I had a great experience with Atlas Auto Body after having the back window of my vehicle smashed overnight. They were quick to get me in, the billing process through my insurance was painless, and I am very happy with my new back window. Gerard went above and beyond and I would highly recommended going to see him for any window/glass needs. Thank you!

PLEASE READ! A lot of these good reviews can be fake so be careful.
Most careless service I have ever received. The lady on the phone never calls back when she should. The guy who runs the shop kept lying to me about when the car was done. And it didn’t happen just once, but literally numerous times in the span of 4 months. They damaged my car multiple times and they promised to restore it but they never did and when they do, it’s a sloppy job. Infact, they kept damaging the car the more I brought it in. I observed them working on the car and they were extremely careless and deliberate. They damaged my side skirt on the lift and the vehicle suffered scratches all over. Damages they promised to fix yet they did not. I was very patient with these people and I had a feeling they were insulting my intelligence because I was respectful and calm despite all these inconveniences. They kept wasting my time and money. The guy who runs the shop (Jay T or Wtvr) would give me a specific time to come pick up the car, I would take a day off work to come pick it up only to realize no one had started working on it. LIES.
I made a claim against the shop and I’m never going there again. 0 honesty, 0 organization, 0 respect for the customers time, 0 care, there is nothing good I can say about this shop. And now I have to go through the hassle of fixing my car somewhere else. I’d rather pay the Icbc deductible than put my car in these people’s hands again.

Your car won’t get fixed first you have to come here again and again with new issues each time they will use old parts and will charge you for new. And they will also tell you they don’t have curtsy car fir you every time there car is with one of there client which refused to give it back because there car was not fixed properly.

We had a scratched bumper and other auto shops were quoting us too high. JT was recommended via friends. He was very friendly, all services were well priced and he wasn’t trying to upsell us on services we did not need. Our bumper looked great and the work was done in one day. We’ll be back to get our rims touched up!

Great services. Staff is very cooperative and experienced. I have good experience with this auto body shop work.

Professional service. I had an ICBC claim that they handled quickly and professionally. They returned my car cleaner than I dropped it off. I had special requests that they were able to fulfill. They booked my rental and took care of everything. I will be using them every time and you should too!

I had a great experience at this place. I had some unexpected car troubles and needed to have it fixed right away. I brought my car here and explained what had happened and the manager got people working on it right away. They fixed my trunk in about half an hour and did not charge me at all, which I really appreciated. The service at the place is great, and everybody was very kind. I highly recommend this place.

Just visited today, to fix side mirror of my car, which was broken badly. They fixed in 10 minutes. And they didn’t even charge me a single penny. Highly recommend.

Speak with JT for the best customer service. My vehicle and many of my friends have been taken thru atlas and we have not been disappointed. Will recommend anybody to go here for the best job done

Excellent service, as always. I got my truck repaired twice and they kept me informed all throughout the project, had it ready ahead of schedule and gave us the truck back beautifully detailed inside and out! Not only for repairs but i get many after market parts installed on my Jeep by them and they provide quality workmanship. The owner JT is an amazing person, fond of cars and very polite and humble and gives personal attention to all the jobs being done. I will recommend them 100% every time!

JT is amazing, he is very cooperative and helps ease you into the process. I have been going to JT for all my auto body needs for a while now and he has the best mix of service and cost.

I was recently there for my Ford Focus which was a hit and run. Was a very hassle free transaction, they provided me with a loaner car asap.

Poor communication. I have called multiple times and been told that vehicle would be ready by end of day and that they would call me. This has been on going for the past 2 weeks and I have been without my vehicle for over a month. They don’t communicate what exactly they’re waiting for or working on.

I came into Atlas Auto Body to align my front bumper, they had it done with a matter of 5 minutes and I was on my way. Id highly recommend their services.

Great service. My Dodge grand caravan's driver side sliding door was struck closed. Go dodge was asking $160 for diagnostic. I took it to Atlas auto body they just took 10 minutes to fix it and didn't charge anything for it.

I had made a last minute appointment to get my Jeep detailed. They accommodated me and did very efficient and effective clean. They do a great job and I highly recommend using them for all your auto body and detailing needs. Very professional and do a great job. Exceptional service and experience!

