My left turning signal quit working when I was out and about one day. I gave Arvid's a call hoping they would be able to fix it for me without having to make an appointment. They said to come on in and had everything working again in no time and sent me on my way.great staff.thanks so much for helping out.they only charged me $5.00! Thank you again Arvid's.

Oh how far they have fallen! Spent years dealing here, loved Kathy, Lyle was a gem! Then a new older guy was there, always wore a hat, always smiled and was the BEST! Smart, knew customer service and cars! Always smiled and engaged you. Then my daughter comes in and I come with her. Some young guy who knows nothing! Talks on his cell phone with personal calls on SPEAKER yet so we all can hear! A dog running around, no, I don’t want to pet your dog! Blankets on the floor, dog food on the floor. This place went from the star of town to an unprofessional business with a know it all at the desk. We drive up and the two guys are smoking and vaping outside, vaping what, I don’t know. Our families next stop will be at the shop next door. He had their own conversations while my daughter stood there. Bring back Lyle and the hat guy! They get no more of mine, my wife’s, daughter or sons vehicles. We will tell our friends! Totally unprofessional, used to be the BEST.
The latest reviews are true, they are just trying to make money with no care for people! Money hungry and unscrupulous. Stay far away
