This company is not professional. Placed an order and after several weeks received a call advising it was ready for pick up. After arriving was told it was not, no explanation, just completely wrong information. After arriving and discussing the entire project again from scratch was told again to expect and follow up and instead was told a take-it-or-leave-it proposal that was not as agreed in meeting or original request. This company is completely unprofessional.

After the first "heat dome" event a few years ago we have been running portable AC units in several rooms in our home. Initially, we just used heavy cardboard and duct tape to fashion window inserts for our casement windows; looked bad but it was in the heat of the moment so to speak, anything to get the AC running. Seeking a better solution for installing the AC in our windows I happened upon Associated Plastics while doing a Google search. These folks are great, very patient and have lots of experience and knowledge about acrylic AC window panels. My email enquiry was answered promptly and Roham explained what information they needed to provide a quote; I sent a drawing and measurements as instructed. I dropped off the AC adapters and they had the custom panels ready for pickup within the week. Everything fit perfectly, the acrylic panels are crystal clear and held firmly in place with the provided velcro strips and the AC adapters clicked in to place without any problems. If you're looking for AC window panels this place is great - super friendly, very patient and wiling to work with you on custom panels. Oh, and reasonable prices, honest too - Roham actually suggested a change to one of our panels that saved me a lot of money, could have just filled my order but instead made the recommendation and pointed out what was not needed.

Was very pleasantly surprised when they were kind enough to donate some acrylic offcuts to an ECUAD university project.
