhere from now on.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, showed us exactly what we needed for what we wanted to plant.

Management needs to get a handle on people jumping the bulk materials queue. So frustrating. Otherwise normally a 5 star experience.
