I've tried other stores for better prices and nobody can land it. Not only that but the employees here are ten times more helpful than any other store I've been to. Don't even waste a second at Sportchek over Attridge. Not worth the hassle. Go to the right place the first time.

There's no fine print. I experienced service first-hand this year when I replaced skis and snowboard that had been stolen from my property. I purchased the Burton step on binding system and found there was a design flaw that introduced too much 'play' between the boot and binding. Cam helped me out and I have to say there are few people in any industry I've encountered who understand and execute customer service to the five-star level. He really hustled and helped me get out of there with a great solution.but the store was jammed and he had to juggle other people and their questions too. He was unflappable, stayed positive and made the experience fun for me. People like that put businesses over the top and make them a success and I hope he is recognized for his work because he deserves to be. Thanks.

Amazing customer service today from Leigh at Attridge! I went in today and received great advice and a lesson on how to buckle up my ski boots. Sounds silly but I had no clue what I was doing and as a result I had super sore, numb feet after every ski. I thought I needed new boots but with Leigh’s help I was able to keep my originals and get a good liner. Really nice to know they didn’t just want my money, they want a happy customer. We always buy our skis/boots and summer gear from Attridge! I trust the staff to be honest and helpful. Thank you so much!

Was good originally the owners good he's the nicest guy. They're nice to you when you buy stuff is obviously expensive but they're not nice to when you ask questions or come back to do anything that doesn't bring them money. All they want is you to give your credit card and smile. Isn't a cool atmosphere in my opinion.

Bottom line top quality products top quality customer service I had like 3700 questions all of my questions were answered with full detail.
I ended up going with a burton step on system Burton Board Burton boots and of course bindings got discounts on my helmet goggles and board oh yeah and helmet that was also discounted I wasn't expecting to get anything on discount but I got a discount which is amazing best $1,700 I ever got to spend. Anybody that thinks they can get a better deal it's crazy if you live in the Okanagan you definitely got to see this store again their customer service and staff and their knowledge base is amazing it will keep you alive keep you having fun and best of all you'll be a repeat customer I know I will be a customer for Life there is no need to go anywhere else after this experience truly Magic
