Attractive Distraction Framing & Gallery

Jen from Nomad Gallery did some framing for me on a couple of my business projects and it is definitely safe to say that she did an impeccable job!
It was quick, exactly what I asked for and efficient.

She has some beautiful pieces in her gallery, I love looking around even purchasing one of the pieces last year and has been a pillar in the uptown community for quite some time. Jen brings a new life to a vibrant community!

This Saturday was the second time I have arrived at this business and it was closed for the weekend. How can you be CLOSED on a Saturday before Christmas?

Nomad Gallery in White Rock BC, is a fascinating and enjoyable place to spend an afternoon gazing at contemporary art! Well worth a visit any time of year. Owner, Jenny Evans is knowledgeable regarding the local art scene AND is a pleasure to speak with!

I really prefer supportting local businesses over big box mall shops. The personal service from the owner to me makes a big difference in the quality and final product.

Went here to get a quote on framing and the owner was cold and unwelcoming. Insulted the style of framing I wanted and didn’t seem interested in helping me. She said she’d call with a quote and never did.

The owner, Jen, is awesome to work with. Friendly and passionate about art, she will answer all of your questions and help you with your art and framing needs.

Jenny was absolutely fantastic. We purchased a painting in Croatia and needed to have it stretched and framed. Jenny was extremely helpful and arranged for our painting to be stretched and framed. Her prices were extremely fair and we were very happy to support a local business. We will be back for some more framing help and to buy some of the beautiful artwork in the gallery.

I just met the owner of this gallery and she kindly donated her time and services to help out our non profit organization locally. This says a lot about the commitment of this business to the community. I found the framing services to be of high quality and the gallery is a joy to spend time in. Jenny was so helpful and did an amazing job getting my canvases stretched our onto some special order frames and she did some extra taping to make it look really polished. I totally recommend her!

Super customer service. Joe took lots of time helping me choose just the right frame for a precious-to-me oil painting. It looks fabulous, the size of the frame and colours are perfect for the picture. And it was done when he said it would be. Just a lovely experience.

I highly recommend this framing company! Not only are they affordable, but they also take the time to develop a personal relationship with you. They go above and beyond to achieve the look that you want, with great quality. I will definitely continue to use them for all of my artworks in the future.

Very happy with the framing of an old car spec sheet; It looks great. Great selection of frames, nice shop, quick turnaround. It was an added bonus that Joe is also an auto enthusiast. I will return for any future framing needs.

On Monday, March 4th, 2019 approx. 1: 30 p.m. We arrived at this place of business with a very large painting we wanted to have framed. As we got out of our car we saw the sign in the window that read CLOSED. The business hours were clearly posted on the internet and on the front door
Monday - Friday 10-5p.m. At that same time, a gentleman came out the side door and we asked him if the store was closed all day and he replied yes she is gone for the day.
Needless to say, we were not impressed. We looked for a note or something like be back at? Time or a contact number or something but nothing. We left disappointed and did not want to take a chance coming by the next time to find the same situation. We drove to downtown Langley and found a framing business that was open as advertised and got excellent customer service. You just lost a sale of $300+.
If there were a note explaining when they would re-open we would have gladly returned. Or perhaps update your business hours accordingly.
