Don’t hire Aslan, I made mistake hiring these guys… the flush in my bathroom was broken I hired these guys they charged me $325 for just changing a flush, outrageous.

They will leave you with a heart feeling. Don’t make the mistake I did. Bad service.

WestWind is reasonably priced, clean, and furnished with all the necessities. Everything was in working order and the hostess was very helpful and pleasant. It’s not fancy and there were cigarette burn marks on the tub rim, but if your expectations are in line with the price… it’s OK.

Hello people out there. Be very careful they quote you a price! There plumber Jeremy came out and quoted me a price on a new hot water tank/verbal. I said OK sounds good. It’s right in line with everyone else in the area.
U get a bill 9- months later that’s over the top they go through employees like A Hot knife through butter…….
I called multiple times and no response from the owner Mark…. I’ve left messages with his staff on numerous occasions to have them Call me back to discuss the invoice. Guess what everyone! Got no phone calls back to discuss overinflated invoices.
If I’m in the industry for multiple years when I send out a guy and he looks at the job & quotes me a verbal price I’m pretty sure we’re good to go and that’s what my invoice is going to look like……. NOT
I asked to speak to the plumber, but guess what everyone he’s moved on…. Hum……
Thank God, we can leave honest reviews. I hope this helps everyone.
Be very careful any plumbing company can give you a rough estimate if they ask the right questions.

CRIMINAL BUSINESS! Buyer beware. This company does not care to actually fix your problem. Their primary objective is to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We have used Aslan's services for 16 years and have had excellent service! They inspect our furnace and hot water tank annually. They have done some major plumbing repairs. Their new plumber Jeremy is fantastic. They installed our new hot water tank in a timely manner. Their request for services is timely. I can always count on Aslan.

Not professional at all won't send the bills for like 3 to 5 months. People will come to work specially the plumbing guy, he will come empty handed and than go back and come back and than charge you for 2 days work for a simple clogging issue.he will keep making stuff up. The only guy who I think knows what he is doing is Steve the electrician but he will act up once in a while. I won't continue my services any longer with them.

In March 2021 I called Aslan to arrange a service call to repair a furnace not working properly. After a 4 hour visit the tech could NOT diagnose OR repair the problem. I called another company and that tech was able to diagnose AND repair the problem within 1 hr. Eleven months later I receive an invoice for $437.85. I was only willing to pay a fair and reasonable amount of that so Aslan sent the case to tribunal. They were not willing to change amount of invoice in negotiation stage and reminded me by signing work order at beginning of service I was also agreeing to pay any amount in full &also pay for any fees, expenses and charges they had in getting the money from me. They got their money but Aslan will never get my business again or a recommendation from me.

We had Aslan out repair a leaky shower faucet, two weeks later we have water dripping from the ceiling located on the lower level directly below shower location. Have asked them to come back and remedy for over two months now. Owner Len keeps saying “leave it with me” and doesn’t send anyone. We have not been unable to use our shower since!

This company should be more aptly named "Scar" instead of "Aslan" for not being forthcoming with costs, for charging for hours of incompetence including driving back and forth to obtain forgotten supplies like a wrench then again for glue, and then putting in a septic pump that costs $1600+ without informing you of the price increase. It is so sad to see a company operating that does not appear to care about integrity.

Asked them to come and look at our gas fireplace not working in October 2020. They came three times over the next two months and could not fix it. Never heard from them until November 2021 when we got a surprise invoice for over $1000. For nothing. They fixed nothing. They are just a bunch of crooks. Stay away.

Unfortunately, we are in a financial dispute with this organization and cannot support my previous rating.

Great people at Aslan, Mark, Sophie and the team were very genuine. You can tell Aslan has been in business in Vernon for a long time as there was a sense of comfort working with them knowing they will do the right thing and get the job done with no hassle. We felt like they genuinely care about there customers. Dean was the individual who worked on the trailer you can tell that there was a sense of professionalism in what he does. I would recommend Aslan for future work anytime.

Of course the water line broke late in the day just as most businesses were closing for the day. My call was answered immediately and Justin showed up quickly. He was courteous and professional. Got the water back on in less than an hour. Thank you Aslan!

Call anyone else but Aslan, worst company I have ever dealt with. Called in to clear a simple drain clog on a long weekend as they were the only ones available, sent out a completely incompetent "plumber" that kept going on about how he was getting hung up on a non existent check valve and the snake was going to get stuck. Didn't know how to use the augur and was trying to jam the snake down our toilet flange by hand. Proceeds to tell us that we need to have a camera sent down to find out if its a broken pipe and it will be a two man job so it will cost double time.