I had the best experience with these guys! When we had the big storm a tree went through my back window also causing body damage! I took it to two other places only to be told they didn’t have time for over a week. When I called Atlas I was told to come right down and they kept my car lending me one of there’s Tell we figure out what needs to be done!
This took so much stress away knowing I don’t have to drive a unsafe car or chance it get more damage from all the rain

Best Auto Body shop in the lower mainland by far. I had a minor scratch which needed a paint job. They gave good advice on the solution and also helped me in narrowing down my choices.

Shout out to Dylan, Sahil and Sukhi for prompt attention to the issue and helping me in fixing it. I was highly impressed by their work ethic and sincerity. Will definitely recommend them.

Stay away from them if you can. They will misguide and lie to you in order to get business. Extremely shady to say the least. Had a windshield chip and they said we still cant get the actual EOM part despite me paying the $500 deductible and its better if I pay $430 and get it from them without my insurance? Went to Jim Pattinson instead and they were able to order one right away. I would give this 0 stars if possible. The dude Kyle lies

I brought my car here after a fender bender and was amazed at the professionalism of this place! Dylan and JT were super helpful and the entire process was done very fast! I will definitely be directing everyone I know to them!

I have to go back twice to reinstall the side when they open it.
You will never find using the name above. There is no point to give the name because what's done is done. There is no way you can correct it. In the future tell your mechanic don't be rude with the customer.

I brought my 08 Honda Civic here since the clear coat had started to fade out and needed to get some minor bodywork done as well. I was extremely satisfied with the job afterwards and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great quality work and astonishing customer service.

Fast and efficient service. Kept me up to date with the status of my claim and ETA of parts. Car was completed on time as promised. Work completed was immaculate, they paid close attention to detail.

I gave in my Mercedes with the passenger side scratched from an accident, and I also had a few old starches on the front and back.when I saw car I was surprised it looked amazing, my car looked brand new. They also painted the old starches and Inside of the car was super nicely cleaned as well. I will definitely get everything done from them in the future.

Took my vehicle for repairs after an ICBC claim. The Staff was very helpful from the time I contacted them. Was given a car to drive till my repairs were done and even got a complete detail. As an added bonus got a wireless charger. Would highly recommended them to anyone.

My Nissan Pathfinder was fixed at this auto body collision. When I picked it up it looks like a brand new car, can’t even see any sign that it got damaged. From the body works, paint job to the detailing was incredibly awesome. A big shout to JT (manager) and Manny (estimator) for keeping their words. Words are not enough to say thank you to all the staff at Atlas Auto Body Shop. You’ve done such an excellent job on my car. Keep it up and for sure that I will recommend your shop.

Went in with my wifes brand new rogue after some lunatic scratched it up.the repair was cheap and we got the car back quicker than expected. The free pens they give are good quality as well.

Friends car comes out with different rims (very questionable), an since when do auto body shops clean brakes? , also not showing my friend work order for her veichle and her having to tell them the work that's supposed to be done, sounds like a shady outfit to me!

I had a rear end in my Mercedes and came to Atlas for the repair. They provided great customer service as well as a quick and reliable fix for my car.

I recently took my car in for auto body repairs. It has not been a great experience. When I picked up my car they had not replaced the back fender, and at first told me that I didn't get one, when I insisted they checked the work order and said "Oh we forgot to put it on" "it's in the back". They made me wait while they put it on. THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A COPY OF THE WORK ORDER. The rims on the driver side of my car are now all rusted out and look like they are 10 years old. When I took my car in they did not look like that, but were in the same condition as the passenger side (not a spot of rust). When I phoned, the manager told me "That's from where we cleaned your brakes". Why would they be cleaning my brakes when they were repairing the rear end of the car, which where they painted is now a darker blue than the rest of my car. To add insult to injury my sunglasses are missing from my car. And the
"valet service" that they use Routes Rental. Charged me $300.00 for a courtesy car. It was supposed to be a hold, but when I checked today, the charge has gone through. Who does that? What kind of courtesy car is that.
