Bought a really nice recliner here that I am quite happy with. They price matched a deal I found online, and delivered it the next day. They even took away my old broken recliner for a small extra fee. This was very handy for me as I did not have an easy way to take it to the dumpster.

This location, and the staff, are incredibly helpful and kind. That, and the delivery was quick, efficient, and they were so helpful.
I will definitely recommend my friends and family come to this store, rather than the other options in town.
I will be coming back when I need more furniture, that's for sure. ️

Ordered a couple night stands and I was told it would be in with the next delivery (a week or two). Almost three months later I get the same response still, " it will be in with next delivery". I understand stuff is backed up but I ordered the nightstands because I was ensure it would be in within a month. Seems like a reoccurring thing here, wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Just bought a bed there. Excellent service and everything in there is made in Canada! Delivery took forever and our couch was ordered in the wrong colour. I am updating my review.

Purchased furniture Nov. 2020 from Ashland and it was a great experience. Purchased the exact same chair Jan. 2021, was told 6 weeks, took just over 10 weeks, we understand that things take longer in this new world we live in but we were told every time we asked "should be tomorrow" for 4 weeks. 10 months later chair is a mess and despite what the invoice says no warranty within the 1 year. It is a Minhas Furniture chair, don't purchase anything from them and if you buy from Ashland you better buy the extended warranty. Ashland blamed Minhas and Minhas told me they would only deal with the store not the customer. Buyer BEWARE.

The sales rep I dealt was very fair and friendly! He gave me the sale price alittle bit after the cut off. It's the little things with this store that made a big impression. 10/10 would do it again

Just moved to Fort St. John on business. Needed some furniture items and found Ashland Furniture and I glad I did. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are eager to please the customer and delivered my furniture within 2 hours! Great service. Highly recommended.

Super friendly, know what they are talking about. I'm a very picky customer when it comes to furniture and they answered all my questions. Occasionally I saw owner reaching out to help locals in need of help in town so I will also support his business as well.
