This coffee shop is alright. The coffee is decent, the atmosphere is average, and the service is satisfactory. It's a moderate option for a quick coffee fix, but nothing outstanding.

Nice coffee house, taste of the cappuccino with soy milk was great. However, the place is far from fancy - the selection of the deli was kind of poor and the place itself lacks atmosphere. But if you want to grab a coffee, it’ll do. No complaints

I have been traveling to Vancouver regularly since 2011 and this place used to be my favorite coffee shop. I am very disappointed to see the coffee and pastries quality and taste diminish every time I try it. I ll still choose it over Starbucks but that is not a great standard.

Bravo! 5 Star service and 5 Star coffee! I happened into this caffe for the first time today and it is now my new fav (in Burnaby). I was attended to with great customer service and a sincere morning smile from Thalia. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Aviad - who made a perfect Americano for my morning wake-up! They were both so nice, the cafe was big, spacious and clean. And the selection of Baileys and Wine were so tempting on a Friday morning, but will guarantee my return during happy hour from 2-6.5 Stars all around and a go-to spot between 7 and 7.

I didn't get any food this time so I can't comment but my friend got soup and loved it. We had a drink at happy hour! Location great, atmosphere also great!

It was almost full when I came in. Ordered a latte. The staff were friendly and the latte art was beautiful. But I think the latte is not rich enough and the texture was a bit on the watery said. I don’t like the taste of the espresso when it’s hot… but it somehow tastes ok when it’s warm.

Customer service is delightful! Owner is the funniest and super attentive. Super cozy and homey feeling, without compromising on quality! Thank you so much for everything Cafe Artigiano!

Amazing coffee and banana bread! Croisant was one of the best I ever ate. I ordered a drip coffee and my wife ordered hot chocolate. Both tasted delicious! There were vegan option like Banana Bread. It was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.

Coffee machine was out of order so i couldnt get cafe au lait! Barista there recommended me “tea”, i had chai latte, wow this was good one!

The service were great but a couple of time I got delivery with no coffee drinks inside; and I had to explain to customers and apologized.
