One of the worst company please i beg you do not go there they steal your money without receiving you product if you change your mind. And they gave nothing nice to purchase anyway

I was looking for a couch, so i went in to Ashleys. Was disappointed cause i had a hard time finding help, nor was i acknowledged, however i saw Nandni at the counter and she immediately smiled. She was quick to help and sat with me figuring out my plans and measurements. Nandni spent a while with me and made sure i left happy without rushing me pushing me one way or another. I was extremely happy and recommend her

Greg did a great job explaining to us everything that we need to know. He listened and helped us in any way possible to get the products that fit our budget. We’ll definitely get more products from here and recommend to friends and family.

Belinda is nice, professional and helpful, offering a lot of good advice. Even I did not choose to buy the product she was super patient and nice, which I regard as very professional.

Sofa is super nice! Service has improvement areas though, it was difficult to communicate with store representative. As we bought product protection package they needed to provide some cleaning products that were out of stock the day of the purchase; I asked several times if they could send the products along with delivery and representative just replied that I needed to go back to the store to get them, also, experience was not good as she told us afterwards many requirements for installation that were not shared on purchase date. In spite of this, installation went out smoothly (we had no clue how this was going to be as our questions were not responded) ; tracking service is good and delivery was ahead of time.

Ashley has been our most favourite home store, ever since we moved to Canada. AJ has been assisting us with the purchases last 2 times. He is friendly and very patient to listen to our needs. He gave us detailed pricing and offers available in store. I will definitely recommend Ashley for home furniture. They are priced well and great quality and customer service!

Our experience at Ashley homestore Coquitlam was fantastic. If you go in, make sure to ask for Belinda. She spent many hours with us while we chose furniture for my house. He is able to work with the budget you have set and gives her professional, excellent service, knowledgeable staff.

We went in the store looking for a pull-out couch. We were immediately directed to someone that has alot of experience with them (we weren't bombarded with harrassing salesmen that wanted their commission). Tim (Bach Huy Le) was very pleasant and accommodating showing us only what we asked for. In the end, we didn't go with a pull-out couch but a couch that we will be very happy with and that satisfies all our needs. What more can you ask for!

Visited Ashley Home Store in Coquitlam today looking for a condo size sofa bed. We were directed to Tim who was able to show us an item that might work for us. He described the sofa in detail i.e. Fabric, mechanism, measurements plus more and after we indicated our concerns, mainly being able to fit the sofa thru hallways/doors to get it into the room we wanted, we decided that it could be done. Tim explained everything to us……. Terms and conditions, delivery, etc.
When you get a sales person like Tim, it definitely reflects on the store itself. If we have any furniture needs in the future, we will visit Ashley Home Store for sure.

I spent a lot of time looking at furniture for my new condo. I just happened to stop into the Ashley store in Coquitlam. Greg was amazing. Super patient with me and my indecisiveness. He walked me through all my options for the style I was looking for. Sent me pricing and details so that I could make an informed decision. We made an appointment for me to come back and I was able to make all my purchases needed. Even when I went back to pick up a few more pieces he made it super easy. Never pressured and I always felt supported. I would highly recommend Greg and Ashley. When the delivery came the drivers were very professional and set up all the furniture for me. I love the quality.

We enjoyed our experience at Ashley. Our salesperson Greg was knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel pressured, instead he made us feel he was working for us.

I experienced shady and misleading sales tactics. When purchasing a couch, I was explicitly told the delivery date after my salesperson, Gurpreet, checked the available delivery day. My roommate and I both took half a day off work to ensure we would be home for the delivery. On the day, I called Ashley and the couch was "on schedule" and would arrive 2 weeks later. Upon many emails and calls to management to address the misleading information, I went into the store. The supervisor on Sept 10 told me that I "should be be grateful for only waiting for 2 weeks and that other customers have waited a year for their couch. " I have never experienced the attitude or treatment from a saleperson and supervisor. For the prices of the furniture, the customer success is very disappointing.

I had a very good experience with my salesperson (Waleed). He showed me all the options I needed for a good night sleep, but because I already recently bought a mattress, I decided to go for the Tempur Pillow instead. Today I woke up feeling much better than I have felt in over 10 years. Thank you Waleed for showing me around the store but also not being pushy like some salespeople I've seen in other furniture stores!

Be aware: if you try to exchange your brand new furniture FOR ANY REASON, the store will take a 10% “restocking fee”. So, on every $1000= $100 simply for an exchange. And then another “processing fee” as well.
If you try to return your item, they will still charge you 25% of the total amount, and you won’t have the item!
If you chose to finance, no interest for 12 months, the clock starts immediately. Do not trust the finance department (FAirstone) to start the clock only when you receive your furniture.
I used to buy from Nemo and he was fair. He didn’t try to gouge me. Since he left, I have had three very negative experiences with two salesmen. As soon as they make the sale, their true colours show.
These people are trained to rob you and smile in your face while they do it!