Called a qualified plumber on the next business day and they did the camera as instructed by Aslan only to find a simple grease clog so there was a waste of $150.20 minutes later with an auger used properly and its cleared right up. There was no need to send the camera down at all, just had to know how to use the equipment.

Called to talk about their bill and Aslan kept putting off meetings and wouldn't return calls, now they are suing for work they didn't do and a bill they care not to discuss. Not surprising by looking at their court history and their terrible business practices.

Use anyone else but these guys! NEVER again.

Extremely disappointed with the service, they came into my place to do a quote for them. And they didn’t get to me with a quote for 10 days. While I was waiting for their call back with a quote, I had two other plumbing companies come in and I got their quotes in two days. And the quote they gave me was outrageous compared to the other companies.

Do yourself and your Electrical, Plumbing, Gasfitting Services and don't go to these guys. They are a complete chaos, in my opinion.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Even if your house is flooding poo water onto all your good towels at mid night.call someone else or wait until you can call a reputable company.

We had a tech out which did not know how to use his equipment wresting the auger down the drain by hand sweating and slipping all over the place charged double the time and was incapable of solving a simple drain blockage stating there was a check valve at the city Main line that he was “smashing into” (WHAT? !?). Tech made incorrect recommendations and diagnosis. Purely disgraceful and didn’t even fix anything.

We followed up with Aslan the following day 2 times and have yet to receive a call back regarding their $900 bill to auger a drain line. See you in court like everyone else here

Worst company you could contract for any job. You're better off to avoid at all costs. If I could give 0 stars I would. They wont finish the job and they will charge you 4 times what it's worth. When you try to contact them they'll ignore all of it until they threaten to take you to court over it. Worst company ever. I hope no one else gets screwed over by these guys. If you decide to hire them for anything make sure you purchase lube because they sure wont supply it.

I had aslan come out to do an inspection on my oil furnace. The tech was very friendly and had the job figured out quickly, the company was very professional and charged a reasonable price and I would definitely recommend you use them for your furnace repairs!

I cannot stress how terrible this company was.
We live out of town, so when I called I requested someone for the whole day since the travel was so expensive. Nobody showed up, I called and I guess they forgot and said okay he’s on the way. I should have cancelled then, but he came (an electrician). He did some work including moving some outlets In the kitchen and replacing some outlets outside.
The next time he came, he called at 8, to say he was on his way. Again we had requested a whole day, because travel was so expensive.
He didn’t show up until 12: 30, with no call, then we get the invoice and he tried to charge us his travel time home at overtime. Apparently he stopped at another job on the way out to our place. We had the appointment booked for over 2 weeks and they knew it was for a full day.
We moved our stove for some Reno’s in the kitchen, when we took the plug out, the outlet fell out of the wall, it wasn’t secured, when I tried pushing it back it started sparking.
We also had another outlet he replaced pull right out of the wall, apparently you don’t need anchors ever? The best part was that half of the outlets in the kitchen that he moved don’t work. We called the office, to have someone else come and fix it, the “manager” told me “that’s why pencils have erasers” and “you live out of town, so it’s cheaper to buy a house, you have to expect higher costs for things”. Obviously I know that, but I still expected after paying over 3000.00$, that it would have been done correctly.
Long story short, we had to get another electrician in, he fixed everything except two outlets that he has no idea where the previous electrician wired into, he will be back to try and fix those. He charged us $400 for half a day.
Aslan charged us over $3000.00 for 2 days of work, half of which didn’t work!
Never again!

I dealt with this company years ago. They were asked to unplug a toilet at an apartment I was renting out. I was not in town. They billed for 3 or 4 hours at premium rates. The problem was in the line under the toilet. I know it could have been done faster.
I'm no plumber and I could have pulled the toilet off myself and fixed it in an hour, but they seemed to insist on snaking it.
The bill was around $600, it plugged a few weeks later they went back and then charged around the same. They would not stand behind their work. If you are a landlord I recommend Roto-rooter. Better rates and more pleasurable to deal with.

It's unfortunate that the only excuse the owner can come back with is 'Our Authorization form says'

Had them in to service my boiler was stuck two days without heat or hot water then over charged me 300 to fix their mistake will never use them again!
