Went in with a really great mod and a not so good tank the girls really helped me out picking out the right tank that won't leak and has amazing flavor 10/10 Morgan was super helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge she walked through my different options and helped me pick the right tank for me this is a great place if your just starting out or you're super experienced and looking for some killer stuff

Atomic vapors absolutely the best store in town that you can find in Kelowna.they have over 700 flavors available and many many vapor products to choose from and the customer service is absolutely exceptional they treat you just like your family and will guide you through the process of buying a vape and show you the ins and outs of The vape industry if you're a newbie. Check out atomic vapors today and you will love the experience. Five stars for sure I'd actually give 10 if I could. Wow.i cannot put into words how amazing the staff is.not only are they extremely helpful & full of knowledge, but they are so kind and make the atmosphere of the store very enjoyable.me and my boyfriend came from out of town and Atomic Vapor was our first stop. I believe it was the owners working and I was in disbelief at how kind and welcoming they were.me and my boyfriend had even talked for the next couple days about how amazing our experience was at this store. The guy was extremely friendly as soon as we walked in & the wife (i’m assuming) that helped us was also very friendly and helped us find what we needed while also engaging in conversation with us.while we were there the man had countless meaningful conversations with other customers and just made the space so welcoming and safe.i could not recommend a store more.we ended up going back 2 or 3 times before our trip was over because of the experience we had.the last couple times there were young girls working, but same thing, very kind and helpful. 1002934109349/10 store. I can’t wait for our next trip to Kelowna just for the sole purpose of going to this store again.

This is the first vape shop I've been to where I didn't feel judged/awkward by pretentious "vaper dude" types haha. It's quite the opposite! Very welcoming environment and great deals.

This place is amazing. I went to several other vape stores before settling on Atomic Vapor for their super friendly and outgoing staff. Always feel welcome there, and they've been helping me transition from cigars to vaping!

The only place I go to get my vapes, I’ve been to literally every vape store in Kelowna and this one is by far the best. I would go here even if they were the most expensive in town just because their customer service is so good. But fortunately they are also the cheapest place to buy products so IMO it’s a no brainer.

Absolutely wonder experience, knowledge staff and great attitude, lots of good selection for both nic salt and vg/pg mods, tanks and coils, lots of disposables and even more juices, also 420 friendly items. If there were 10 stars this place would get em. Would and will recommend to anyone.

Great customer service, came in yesterday to return a vape I didn't end up liking and the owner was so understanding and let me exchange for another. Always such a good experience in this shop. Support local

Fantastic phone customer service. Called a number of times today, talking to different clerks, and all were very enthusiastic, polite, and helpful. Your staff are top notch.

Staff is knowledgable and super friendly. Great selection as well, though parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes.
