Everyone is very professional, polite, always on time with appointments, equipment is always sanitized and the entire place is very clean and neat. Excellent service!

After trying several dentists in the area, I finally found a wonderful dentist at Atlantis Dental on Cambie St. They are all particularly nice people. I have very sensitive gums and teeth and they are so careful and gentle.

The best! I drive just short of 2 hours each way, that should say it all. From the reception to the hygienist, assistants and Dr Tom all 10 out of 10. Always on time, friendly and genuine caring people. I highly recommend Atlantis dental clinic.

Tom has been my dentist for over 13 years and has always delivered the best professional service one could ever expect. Best dentist in Vancouver!

Visited this dental office today and safe to say, I would recommend this office to anybody I can! Upon arrival, I was met with such lovely staff at reception who were super welcoming and a joy to speak to. Between the hygienist, dentist and dental assistant I dealt with, I have never been made more comfortable, it was wonderful to experience. Everyone was lovely, gentle and informative. Even when I explained I wasn't a massive fan of the dentist, they all made me feel so at ease. Extremely happy with the service here and weirdly enough, makes me look forward to my next dental appointment.

Friends of mine recommended Dr. Tom as I was in need of a second opinion about a root canal. He was very kind, professional and honest and gave me much more information and a better plan to get to the root of the problem (pun intended) to try to save my tooth rather than just do a possibly unnecessary and very expensive procedure with a specialist. On top of that he said that he could do the root canal if it turns out that I do indeed need one which would save me about $400.00 dollars. The other staff that I met were wonderful too. Highly recommend this place.

To anyone nervous about visiting the dentist (as I was) this is the place to go!
This was my first visit to Atlantis Dental Cambie. I was able to make an appointment here on very short notice, as I had broken a tooth the day before. I had neglected to see a dentist for several years, so I was quite apprehensive about my visit.
Dr. Goldthorpe was so wonderful and really put me at ease. He was friendly and thoughtful, taking time to talk with me about my options for treatment. Before and during my procedure he explained what would be happening, and checked in with me throughout.
I am so happy, relieved, and actually looking forward to making regular dental visits from now on.

I highly recommend Atlantis Dental! I was having a severe toothache, and Dr. Jason Goldthorpe was so good at explaining what I’d need to have done and what to expect. On surgery day, I was in and out in less than an hour with no pain at all. Literally the entire process was painless. Dr. Goldthorpe really seems to care about his patients and making them as comfortable as possible. All the staff are personable, warm, and caring. And the office itself is in a very convenient location, and is new and modern looking. I’m so happy I went to Atlantis and will be making them my go-to dental office.

I was been to this dental office on this afternoon. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional also couldn’t speak English very well, that makes me feel embarrassed. Other yellow hair dark skin girl was really rude too. Please stay away from this dental that destroyed your business right now. The owner should be hiring some good people at your front desk will be better. I won’t coming back again because your service was too awful, bad, unprofessional also people so bad that is all.

Everyone at Atlantis was very warm and welcoming throughout my morning appointment. Despite my morning brain they were consistently calm and concise with everything which needed explained and were really professional throughout my visit.

I have been going to Atlantis for about 5 years. Jason is an excellent dentist and really takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your dental care and all your options. The rest of the atlantis team have also been excellent to deal with.

These people are amazing. They make you feel comfortable and are very understanding and professional. I need alot of work and they have been great so great as we work thru the process. So glad I am using them for all my much needed work. The fear is gone and I am excited to get the work done I desperately needed.

Fantastic dental clinic - very modern and great environment. All the staff are excellent and clearly enjoy working there. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Goldthorpe highly enough. Great dentist who takes the time to explain and talk you through everything.

I can't believe I am leaving a 5-star review for a dental office! You know they have to be special when:) I was not only impressed with their reception staff (like, they are 5-star alone) and the dental assistant but even the dentist was SO NICE. He explained everything to me and went over my options in detail. I have to go in for a root canal this week and while I've heard awful stories about RCs, I just know that Atlantis Dental will make it the best experience they can. 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend this dental service. I came in for an emergency visit on a Sunday. All of the staff including the receptionist, hygienist and and the dentist provided the utmost in attentive, skilled, professional and effective dental service. Denta-phones take note that Dr. Phen is especially gentle for those that want to avoid dental pain!

An excellent experience from start to finish. Dr. Goldthorpe was very informative and explained all my options and the Pros & Cons of each. Julia the receptionest was helpful from the initial emails, and provided an acurate quote and what to expect. I am a total baby when it comes to going to the dentist. The team was very understanding and kind.

Dr. Karkanis was very patient with all of my questions. He is super nice and thorough. I will be getting my first tooth extraction in a couple of days (for braces) and Dr. Karkanis clearly outlined what would happen and put my mind at ease.

A shout out to Kaitlyn as well for being super nice and making me feel comfortable.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough (especially if you're Irish!). Jason is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! He explained everything in detail, laid out all of the options available to me (and not just the most expensive options which a lot of dentists do) and was very friendly / down to earth.

Best dental clinic in Vancouver. Unlike so many practices in Vancouver, the entire Atlantis team prides itself on service and actually caring for your teeth. They are not chasing an invoice, they truly do care about making sure your oral health is looked after.

I had a great experience at Atlantis Dental. I had a loose front crown and they were able to get me in right away. I saw Dr Anastasia and she was very kind and gentle and took the time to explain everything that she was doing and treatment options going forward
I had some bad dental experiences in the past so I am apprehensive about going to see someone new but Dr. Anastasia put me at ease and I will continue seeing her. Happy to have found this office!
