I had a full exam today & Laura the hygienist was very thorough & Meghan the receptionist accommodated me by scheduling my appt before the end of the year so I could maximize my dental plan. I am very pleased with Arta Dental & their customer service!

In short, Dr. Sasan Hadian targets how much $$$ value can be achieved/gained from patients (how many implants can be involved as oppose to fillings) with least amount of dignity, responsibility, care and attention…

One of the best places to get dental cleaning! Cypress the hygienist is very kind and knowledgeable. Caroline and the team are able to understand my concerns and have a flexible payment plan.

Had my Botox treatment for my Jaw.
I have been wearing a Night Guard for many years but it never helped relieving my Jaw pain.
There was no pain whatsoever and my jaw soreness was almost fully gone in a matter of a week.

I am near the end of my Invisalign treatment with Dr sasan Hadian, and throughout my treatment every appointment has been great. Thank you Dr. Sasan and Caroline and flo.

First impression. Some doctor’s office, doctors and employees wouldn’t look at you while they walk pass you. But at Arta they look at you with a friendly smile.

I have been going to this dentist for a long time. I always receive excellent care for my teeth. The staff is very professional, curtious when dealing with me as a customer.

Negative stars for this place.staff is for the most part fine, but there is this one gentle man that works at the front desk that is rude and has an attitude problem that i've witnessed every time i've come in.he needs to check himself and lighten up.also, the office as a whole, are very pushy with phone calls and need to stop calling unless it is about a reminder or confirmation of an appointment.i am done going here, good riddance.

Today I had my teeth cleaned by a new hygienist named Dave. He was excellent. He was so gentle yet thorough. He regularly checked in with me to ensure I was doing okay. He explained everything clearly and took care of all Covid protocols with great diligence.

Very friendly dental practice, pleasant experience starts from front desk, dentist and assistant are knowledgeable, patient when explaining the treatment and steps. Just got a bridge done, fell pretty good.

I had a dental implant surgery phase 1 here yesterday. The staffs were very kind, friendly and infomative. They answered all my questions patiently, exspectially insurance related questions that are very helpful to me. Then I got a follow up about my situation this noon and I am really appreciated. Absolutely the greatest dentist you ever want. Strongly recommended.

I just recently had some major dental work completed at Arta Dental by Dr. Sasan and I am very pleased with the results. I am a long time patient as I always feel they really care about doing a professional job and Dr. Sasan always makes sure I am completely satisfied with his work. This place is your worst nightmare. After paying $5,700 in full for an ortho treatment that was suppose to be done a year ago, now they are asking another $2,500 for the treatment to be done.

Now I am left with braces on still with no clue on when to get it out. It’s shocking how practices like this is still in business, all they care about is money.

Very accommodating. Last minute emergency patient before holidays. They are friendly staffs and professional. I had my wisdom tooth aching for 3 days and can’t sleep that much at night and is already infected. Good thing they’re open on the 24th a day before christmas! I can’t thank the dentist who helped me out and took my wisdom tooth out of pain. A bit discomfort a few days after it was taken out but it’s worth it coz I won’t feel irritated is able to sleep well at night. Will be enjoying eating for new year then.can’t wait to go back for my check up after holidays

My daughter got her 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sasan on a Saturday, with only freezing. It only took 1.5 hours and she said she barely felt him taking the teeth out. By the evening, the swelling on her face had already gone down. She followed the after-care instructions to a T, and she was basically back at school on the Monday, to the shock of her classmates and teachers. Thank you Dr. Sasan! And a shout out to his always wonderful assistant, Kelly, who was constantly comforting my daughter.

I couldn't decide if I wanted to give this place 1 star or 2. I give it a 2 because of the location and the place is also nice, big and clean. BUT this place is MONEY HUNGRY and expensive. I got my braces done here and they are very inconsistent and always got my schedule times wrong which nobody has time to just come in just to get sent back home. Also, if you are early for an appointment, then they make you wait atleast 30 minutes minimum. But if you aren't there on the dot of your appointment then they'll call you but you still have to wait. This place calls you all the time with changes, charges and cancellations. They'll always find a reason about your teeth to make more money out of it. Not to mention all the main receptionist/admin has an attitude. Everybody working in the back is great though.

They recently fired the orthodontist and so we all were stuck in the middle of not having anyone to work on our teeth for awhile. The owners told me that they will take care of me and transfer me to a different orthodontist (oh, but come back to Arta for all other things though) and I wouldnt have to worry about paying anything involving ortho at the new dentist. OF COURSE I WOULDN'T AND SHOULDN'T.

The new dentist examined my teeth and gave a price where they were going to settle with Arta dental. All of a sudden when money gets involved, Arta gave me 2 options where I either have to go back to the orthodontist that got fired to finish my teeth OR put out money for the new dentist where they already transferred me to because apparently it's not their problem or fault.

HOW RIDICULOUS DOES THAT SOUND? AM I CRAZY OR IS SOMEBODY GOING THROUGH THE SAME THING FROM THEM RIGHT NOW? Unfortunately, I dont want anything to do with Arta anymore. I hate to do this and say all these reviews but I have bottled alot inside and these things have to be shared. They don't care about me as a patient so they shouldn't care what I have to post to the public either.

Very pleasant dental office, with dedicated staff and great doctors. They accept new patients currently and have adult and children’s specialists.

I highly recommend ARTA Dental! They got me in for an emergency immediately and I am a first time client! The staff is friendly and very efficient, Dr. Reena was great at explaining the work she needed to do to help me and best of all she made me comfortable and pain free. Amazing!

My dentist Dr. Sasan's skill is just outstanding:
His treatment is never associated with pain, and I am always able to fall asleep during my treatment with him, which never happened with other dentists. Very talented crazy dexterity!

Today Dr. Sasan was extra nice to me since he knew I was gonna write their review. He gave me a hand mirror and led me see the whole process (which I've always been wanted to see, actually). But even without him being extra nice, he and staff still deserve 5 stars!

Dr. Siew performed a gum surgery today. His is a highly skilled and qualified dentist. Had several gum graft with excellent results and verly little discomfort after the procedure. I had a 2 tooth bridge done over 40 years ago and it's in great condition. Also, Dr. Siew does excellent tooth restoration.

Tldr: sent me a bill for something I already paid for and wants me to pay for it again, 6 moths later.

They sent me a bill for my visit in July (6 months ago) telling me I owe them ~100. I do not recall owing them any money I always paid in full for every visit. I looked at my credit cared charges for the day they said I owe money and I have already paid ~40 for that day, but after showing them this they said I still owe them the remaining. They didnt even have this payment on file, they had to call the CC company to make sure they got it and update to my account. I do not understand why they did not collect the full amount on the day of and why didnt you have any record of this. How can a business just send a bill 6 months later asking for more money when I have already paid.

The dentist is wonderful just the admin stuff is horrible.
