Aspira Pacifica Retirement Living

This home is conveniently located next to shopping. The staff who work at home are really friendly. The home though has gone downhill since my family member moved in. The home recently had renovations however no upkeep has been done. The dining room carpet is stained everywhere. Walls have visible dings and scrapes and the furniture is beyond filthy. My family member will not sit on any of the furniture. In addition to the lack of cleanliness the home has a mice infestation. Yes, rodents are everywhere however when you see them running across the floors while eating or in a suite this in not acceptable. I have personally seen mice running across the floors. My family member has seen mice in the dining room and on other floors. Nothing has been done to ratify the situation. Visible, large gaps are under doors and other areas. Moreover the lack of cleanliness does not help the situation. I personally would not recommend the home if you are looking for cleanliness. The furniture is beyond dirty. The building is extremely dusty and unkept. You can see dust everywhere and visible signs of neglect. If cleanliness is not important then I do have to say the front line staff are very upbeat and friendly. If cleanliness is important than I would not recommend this home. Aside from the lack of cleanliness the food is not the most nutritious. Lots of carbs and sugar. I don’t think the home uses a nutritionist when planning the menu. On a positive note the dining room manager is very accommodating to any requests. All in all the home would rank much higher if they resolved some of the issues around lack of housekeeping and meals primarily consisting of carbs and sugar.

Wow.what a place. Thanks you so much to Tina Coco and Felicia Sirkissoon for what they did for me and my father. They went the extra mile for us. Accommodations are top notch and great staff to interact with.

Just letting everyone know, we have recently moved into Pacifica Retirement home and we are loving it. The food is excellent, the staff is polite, happy and oh so courteous and always wanting to help us. Our gal Tina was especially wonderful to us, always responding to our every need, always there to help. I do not think we would have moved in, if Tina was not there. I also want to thank Felicia and Estella for always helping us out and being so kind. Moving is not easy, but these three wonderful people made it all worthwhile.

This place is amazing! The people who work there are even better and Tina Coco is the greatest of all! She is the main reason we moved our loved one in. She treats them like family and all the staff are amazing as well. Food is great. Facility is clean and had great art and fixtures. All the amenities are second to none. As soon as I am old enough to live there I am going! My loved one feels as though Tina is her daughter as she is that great! Thank you Tina and Aspira Pacifica!

Here you are surrounded by an awesome staff with warm and friendly residents.   Tina Coco is an excellent resource who helped us every step of the way from the first tour, to moving-in and made herself available to answer all our questions. Now, as we begin to settle into our new life, Tina still makes herself available to facilitate this process.   Estella has a great staff who ensures each meal is enjoyable. Plus there are lots of activities and inviting spaces to enjoy including a great lawn and garden area.
