Pretty unhappy with the quality of care we recieved. I've worked in the industry for some years now and I can recognize where this clinic is cutting corners. My family took our family dog here when he was very ill. The clinic did not practice fear free protocols, even after asking them to. They left an enormous, dark hematoma on our dogs jugular vein, and did not even tell us about it. My family did not know what it was when they first noticed and it caused quite a panic. The medication prescribed to our dog was not adequate. The medication was given to us with a used/dirty syringe. Syringes cost less than 30 cents, we should be provided with new, sterile syringes for our medication that we are paying for. In the end, we ended up at another clinic for his end of life procedure, and I'm so glad we did. Our dog had an intense fear of this place and it was not recognized or dealt with properly by staff or the Doctor. You get what you pay for, and I won't be taking future pets here.

I'm incredibly fortunate to have found this animal hospital. After two disappointing vet visits, this place is a breath of fresh air.

Not only are their prices reasonable, but they also offer honest and thorough care. Unlike the previous vets who rushed to prescribe medication, this team took the time to properly diagnose my puppy's skin issues. Trust was built instantly, and I'm confident I've found a place that genuinely cares about my pet's well-being.

I'm relieved to say my puppy is now on the path to recovery, thanks to this wonderful team. I'll be returning for all my pet's health needs. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reasonably priced animal hospital, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend, my cat is injured and not feeling well, and couldn’t be seen by his regular vet, they were able to get me in within an hour of calling and the Dr was very thorough and nice, I will be switching to this vet permanently.

I had an awesome experience here, my dog Enzo is 9 years old and Dr Punia has been his primary vet. All the staff was great they were helpful and patient. Dr p is lovely to speak with at every appointment, he is very understanding and listens to your concerns.

The visit was okay, efficient, however when we had called the previous evening there was no voicemail possibility and there was no message indicating anything to the caller about how to contact the office or the doctor, the phone just kept on clicking and hanging up

I had a bad experience with another vet i went to, but decided to bring my cat here since my aunt recommend it since she has been going for the past 20 years. My Cat was suffering a megacolon, and Dr P was in india. But i was impressed because he was still making the effort to communicate with the assistant that works there and specialists, despite the difference in time zone. I got scheduled a surgery for my cat for wednesday. But sadly on tuesday i saw my cat suffering really badly at midnight, but i got call at night from the assistant that works there, she went out of her own time to make everything work for us. We were panicking cause my cat was in pain, so we were saying we couldn’t wait til wednesday so we have to go to the Langley emergency animal hospital. But the assistant was so kind and helpful that at 11: 30PM she called again saying i’ll send every report i have of your cat, to send to the emergency so they have an idea of what’s going on. This helped a lot that even the emergency Langley hospital was impressed that the assistant did this all at midnight just for our cat. I didn’t get the assistants name but she had glasses and hair tied. Sadly my cat passed away at the emergency area, but what Dr P and the assistant has done for us, made my cat live a few days longer:) They truly care and passionate in what they’re doing. I also have another cat, and i will definitely be bringing him here if there are any issues.

Been coming here since 2006 & now live in Mission & still come here in Sry. Kind, calm vet. ️

I prefer to come here for annual vaccines only, but glad they had a pretty open schedule when my pet needed to be seen.

Verbal instructions for all the meds was a bit confusing for me when I got home, as I'm not experienced and it was a ton of information at once. A print out of instructions and info about meds, expected side effects, etc.would have been helpful.

Vet is often 10+ min late (not BC he is with another patient, but is out /for lunch)

Dr. Punia’s personal approach is extremely unwelcoming, unfriendly, gruff, and “rough around the edges. ” Personally, the type of vet I want for my fur baby is friendly, kind, empathetic, and animal loving; Dr.punia is none of that. We definitely will not be back. It’s always worth it to pay a couple bucks more and go down the road to Guilford animal hospital and receive basic kindness.

Just got my cat neutered here, very good experience, all the nurses were awesome, and the vet made sure I got a cone for him and knew what to do for the after Care. Prices were super reasonable compared to a lot of other places I got quotes from with the same reviews.

The doctor is extremely caring towards animals and the owners. He came to my home to euthanize my cat and was very kind and gentle during a very difficult time. I just brought my dog Buddy to their clinic and had his teeth cleaned and some extractions done. The doctor is very sensitive to cost and worked with me to ensure the procedure could be done within my budget. He is very knowledgeable and his staff are friendly caring and helpful.

Great clinic with great staff. Dr. Punia is kind and efficient, and the staff are friendly and very helpful.
