Excellent customer service! I needed a new wedge nut for my quill stem. Looked online everywhere and multiple bike shops but Atomic was the only place that found me a replacement! Many thanks!

Easily the best bike mechanic in Vancouver. Down to earth, friendly, highly skilled and knowledgeable which shows clearly in his work and every interaction.

We called to see if the shop might possibly be available to do a late day, urgent, flat tire repair, and we were absolutely thrilled with the results. Stephen, the shop owner, was possibly the most friendly, skilled and accommodating service provider I have met in years! He did an amazingly fast inner tube replacement for me and his price was beyond fair. I would highly recommend going to this shop for any of your cycling needs. Stephen exceeded all expectations.

Steve lives up to all the reviews! After arriving here for school with my bike all packaged in a shipping box, both his service and communication were phenomenal. Even though he closed at six, he still managed to get my bike all put together and even fixed my back wheel for me. Steve is now my go-to for any and all bike needs, and I highly recommend ANYONE who is looking for a bike shop to give him a go as you definitely won't regret it. Top quality shop, and affordable. He has helped me get a good condition used tire and inner tube for my well seasoned road bike in less than 10 minutes flat. He also fixed a stripped screw in my seat clamp for free! I am actually gonna get him to tune up my bike later this month, he had some real neat tricks to make my derailer run smoother. I've actually worked on my bike a fair bit, more than your average Joe, so it's nice to have a reliable bike repair shop so close to home, and that's open after work hours!

I had an amazing experience! I got a flat tire a couple days before a race, and he fixed it on the spot for me. He was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and charged very fairly!
