Atlas Animal Hospital-North Vancouver

I am new to North Vancouver, and when my dog was not well, I called Atlas Animal Hospital and they took him that very same day. I was very impressed with this as that would not have happened with my Vet in my previous province. The staff immediately welcomed me and they were very professional. Dr. Jagpal instilled confidence in me that he would investigate and address my dogs issues. I would definitely recommend Atlas Animal Hospital.

Lousy vet didn’t know one of my dogs from the other. One is a black female and the other is a fawn male that is twice as big. They charged me $39 (x2) for an “examination” of each dog when they received their first set of shots. They went back for their second set of shots 3 weeks later and once again was charged $39 (x2) for an “exam”. Being charged $160 to be asked if our dogs have any illness (they do not) is a rip-off. We were told how much the second set would cost and not told about this scam.

Other vets do not charge any exam fee like this.

Had to put my kitty down as he was in pain, other vets were 180 $
For the same service Atlas 375 $ I can see why I was able to get in on short notice.

You can tell they care for your pets needs and the staff are very patient and informative.
