We had Tom come help us with clearing a clogged drain. He and his apprentice James were amazing in getting the job done quickly and he also took the time to explain how to prevent further issues. His rate was very reasonable and not once did we feel like he would rip us off. We have a plumber recommendation for all our family and friends now!

He was amazing. My leaking tap problem could have been a huge project, but he came in, was extra nice, and showed me a simple way to stop the leak without having to do any big work! He even taught me how to work with it myself, and fixed another leak I had with the same method. Could have been hours, but his knowledge fixed it in 5 minutes. Super nice guy, too. He's easily my #1 pick for a plumber for the future.

I used ATA Plumbing today for a backed up sewer in our older home in Port Moody. Tomas and his apprentice James did a fantastic job. The first thing i will say is those guys are quick to answer the call fast to get to your address. I was surprised also how quickly the repair was done.respectful human beings and resourceful also. Not only they fixed the problem but also tough me what to do to prevent further problems which some other professional will not necessarily do.these are the guys you want to have if you have water dripping, pipe leaking, wife crying, etc.

Service was great, until I was slapped with a $1058.40 bill for a repair to a $10 valve which took 30 minutes. I could not believe this. I called into dispute the charges and they stated 4 hour minimum charge and nothing they could do and just to pay the bill. I understand minimum charges but this is robbery! I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere and if you are considering using this company I highly recommend sourcing out other plumbers.

We used ATA for installation of new supply and drain lines for a new kitchen and bathroom as part of a basement suite installation in our home. Tomas was excellent to work with and will use again for future plumbing projects.

I just had an awesome experience with ATA plumbing. I had a leaky pipe under my sink which needed replacing. It is so hard to get a plumber right now thanks to the covid-19 pandemic. ATA plumbing however still managed to get fit me in the schedule. The plumber i had was Esmaiel Hanzael and he was quick efficient and a great guy. Had it all fixed within in hour even tho he had to replace pipes. I am very happy with the service i was provided.
