Artigiano Pender Cafe offers a delightful experience that combines the charm of artisan coffee with a welcoming atmosphere. As you enter, the aroma of freshly ground coffee beans envelops you, promising a rich and flavorful experience. The baristas are skilled and passionate, often seen crafting each drink with meticulous care, which is evident in the taste.

Coffee was too expensive for the poor quality and the taste was not good. They only served it in paper cups and when I asked why, they said because we are closing soon. However, the store was still open for 1h15min! Look at all the cups ending up in the garbage because of that.
Not recommended.

Got a chance to visit this cafe a couple of days ago at 7am - the coffee was fine but the food looked very average. Despite that I tried the pumpkin scone, and it tasted soggy and stale. The other cafes in the area have much better and fresher options for food

Great coffee! Amazing service (if you want to work here consider bringing your laptop charged) the coffee is great! I had and almond crossaint and it was ok! I came 3 days in a row for coffee (tried the vanilla rosemary latte and the cardamom late) both are delicious!

Please train employees and then they can do coffee to guests. In this morning I was so excited to drink my coffee and try Artigiano, however after my experience I am really disappointed. I order a late, but barista made a cappuccino with burned milk and my tongue got hurt. That was the worst coffee I drink at the town. Training is crucial to give expected customer experience and standards…

Coffee was delicious. Staff took order incorrectly and then were rude when error was pointed out. Won’t be back.

No open Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is available but you have to give up too much of your private information to get access. Starbucks is across the street so stop here for their wonderful delicious glorious scone but then go to Starbucks for your Wi-Fi.

There was a bit of a lineup but the girl who was behind the espresso machine came out and asked what I wanted then went back right away to make my drink. That was very clever, as the front guy was busy getting food for the previous orders. Super efficient system and very kind and welcoming staff.

The food is ok, and the service is excellent. Please clean the washroom. It's super dirty.

My sister and I had the pleasure of going to the coffee shop on Sunday August 13th around 4: 30 after it was suggested to us by a local. The two gentleman were kind and patient with us crazy Americans. The coffee was delicious and meeting them was a breath of fresh air. We hope to go and have breakfast or luck tomorrow.

Oh my Gosh! Is it fare to pay $7.30 for this moka 8ounce with a huge of foam on the top!
When i asked barista that I don’t like this much foam she said it takes a couple of minutes to do another one! Lots of customers are ahead of you!
Customer service is 0/10.

Best chai I’ve ever had (with oat milk) and yummy chocolate cookie! Staff was super friendly. Place is big (for my stroller) and clean!

No common sense and lack basic hygiene.

Don’t understand why cashiers are handling cash or cleaning out garbage bins then using the same hands to make tea. Cash is dirty and so is the garbage bin.

Over many occasions I’ve seen most of workers at this location hold the actual tea bag in their hands before placing it into the cup. USE TONGS!

It’s common sense.

The original, was amazing. The change of ownership has dragged this company down to substandard pastries, coffee & music. The chocolate pastry was a badly made plain one that had been opened up on the bottom and a chocolate paste was then inserted? Really? The coffee was mediocre. The staff were pleasant.

The original was an experience, this was too, a really disappointing experience.

Try JJB for better coffee

I ordered the passion fruit hot chocolate; it took more than 10 minutes to get as they had ran out of whip cream. My drink sat there while they prepared the whip cream. By time I got the drink it was lukewarm and 40% of the cup was cold whip cream. If I'm spending $10 on a drink the drink better be served properly and at the right temperature. Very disappointed.

Oof. $9 for a medium hot chocolate to go. Part of the Hot Chocolate Festival - they were out of the accompanying cookie, which wasn't a big deal, but the show/broadway music blasting in the café was

Served lukewarm coffee, costs $4, would rather boil water on a trash fire and make my own than return

Just bought an iced “tea” here. They put a tea bag in a glass of iced water and gave it to me! For real.
PS: I paid over $7!
