Artbox Printing, Framing and Display

I'm a local photographer and use Artbox exclusively. They have great customer service, use high quality materials, and deliver in a very reasonable amount of time. There is no reason to go anywhere else.

My digital scan of original art turned out fine but the customer service was appalling. I was working with a deadline because I had a buyer in from out of town and I needed the canvases back when they said it would be ready. The quote was off by about 2 weeks, and the 10% discount in the quote was also inaccurate. The misinformation ended up costing me more stress and money in the end. Wanted to support this local business but the customer service was too disappointing.

4/6 posters I brought in to be blockmounted had huge flaws after, they either were unsavable or had to be seriously trimmed down to get rid of the issue. I had been warned by framing stores in town that there had been many more issues in the last year. So I accept I should have maybe been more cautious. But what really bugged me was that they didn't tell me about the issues, I discovered them when picking up. Like, they hoped I wouldn't notice. Bubbles in the laminate, scratches, edging missing strip of colour. It was very very obvious, one was a dime sized flaw in the middle of a flat black section on an art piece alive 8 x 17 inches.no quality control at all. It was like I was getting punked and I just had to walk away.

Extremely pleased with my framing project. Max understood my vision completely and executed top notch service. I will be recommending Art Box to family & friends!

I can attest to the other negative reviews regarding poor customer service. It was truly appalling overhearing the staff talk lowly of their customers behind their backs. Couldn't help but shake the feeling they put on a facade just to grab your money.
