This is a very special place! The accommodations are cozy and very clean, the location is serene, and the amenities, including an indoor sauna and an outdoor hot tub, are luxurious. The breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Enjoyed watching the seals from the hottub. Made an excellent romantic getaway with my wife.

What a gem this place is! We live only 35 mins away but when we got to the Beach Retreat, we did not feel like we were so close to home. The beautiful scenery and cozy feel this home has is unbelievable. Our hosts Nick and Lise were wonderful, breakfast was absolutely amazing! We walked the trail which took about 45 mins to Rocky Point Park where there is so much to do including bar hopping at the local craft breweries. Uber took us to dinner which cost under $10. We will be back many more times:)

After nearly 20 years together, my husband planned and booked a birthday get away for me… and wow did he set the bar high! This vacation was made absolutely perfect by the accommodations! The views are amazing all day and night. The tranquil deck and soaking tub made every morning and evening better than the one before. Everything you could ever need or want in a place away from home is in this one spot! The hospitality of all 3 wonderful hosts made you feel like family not guests! Truly a vacation that we will never forget! Thank you all!

It was a wonderful place to spend for the family weekend and to celebrate my son's 2nd birthday. Amazing view, amenities, kayak experience was great. Kudos to the owners, (Nick, Lise, and her sister) for a very tasty breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here from August 17-21, and it was the best bed and breakfast experience I’ve ever had! Nick and Lise were very gracious hosts, and you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The views from the room are amazing and the breakfast service was excellent. It was nice to be able to discuss our daily activity plans with Nick, and get advice on the best times to schedule certain events. The room was very cozy, and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. I highly recommend Beach Retreat for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful, and convenient getaway in the Vancouver BC area. I know my wife and I will certainly return soon. Thank you Nick and Lise!

We enjoyed our stay here at the beach retreat! Our first impression was that the view is spectacular, very relaxing, and the hosts are friendly.
This is a great place for our toddler too.we celebrated his 2nd birthday here. They are very accommodating, and made sure we are comfortable.
We enjoyed the kayak, and the hot tub! We will definitely be back, and we recommend this retreat.

We loved staying here, beautiful place! A perfect little getaway that's not too far. You can walk to brewery row on a scenic trail which takes about 45 minutes. Very accommodating hosts. Highly recommend:)

We had such a great time At the Beach Retreat! The place was beautiful and peaceful and close to everything… 15 mins drive to two beautiful lakes where we went for paddle boarding. It was also close to many shops, restaurants and a nice easy trail where we went for our morning runs.

On top of it all, breakfast was delicious and always on time! Nick, Lise and Annette were all super friendly and accommodating. We’d definitely like to come back if we take a long weekend trip to Vancouver again.

We were lucky enough to win a trip to At The Beach Retreat and we very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were super nice and the breakfast was delicious.
The location is prime for Port Moody brewery tours with a shuttle bus located right near the B&B. The Spa Suite was very clean and lovely with a beautiful view of the water and wildlife.

This is an absolutely amazing place! A gorgeous location right on the water and the amenities are great. There was nothing better than relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking and birdwatching. The living room was great for winding down for the evening with a little TV, the bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and although we only stayed one night, we could tell the kitchen had everything one would need for a longer stay.

Nick and Lise were fabulous hosts. Nick brought a delicious, gourmet breakfast right to our door. It was amazing after only eating road trip food for 3 days. They were very kind people and we will definitely book this retreat the next time we are in the area!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Beach Retreat. The host's hospitality, hot tub and sauna would have been amazing on their own, but combined with that view, it was just over the top. We will definitely be back!

My husband found 'At the Beach Retreat' on Google earth and what a find. It really is a magical place with everything there to simply relax and enjoy. A perfectly comfy bed, sensational sunsets and delicious breakfasts beautifully presented to us on the patio. It was the perfect place to reconnect with our son and get to know his partner, made special by Nick and his wonderful family who made us most welcome and were so hospitable. Thank you for sharing your special place in paradise with us and showing us so much kindness.
