I had a few locks engraved at Arvin design about a month ago. We ran into a few hiccups along the way with the type of metal/ size of the locks.
But Mike at Arvin was very professional, and quick to help, and fix the issues that arise.
We ended up getting the results we wanted, and in the time frame given.
