This place is great! The ambiance is relaxing and comfortable and the massage was amazing. We were able to walk in and immediately receive service.

I'm amazed this place is still in business. They literally rob their customers by charging them a huge amount of money and then not even giving the customer what they paid for. The manager lady at the front won't help you at all either if your massage girl scams you. She will tell you that's between you and her and she can't get involved (then what's the point of having a manager if they won't even manage their employees?). I went there a long time ago and the girl offered to go topless for $50 extra, I said okay, she only took off her shirt for like 3 minutes and then put it back on and refused to take it off again. It was also very dark in the room and I could barely even see her and I asked her to turn on the lights more and she refused to do that too. It feels like they don't even care about making sure their customers have a good time. And oh yeah, they will always kick you out early too. They make you shower before and after your massage so all that showering and changing takes 20 minutes out of your massage time (your 50-minute massage will only be 30-minutes of actual massage and the rest is the mandatory showering and changing). I guess they don't need repeat customers because they are still making tons of money ripping off new unsuspecting people who come in. It's like PT Barnum said, "There's a sucker born every minute! " I wonder if eventually they will have such a bad reputation that their business will start to decrease. Then they will probably just move to a different location under a new name and start again with the same MO. Trust me guys, they won't give you a good massage, get a girlfriend who cares about you. Someone who doesn't care about you won't give you a good massage, and the girls in this place obviously hate their job because they put in minimal effort and kick you out as soon as they can.

They have misleading prices lmao.their website advertises $28 but they really ask for $150 for 30 minutes when you get there

The prices are not what they advertise. When you go, they ask for multiple times. Also, be careful with your bag. Once when I went to take a shower, I saw that my bag, which had all my bank cards in it, was in the hands of a masseur. He didn't think I would leave without turning off the shower.

A very unpleasant experience. I received a message by email that the massage costs 28 dollars for 45 minutes. When I arrived there were completely different prices. I was told that 28 is just a normal massage. The girls there looked ok so I decided to pay. I chose a 4-hand massage and it cost me 132 dollars. After the massage started, I felt that only one was giving me a massage and the other just put her hands on me, and sometimes also left the room. The massage was pleasant but not professional. When I turned around to the other side, I was offered to pay them another 100 dollars for undressing. I hesitated, and in the end I decided not to. One of them was really rude, and grabbed the money from my hands and put it under her pants, she started arguing with me, and only after I asked several times did she give me the money back. A really unpleasant experience, definitely not going back to the place. For everyone who is considering going anyway, ask before you arrive how much a massage including a good ending costs, so you won't be surprised when you get there. The attitude was really unpleasant, I recommend not to approach!

Amy literally stole me. I asked her how much for an hour, she asked me how much I paid last time, I replied 160 (because i already paid 100 at door so 60 extra). She said ok it's good. She charged 160 instead of 60 and she seemed to be hiding the machine so that I can't see the screen and even asked me the card to do the transaction. I suspected it but my mistake is I didn't believe it, I said to myself that even if she charges different I will just get the receipt to the salon management and they will refund, she is not on the street and will run, rather as a business they will try to maintain credibility.
I checked the statement when we r done and found her charging her self 275 for 1 hour HS. Not sure if she looked in the mirror before she assume thus much.
I told the front door woman. She said it is not her business, talk to Amy because she is the one charging the money not her. She is not involved.
Amy for some reason still insisted that she will not refund.
The tone of the argument was not going nice and I didn't take long to realize that I'm talking about business ethics for the wrong industry and audience and understood the extra 100 was the price of learning.
So just be careful guys

So bad spa, literally one the worst, if not the worst "spa" in Vancouver for real. You'll waste your money there

I was just in here to book an appointment for March 2nd @ 5: 30pm. I am taking my business elsewhere now after reading all the negative reviews.

I'm a big guy, 6ft6 in height. The lady who came in thereafter had attitude issues. I want to drop at least 1K for a great massage, but not at this place anymore.

The massage service was ok, their technique was below standard and the price advertised was a sham. They force you to pay a minimum $20 tip right upfront and undercut you on the time (50mins became 40)

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I walked in and there and i ran aways because I couldn't believe how the girl was laughing in my face and treated me like she preferred me to go away than work. Also, the prices are not what they promote. The tips is already fixed mandatory, additional to what they ask for.
